Customer service is the pits. Was pressured into getting a phone. Phone did not work and they kept giving me the run around. They would not help me at all during the 14 day grace period. The girl who sold me the phone rushed me and had all the materials ready to add on to my account without my authorization. I brought the phone back 4 times to try to get the problem resolved . This last time the man told me that if I returned the phone he would have to give me a refurbished phone.I need a phone for work that is quality where people can hear me and not a second class phone.

Raced over here because I have been having problems with my daughters iPad and couldn’t get here from work earlier. Google says open until 8pm, as does website, as does the door. But they were closed—apparently at 7pm. Waited on my phone for over 20 min to get any kind of help— and still didn’t get a representative on the phone. I want to scream….

This store is suppose to close at 8pm... However I can here at 6pm it was already closed, came back at 7pm, still closed. The least they could have done was put a sign on the door advising customers that they would be closing early today... Is excellent customer service too much to ask for???

I’m really saddened from what I just witnessed at this location. A gentleman kindly asked the manager, Charles, multiple times if he could replace his headphones since they were under warranty with no damage and didn’t work anymore. Charles refused to help him. I heard this man, the customer, say at least four times that the headphones were only about 2-3 months old and stopped working. Charles kept refuting everything the man said, wouldn’t have the decency to pull his file, and all the man wanted to do was replace his headphones. The customer asked multiple times if they could at least pull his file to check the purchase date. Charles refused. I even heard the manager say that they can’t pull anyone’s purchase history. Ultimately, the man, justifiably so, became irate, at which moment they took their opportune chance to call the cops and make him the bad guy. I’m ashamed that I sat there and didn’t say anything about this, but my conscience was eating me up about it. I have never left a review on any experience I’ve had or witnessed before, but this exchange was revolting. The cop really could have come and shot this man because the manager upset him by refusing to, at the bare minimum, pull up his account. Luckily the man left. I will never patronize this establishment again, and I hope that Charles gets help. He clearly doesn’t care about the customers or himself.

I have lived in this area for many years and have come to this Verizon store for all of my Verizon needs. I visited today, as I had multiple problems with my phone, and my husbands phone, all caused by our lack of knowledge of cell phones. We are both Senior Citizens, and although we have a great deal of knowledge, it does not include cells phones !!I have been here twice since Covid 19 hit, and both times I have had exceptionally good service. Today was no different. The Manager, Charles, welcomed me in to wait for help. He was professional and courteous, as he always is. Nicholas was the professional who helped me. He spent a lot of time helping me cure the problems I had created. He also, was also very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I was requesting and with his experience I left with 2 fully functional phones. In my many years I have come across many people, most really do not care about others problems. I find it exceptional that this Verizon store does. It is reflective of the good mangement of Charles and the knowledge and customer support of Nicholas. Verizon, if you are looking for young employees to promote to executive positions...here are 2 for you to embrace. Verizon would benefit from their business ability and customer understanding.

I normally do not leave reviews however i have been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years and my latest interactions at this Verizon location inclined me to do so. I was met and serviced by a kind gentlemen by the name of James. I had a lot of questions and concerns in regards to terminating a line, adding a line with new product as well as getting all the accessories. James was extremely kind and patient as well as knowledgable. He crossed all the Ts and dotted the Is when it came to my concerns. Thankfully he was able answer all of my questions regarding my plan and we added a brand new iPad with the accessories.James spoke briefly about working in different sectors within Verizon and was very informative in lots of areas. Thank you Verizon for always going above and beyond even in with your employee choices. There is a reason I have stuck with Verizon this long, they state they are number one in America and it really shows from coverage all the way down to customer service. Thank you again James! I really appreciate all your help and will be coming back to this location to find you for my next upgrade!

Even in a pandemic, Verizon is still trying their best to follow employee safety protocol, but also satisfy every customer that walks through the door. Some customers understand the Covid situation, while others seem like it’s not that serious. The Verizon employees provided me options to order online as in-store or curb side pick up (HIGH RECOMMEND). Yes, it was a little bit of a wait to speak with a representative, but patience is a virtue, that I see some of the world does not have. Verizon has been my cell phone provider for years and even through a pandemic they still worked with me on my bill, and still offered the best deals. The Tucker staff are energetic and caring. At times, I come in there just to ask a question. The staff is always willing to help. Many new faces, but they have a loyal Verizon customer for life.

BEWARE BEWARE do not go to this location on Lavista manager Charles or CJ or ppl here are incompetent and one particular lady LYNDA aka as LYN LYN is very disrespectful rude white lady with black hair she look like a witch she was screaming at me as she was addressing me I didn’t appreciate this at all. Only came here to get a refund of money and she was very rude and hateful I don’t know what kind of customer service they expect to be showing but I wasn’t not satisfied and really disappointed for the service I received after trying to buy a $800 phone 📲 I’m better off with AT&T. Hopefully someone else will have better experience I wouldn’t recommend this location. And based on the other comments/reviews looks like I’m not the only one who had a bad experience here.

Update update: I went back to the store and talked with a manager they called me a few hours later and told me that the order had gotten stuck somewhere and I would have the phone in 3 days I never received any feedback or comments from the website it was suggested that I go to below. I did receive tracking information on my phone the next day I did receive tracking information on the phone the next day. It hasnt been 3 days yet ....update: I contacted Verizon over a week ago at their request no one has contacted me from Verizon or told me where my phone is.¡!!!!!!!!!!! it has been 15 days since I purchased the phone inside the Verizon store and I do not have a telephone.!!!!!My phone was supposed to be delivered to my house 7 days ago it never showed up.I went back in the store today they had no record of me being here at all but I had all of my paperwork. My credit card has been charged $700 I purchased the phone inside the Verizon store and they were going to ship it to me. When I got here they opened up my online Verizon account that I had looked at and purchased the phone from that location. Now they have talked to a manager online and promised to get back to me within 3 days The issue is not resolved they have my $700 and I have no phone. There is still no resolution about when Im getting a phone or what phone Im getting where my order even is.maybe the Verizon store is not the best place to buy a Verizon phone.UPDATE1 I have contacted Verizon as instructed in their reply.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lack of professionalism is astounding. The employees offer no advice nor do they even try to help with any concerns a typical customer would have. Every customer seems as though they are a burden to them. I would not recommend this location to anyone, and will willingly drive out of the way to visit a different location.

The salesman Nick was very helpful. We got some useful info. Once we get the funding we think we will be switching from Xfinity to Verizon. They have better plans, that offer so much more. The Hotspot plan is the best part for me. Apple Music is the best part for my kids, and Disney Plus is the best part for my big kid husband. Thankx Nick K.

Terrible customer service. I didn’t even get a chance to explain my issue before being told what they can not do. Visited the location multiple times in one week and was told every excuse on why they couldn’t help. I wish I knew the associates name because I would definitely report him to corporate. After not getting any help at this location multiple times I decided to go to the snellville location and had my issue resolved in 15 minutes ( which was a SIM card )All this from a corporate Verizon store ..

There’s no way to call the store directly to ask about inventory before you drive over there. The number on google re-directs you to some pre recorded message that only allows you to talk to the national corporate call center, not the actual store. This is not a good move verizon, I am not happy with you making it impossible to call individual stores.

Poor experience. I waited 30 minutes for some help, and I couldnt even get questions answered. There were five associates and only two were serving customers. The others were running around doing stuff. When I asked how long the wait would be, after 15 minutes, I had to push to even get some sort of ballpark response. Seems like with this Verizon store today, customer service was a lost art! No other choice but to take my business to a different store.

I recently came in to finally upgrade my phone.i was helped by a young lady named DEE. She was amazing.I am a disabled vet and sometimes its hard to remember anything. DEE was extremely helpful and understanding. She made my experience enjoyable, and I usually dont enjoy spending money. She also sold me on getting a gear 3 and I am so happy with my watch. I cant exactly recall all the details of the experience. But I definitely dont have buyers remorse and she made sure all of my apps and accessories were connected before I left. Just have to say how helpful and resourceful Dee was in transferring the data from my old phone to my new one. She was so patient when there was a problem with the transfer and was the ultimate professional. She needs to be recognized by upper management if this is the way she conduct business with only a single customer a day. I will return there for future purchases and recommend the store to friends

I went to the store to purchase 2 gizmo watches for my kids. I signed up to wait for help and I was second in-line. After waiting 30 minutes, I noticed one of the employees helping a customer that came in after me. First, I shouldnt have to wait that long. The employees have no sense of urgency during the holiday time. Second, if you are making me wait on a list then you need to follow the list order. I just told the employee that I guess they didnt want my money and left. Dont bother going to the store, just go to Best Buy or order on Verizons website.

These guys are nothing but crooks. Someone went into this store and charged a phone to my account and I’m curious how you do that without my MS ID as well as using my account PIN? Nicholas was the salesman’s name that sold this person the phone so BUYERS BEWARE THEY DONT CARE WHO YOU ARE THEY JUST WANT TO SELL PHONES. I have been to several Verizon stores trying to get help getting my pictures on the Verizon Cloud. I had to get a new phone because I couldnt get WiFi on my previous phone. My father died recently and the last pictures I had of him were on my phone. I met Phillip at this store and he was outstanding! I left the phone with him for an hour and when I came back, he had corrected my Cloud issue. This was so much more than anyone had offered.Thank you, thank you, Phillip, from the bottom of my heart!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Verizon gave me such a run around in the store causing me to make multiple trips up to this location due to the fraud department and in store reps having totally different version of what was going and what I needed to do. I was approved in store for a family plan. Joal was the rep that assisted me. Due to me not having a phone or number to transfer over he made a comment that I took great offense too asking if I was just getting out of jail or something. My family and I had just left an AT&T plan that we shared with another family. We were looking to get our own until this mess with Verizon. Needless to say the rep continued to say it was suspicious. Which I was confused as to why because I was cleared through fraud department (random drawl they said to look at my application) but everytime I came in the store the reps would have a different story or thing I needed to wait on. Long story short I went back to AT&T and got approved once again for a family plan of our own and will never deal with Verizon. They gave me the run around and attacked my character. Id rather pay more than go through that type of customer service.

I had an excellent experience here today on Black Friday. Nicholas went above and beyond to help my son pick out a new phone and case- and then put the screen protector on it, too (I always mess that up). He was so nice about checking the back of the store for different headphones and cases to make sure my son got the one he wanted and even gave us a discount on it. The store was crazy busy yet he made us feel like we were the only ones there- we didnt feel rushed at all. We ended up getting an iPad too and he put the screen protector on that too, and brought out a ton of cases from the back. He really provided us excellent service. Thanks Nicholas for brightening up this crazy day.

Very poor service at the Atlanta Northlake lication. Asked for a stock check for a cell phone model. On hold forever. Finally hung up. Kinda figure a few quick strokes on the computer while on the phone would have answered the question. Seriously rethinking the 6 Verizon phones I have, especially since none are under contract.

The employees here have a huge attitude. They work very slowly, and only call customer service with their landline for you. They will not assist you in any ways until you ask multiple time. Very unwelcoming, I felt so abandoned. It took me three hours to resolved my issue using their landline. Customer service on the phone is no help either, because they kept trying to hang up without explaining to the next agent whats going on, and left you with new clueless agent.

The associate was quick in trying to assist me. However when I started talking to her she was very standoffish. She asked for my id, then looked up the account. She looked up at me and said she couldnt help me. When I asked why she said it was because the account was in my fathers name. I verified that and gave her his full name, address and the account password. The associate rolled her eyes and told me that I could be anyone, and that I probably stole the phone to come in and get an upgrade. She then glared at me, would not let me go past the threshold of the store, until I left.That was the most disrespectful thing Ive heard today and I will never be going back to that store. For anyone, especially someone that works in customer service, to say that to a customers face and show nothing but disrespect to them.

Switched to Verizon prepaid and the experience was awful. Sales guy couldnt activate my phone and one of the young females in the store had a horrible attitude with me because of a mistake they made. Probably has a biology degree but has to work her miserable job. One guy actually tried helping and eventually used some deductive reasoning skills to get the phone activated. Verizons tech support couldnt even figure it out. I hope my service always works so I never have to deal with them. Verizon has the fastest network but the worst customer service hands down.

Unhelpful. I felt like I was racially profiled. As if a young black couple couldnt truly afford iphones and where scammer or something even though my purchased was confirmed and verified and all I needed to do was pick up my phones. They literally always phone in the problems here. Why even have a store? Why are these people being paid? There is always a 30 minute wait regardless of how long the line is. They do not even take your phone number -- they expect you to sit in their store and entertain yourself while they are on the phone with competent verizon employees in some other call center. Dont bother going here.
