Upon calling this company I had many questions. The owner herself took her time with me and was very patient and informative. They promised the body work on my Dually to be done within 1 week. It was done within 5 days. They went out of their way on a holiday weekend to deliver it to my home in Marana.The work itself was top notch. What started as a bad experience for me being in an accident ended up in a positive way dealing with Tucson Auto Collision. The staff was kind, professional and fast. I can’t express how wonderful my experience was with Tucson auto collision center. My father passed away and I was trying to take care of so many things in the wake of his death and got into an accident. The timing was horrible and I had such a short window of time to get it fixed. Very good quality, fast and honest work. They took time to explain details of the job they did to my car. Also my car came back the cleanest I have ever seen it. I also appreciated their service with getting to and from the rental car place and getting a good deal. I will definitely go back if I have more body work to do.

My car looks like a brand new car after having body work done at Tucson Auto Collision. I was rear-ended and then my car was pushed into another car. From start to finish, Rene at Tucson Auto Collision Center made it so easy to have my car returned to me as if nothing had ever happened. Rene kept me up to date on the progress and was accurate with the time-line and the estimate. The service and their work is outstanding!

They were very efficient and reasonably priced. We paid out of pocket instead of using insurance as our deductible was more than the repair. I recommend this business to anyone needing a repair.

This company doesnt deliver what they promise. I had some minor damage to my car and only went here because they were a preferred vendor of my insurance. I was told estimates are available M-F 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. I arrived at 4:40 pm to get an estimate and the gate was closed and locked. There were several cars in the parking lot so I tried calling several times, but received voicemail each time. I had to leave work early for this so I was very upset that they werent available when they said they would be. I finally got my car in and it took them 3 extra days to complete it. I understand there are often unforeseen circumstances, but I was told when it would finally be available for pickup I still waited for over 30 minutes before it was finally done. My vehicle has an automatic lift gate and I noticed some scratched paint on it (probably from the door bumping something when opened and someone not paying attention) that wasnt there before. The day after I got my car back I noticed the front passenger door wouldnt open from the inside. Instead of having to deal with this company again, I took the door panel off and fixed it myself and touched up the paint myself.

My experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. While the work performed was of a high degree the job was not completed. After being charged nearly $9,000 I went out to my 1979 Corvette to leave and noticed my fuel and temperature gauges were not functioning properly. Despite my adamant objection and pointing out the only factor that matters (that they functioned properly when Tucson Auto Collision Repair Center took possession of my vehicle) they refused to fix the problem (saying it was not accident related) and treated me in a rude and unprofessional manner. Despite their good work on the repairs done I would have to say I would never recommend someone to their facility because the job in my case was incomplete and my customer experience was uncivilized.Felipe Martinez - 79 Corvette (Red)
