Go here every couple of weeks, haven’t really introduced myself as a regular there but it’s the only Gamestop I trust. Marcus is always willing to strike up a conversation and Aaron is pretty chill too. Like to go even if I don’t want to buy something, I’d end up buying something anyways. Hard on the pockets though, it’s a good store, recommend.

My baby was able to purchase the one game he wanted for his birthday. Staff was very pleasant & accommodating.

I love gamestop. Just cant get enough. The people are always so friendly and the collectibles are very cool. Basically this is my toy store now that Im a grown up. Always looking forward to seeing what new goodies they have

Sold my sons old Xbox got more than I thought I would so was happy.

Gave it a 5 star because the employees were nice and funny and they had what I wanted that was sold out.

MY FAVORITE GAMESTOP! This store is bigger and therefore they have a larger variety of merchandise. The staffs knowledge is vast...so obvious that they are truly gamers and into this field. IF you dont find what you are looking for, they will check their computer to make sure they dont have it in their inventory. I have been here a few times and have NEVER had a bad experience.

Two guys working were super cool and nice Ive been to this gamestop before and they always have a couple of employees here and there that make me not want to come back to this but Ethan and Marcus changed that real nice friendly and knowledgeable about games and the action figures collectable I highly recommend this gamestop as long as ETHAN & MARCUS work there Ill be back in again

Amazing staff and so far my favourite GameStop store!

I use to come here at least twice a month to check out new figures and collectibles. A month ago the place started to smell, like stale wet clothes. I went in there yesterday and couldnt last more than a minute before I had to walk out and get some fresh air. I feel sorry for the employees who have to work through that. Gamestop needs to do something about it. The store is in a good location and the stock is pretty kept up to date.

The store was clean well maintained well stocked.. seemed understaffed fir the volume of customers but the staff was super helpful and polite very knowledgeable id definitely recommend for anyone looking for gaming advice or help with gift buying!!!

I was profiled in this store today. I brought two Xbox games in there and one of them still had the cellophane around it. I was told that they could not take them game because it was no unwrapped which is fine. She told me how much the other game was and it was only worth a $1 so I put the game I wanted to buy and left. I went to Kroger and purchased some celery. While I was there I figured I should go back to see how much the game costs. As I was walking into the store, the girl with blonde hair took a picture of me with her camera. Right in my face as if I am dumb. I’m guessing she thought I was up to something. Not really sure because everything is on cameras. They will no longer get my business at this store. It made me feel like a bad person and I do not appreciate it.

Disappointed. Wasted my time going there after speaking with a young lady that works there. She told me she had the game in stock for a price. Confirmed the price and the location. Told her ill be passing by to get it. When i get there i pick the game up and its $10 more from what she said on the phone which she took her time looking for. Then she tried to sell me an older version of the game after she realized she misinformed me. She apologized but never offered to help me with the price after telling me she was wrong. Two other guys just stood there. In the end all i got was a im sorry and no help after rushing from work to get a game that my daughter was hoping for. Thanks for nothing guys! Wonder how many people they do like this?

The team here was awesome to work with. I was in the store looking to make a donated Xbox 360 work. I quickly learned my system had been stripped. The team helped me select a pre-owned system and remotes for my kids. They never talked down to me, never made me feel like I was imposing on them, and continued to work with me. The team themselves were new to each other. This store definitely has earned their prestige status! If you are a parent that needs help understanding the technology or differences between the options, this store is THE place to go!!

I mean its GameStop, there are things mostly to love about the place in general. Make sure to do your research before trading in games, or youll look foolish at that cash register.

I bought a new Nintendo Switch on Black Friday along with GameStop’s Warranty, on Saturday one of my Joycon Analog sticks had a defect. So I took it back on Sunday. One they tried to replace my new defective joy con with a pre owned joy con even though they had new joy con sets in stock. Two they tried to say in order for me to use the store’s warranty I would have to turn in my system in its entirety when the only issue was one joy con. Then they have the nerve to say well contact Nintendo and maybe they will send you a new joy con and we all know their items be refurbished it’s not brand new out the store and that takes time... ended up going to another gamestop and without any hassle gave me a brand new set of joy cons I was so pleased and will never return to this location. Pathetic!

I use to enjoy this place but the last interactions Ive had have been just aggravating. The first was when I had a defective joycon stick. It worked but it would not stay in place and would continue to slide off the switch. I called first just to make sure it could be REPLACED, not me having to buy another one, I had a 2 year warranty which they say can only be used once.... I described what was happening and they said theyd be able to switch it out. I get there and they replace it with a used one. Made me do a trade in and then I had to pay for the used one they gave me.. once they had my old one, one gentleman came by and asked did it work or what was wrong with it. The girl who was assisting me said it worked and he asked why were they taking it and she told him it wouldnt lock in place. Her words though It just wont lock in place it works perfectly fine and is functional but some people just dont care about that. ...... yes iidont care if it works it doesnt work unless everything does as its suppose to do. Really? Came off super rude. The 2nd was when they cost me a hot lunch. Im in the military so I wanted to transfer my pre order to a GameStop on base. The base GameStop called them and was told to wait because they were handling stock... I was on a tight limit what should have been just 2-5 minutes turned into 10-15 minutes. Really the stock couldnt have waited?? I could have understood if they were handling other customers but no. It was stock. Basically I had only a certain time for lunch, by the time I got done having to wait I couldnt even eat a hot meal because it was time to report back. Ridiculous. Even the employee at the base GameStop didnt understand their problem. Ill definitely be switching GameStops and all pre-orders.

It is an average size store with the standard variety of games youd expect from any game stop. They have a good selection for any mainstream console.

Ive been going to this location for 15 years and it makes me sad how far the customer service has fallen. The sales associate Shawn straight up lied to me in order to close a sale. He said theres over 400 hours of content in Spiderman(PS4). The campaign missions take 20 hours at most, theres no way you could argue the side missions and extra content add 380 hours to the game. Furthermore, no source anywhere on the internet mentions 400 hours. He completely bullshited me. This is a reflection of gamestop management having associates lie through their teeth to sell games, power-up rewards cards and GameWarenty stickers. It honestly makes me sick.

Horrible. They lie about the price and charge you for extra stuff they dont tell you, and afterwards try to convince you to buy more stuff afterwards. Went today and found this out unfortunately. Maybe they do it differently in other places, since Ive went to other friendlier Gamestops. This one, watch out.

Horrible customer service, drove up to their store after I called in to see if they has 2 games available which they told me they had them pre owned and when I get there the games arent there, this was in a 10 min drive and the lady at the counter tells me that someone must of just bought them, so I was a little upset and the other girl asked me if I wanted her to check if another store had it and I said sure but if she could call them and see if the games were physically there and some guy cashier at the counter said oh we can give you their number and you can call them yourself, this place sucks.
