How can the hawk and his wife stay so calm with the insane yelling people they deal with

Blood sucking vipers who are incredibly unprofessional and treat people like dirt. Girlfriend had her car towed and it took us 52 minutes to actually get the car out of their lot after we paid fees because THEY lost keys to the car THEY parked in front of her car and they didnt have a tow truck to move it! A towing company that didnt have a tow truck available! These people should be ashamed of themselves.

They towed our car and we had to pay over $400 to get it back about a week later because of issues with getting the tag renewed. While I am pissed about the money wasted I felt that they deserved five stars based on the customer service my husband and I received when we went to pick up our car. We had a flat tire and one of the employees assisted my husband with putting air into all four of the tires. He also helped take a rim off and put on a donut. He def didnt have to do that but he did free of charge. I wish I took down his name. Thank you sir!
