I just had the best experience here, not only did he fix my friends phone that day within ONLY 2 hours. He put a big smile on both of our faces with his great attitude and kindness. Good prices as well, and it definitely beats not having a working phone.

One of the best customer services from a phone and computer repair shop. Most of the time I’ve had broken phones or my I watch I’ll take them to Dothan or Montgomery and it takes up to a whole day or maybe 2-3 for them to do it. Not only did he have it done before 2:00 but when the phones shell wasn’t repairable and he removed all the tech from my device and switched them over with no extra charge to me. Being that I’m in college this was absolutely amazing. 10/10 service, will be going here for all my future needs. If I had photos of the before you’d be shocked that he was even able to save it, not to mention all of my original content is on my new phone so it’s literally like I never did it.

I came in this morning preparing myself to hear that he could not save my phone and not only did he fix it, but he did it within an hour. I ended up breaking my computer so it would not hold a charge. I took it here, and he was able to identify the problem and give me an estimate within the 10-15 minutes I was there. He told me it would take about a week to get the parts in and to repair my computer, and he was true to his word. I now have my computer back, and it is running like new! Defiantly recommend taking your electronics here for a repair.

Troy Cellular literally saved my life, my computer turned blue and then wouldn’t turn on for the life of me. I couldn’t even do my own diagnostic test on my Dell laptop. Not only did he get my computer fixed in a day but he was helpful and kind all along the way. Gregory Hines has a wonderful business that I will be returning to if I ever manage to screw up my phone or computer again (which is highly likely knowing myself). Also Troy University students, he’s super close by, less than 2 mins in the car for great service.
