Tracy doesnt have to many beauty supply stores so i kept coming here, super hot always smelling like food, everytime i went there the staff always seemed to be in a very bad mood they would always ignore me if you want there attention you would half to give attitude. The only nice one was the lady with the long braids that was pregnant, because of the negative energy i always felt uncomfortable being there so i stoped going and took my money els where

The location is very unwelcoming. People shouting around the parking lot, dogs tied up in front aggressively barking at passerbys; the entire 5 min experience was unsettling. The staff barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed I was there to begin with.

I’m all for supporting black owned businesses but customer service was really rude, she tried to finesse me until I asked for all receipts. Did not feel welcomed and there have been roaches crawling. Be careful.

Not to many hair supplies In Tracy staff rude shelfs empty no prices on products prices higher than should be!! ALL BAD!!
