Purchased a new screen from here and did the repair myself was told screens are premium quality. 2 weeks later the screen randomly has flashing around the edges and lines across the whole screen. The phone was not dropped since the repair and there’s no damage to the screen. Came in and was told there’s nothing they can do since I did the install. Better to purchase your parts elsewhere. All this after spending over $200 total for repairs to motherboard and on parts. Won’t even exchange the screen when is obviously a manufacture defect.Response to owner: The screen had absolutely no physical damage and you DID NOT show me anything with the screen before purchase. The screen was in the box and never turned on. I did the repair myself (as I stated previously) just like I’ve done many others and this screen was very clearly defective. I even called in before I came to the store to get it exchanged and I spoke with a lady and explained what was happening with the screen and I stated that I did the repair and she said to come in and it wouldn’t be an issue to replace since it was 2 week from purchase date.

Change the name immediately! The name “ We Unlock Iphones “ is licensed under an LLC if you don’t have franchise right will sue you . To avoid that change the name to your stores name .

This service saved me. I was dreading having to get a new cell phone. They fixed a port and power issue. The phone then had another issue which they requested I give them an opportunity to fix. Very professional, straight forward, timely and reasonable. I recommend to anyone trying to get a cell phone fixed.

I was in desperate need of repair for my cell phone screen. My iPhone 6 was cracked and originally I went into Northlake Mall but their shop was closed. Fortunately, I found CPR and the process was easy and the guy made me feel secure about his services, and didnt make me believe I was cheated because I was a woman. (Very hard to find.) I will recommend CPR to anyone! Great job!

Most places had to order parts for my S6 but they had the parts and were $20-40 less expensive than the other places. Staff was extremely friendly and quick in fixing my shattered back glass case and broken charger portal. Hopefully will not any more cell phone problems but if I do I know where I will be going:TOUCH WIRELESS-TUCKER

Worst ! Dont leave your phone! They will change parts on you IPhone ! I would not recommend this place at all ! I brought it in for a simple screen replacement, my Touch ID worked fine before, after he changed it it worked fine. The screen kept locking up so he offer me a refund and give me my old screen back. It had a tempered glass I get back a different screen with no tempered glass and different cracks. This place will rip you off ! They wanna say is my phone I need a new phone ! The worst customer service ever ! They should not do repairs at this location!

I looked around for an iPhone repair shop and found the gem in my neighborhood. I had a cracked iPhone5S and took it there and Ali gave me the cheapest new screen in whole Atlanta. There were other places I phoned and they were saying 99.99 or 89.99, but Ali gave me $69.99 for a new screen + protective case (Otter defender series)+ tempered glass in less than $100. He said, come back in an hour and your phone will be ready. I came back within an hour and my phone was ready with tempered glass and protective case installed in. I cant be happier than that. If you go to other places for a phone repair or for new screen for your cracked phone, you are paying too much.

I broke the screen on my new ZTE Z max and he fixed it for the best price I could find. I placed a deposit on the part and paid the remainder after he repaired my phone. Im pleased with the services.

First off, most of these reviews come from profiles that have just this review, bots. So i took my tablet up here and i knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. First the dude tears the stickers off it to get to the serial number on the back.... which i have never seen on a tablet, and sure enough mine didnt have it either. Then he tells me it needs a new battery and its gonna be $80. I said no. Its the loose port and nothing else. So he says its $80 bucks to replace that. Lololol the peice is $.99 on ebay and takes about 10 seconds to replace. So i went on a forum and found how to put wireless induction charging on it and did that in 10 minutes for under $10. Please read up and do your research. This company preys on ignorance.

I took in my galaxy note 5. He replaced the screen and LCD for $250. He told me he uses oem glass and LCD.. After I got home I realized my screen wasnt set properly. I dropped my phone on my rug. LCD is damage. I go back he says hell replace the screen and only charge for parts no labor $180. 3 days later LCD bleeding from being in my pocket. I already filed lawsuit because hes using the cheapest glass and LCD he can buy and he tells you is oem. He was even arrogant enough to show a screen he just replaced.Samsung glass and his glass is day and night. I spent $430 in 48hrs. 3 days later he expects my to pay for another screen. Never go here. He lies about the quality of parts he uses..
