Its always clean inside. Sometimes theres boxes laying around near the back. One girl wasnt very helpful and wasnt interested in finding something that they were out of on the shelves. The other girl was more friendly and helpful. Great prices especially during promotions. I love the Generic brand!

Staff could’ve been more helpful

It would be really helpful if the person working at the store would answer the phone for questions, I live 15 to 20 minutes away and it would be nice to know if you have the product I needed before traveling all the way there for nothing. I called 12 times no answer.

I love this store and im always buying their stuff... But it would be nice if they actually stayed open until the time they have posted!I just got here at 6:15 and they already had the door locked.. So annoying. And the girl seen me at the door n didnt even acknowledge me.What kind of customer service is that.

The customer service is really lacking here we waited for 10 to 15 minutes right in front of a sales person as they help their friend find some dye product the sales lady even went to get another sales associate to help her friend and nobody asked us if we needed any help glad I only have to come here once every couple months.

Staff was busy doing other things to wait on a customer. I had to track them down 3 times during 1 visit just to get questions answered.
