This body shop does a great job! Totally professional. They kept me informed about my car by text messages the whole time, My car was even done ahead of schedule which is nice. I was able to leave my rent a car right on location, because they have a great relationship with the rental car company. That makes it super easy not having to take the car back. I highly recommend them if you ever need any work!

My car was in need of body repair, and while Ive never used a CARSTAR facility before, I decided I would take it there for repairs, especially since it is one of the facilities approved by my insurance company.From the moment I walked in the door for the initial estimate, I was very pleased at the neatness of the facility, the pleasant demeanor of the staff, very friendly, very considerate, very helpful, and very helpful in explaining what they would do and how long it should take.Upon picking up my car after the repairs were complete, again, the staff were very helpful, very pleasant and cheerful. They explained what was done to the car, and they came outside with me to show me the repairs and explained about the paint, etc. I would highly recommend CARSTAR in Hamilton Twp, Mercer County, NJ for automobile body work!

I was referred to this location through my car insurance after an auto accident and I’m glad I decided to use them for repairs as well as inspection. They were very easy to communicate with and work was completed faster than anticipated. I received regular text updates on estimated time of completion. Repairs were impeccably done and my car looks and feels just as good as it did new. My car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out as well which was a nice touch. I would definitely consider using them again if I were in need of future repairs!

Professional, courteous and great quality is the bottom line.I had my car dented in a parking lot the week I was suppose to turn it in before moving my family out to Oregon, no way I can get this repaired on time, I thought.Came in and Scott helped me out to assess the damage, plan the repairs and within the hour work had started. Repaired my car and did a great job

Ive been going to this Carstar for several years after a bunch of accidents and the service and work has always been great. But after a couple of trips I noticed some body panels didnt match. Im a bit picky over my car, so I noticed that the original body panels with a mid-grey base and silver flecks didnt match the new panels which have a purple-grey base and blue, green, pink and silver flecks. I drive a Fiat and Ive heard of owners having issues matching the paint colors, so I figured I stop by at some point and talk about it. Well I got bumped a little with minor damage on a mismatched part, so I accelerated (ha!) that plan. I brought it in and showed it to Frank, who is the manager, and a couple of guys who do the body work. He acknowledged the issues and made an appointment for me to come back two weeks later. I go back last week and pick up the rental they reserved for me (!), and call a couple days later asking them to split the cost for the bumper. Frank says that because the issues I went through with the panels he decided to comp me the cosmetic damage to my bumper. I was pretty surprised, but I was even more surprised when I went back today and saw that the entire car was repainted the new color. I cant believe they repainted the visible surfaces to match! I asked for a bottle of touch up paint for future scratches and got that too! Thanks Frank and Trenton CARSTAR!

Just super people!They were recommended to me by my mechanic, as I needed to have a damaged emblem removed from my vehicle. They took care of my request immediately, and didnt charge me - even after I insisted on paying them. While I hope to never be in the position to need major body work on my car, they will certainly be the first - and only - shop that I consider, due to their customer service.

Someone backed in to my driver side door, leaving an ugly dent & scuff marks. I asked CarStar could they have it look brand new & Im happy to say it does! We have a long-time relationship with this store, which wed come to know of years ago when our kids went to school with the owners kids. We gave them a try, and were very happy with the quality (fortunate - those lovely kids of ours gave Trenton Carstar more business than Id care to talk about!) That level of quality continues to this day, and as a matter of fact, the latest bit of work was by second-generation Robert (the lad through whom we originally came to know the family and the store), and his fix the other day, of the bit of mangling I did of my Volvos finish was outstanding. Good people you can rely on.

Excellent service provided by Trenton Car Star! I’d never heard of Car Star until after a fender bender, when our insurance company told us they work with them. They made the process easy and did the work in a timely manner. Steve and his staff are wonderful as well!

Got my car there on January 1st was told it would be done 12th then was set a promise date of the 18th “to seem more realistic” said by Kenny and now I was told the 23rd and the only way I found out it was going to be the 23rd I had to reach out to find out what was going on they did not call me to tell me anything about extending the time for service was told “something was wrong with my phone” from Kenny but he has reached me before but whatever. I do not recommend this place at all they might get the job done but timing wise sucks & lack of communication. I work for Honda and this work could of been done by myself in the shop with the proper parts definitely would of been done in less then 3 weeks. If you’re insurance recommends this place tell them you don’t want it to go there I promise you will be better somewhere else

Horrible service. My cars bumper got hit and my insurance company and family recommended this business. I made an appointment and was told my bumper could be fixed the same day. When I arrived I was told they are just taking pictures of my car and I could not get anything fixed for at least 2 weeks. I rearranged my work schedule, my husbands work schedule and my childs daycare to make this appointment. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I did not have a good experience with these folks. I dont want to put blame, but when I took it there my key turned over fine, but the ignition tumblers which might have been worn, seemed to get more broken when they attempted to turn it over. While I can accept that it was going bad, when I wanted to get a locksmith to come on their property to fix it while there, they wanted to charge me 20%. So then I needed to get the car home and then call a locksmith. More time out of work for me. Not very professional or helpful. I do not recommend this place.
