Sometimes the amount of choices and smells is very overwhelming but I usually always find something I love.

Just another small outlet store in the mall, nothing spectacularly special about it but it was clean and had a 75% off rack so I give 5 stars. Even with lines they are quick to check people out at checkout. They make people wear masks and dont let people sample lotions and stuff which Im thankful for. Makes me feel safer about buying their products.

Got some candles for the giving season. A full bag of them to boot, Lol. There are 10 total plus the sprays for only $107.21 OTD. What a bargain!!

The store is taking covid precautions very seriously. You arent allowed to smell the products nor try on lotions per staff. Thankfully I have my go to scents but if you were expecting to find a new one your SOL.

First time walking in that place and let me tell you, I was greeted by two of the nicest people ever! They made me feel welcome and they were very knowledgeable about soaps and scents! They answered all my questions and they were extremely helpful. Customer Service 100%

Love it there! The staff is always nice and friendly. I love the scents from all of the candles and perfumes. And especially love the Lotion, I love it because it moisturizes my skin and also makes it smell good! Definitely recommend. (This is a real customer, not a Robot or someone who works bath & body works)

Great place for specialty fragrances for bath, body, & home. Staff are always great! Sales are often and really make this much more affordable! Only down side is that it might cause people with allergies or sensitivity to smell to have attacks.

I havent been to a bath and body works that I havent liked. And this is the same. A little smaller than most but everyone is always friendly and very helpful.

Well they were out of the lotion I really wanted. The sales girl said I couldnt put my name down to let me know then they get it In again and didnt offer me anything else that may smell the same and kinda just walked away.....sales service isnt what it used to be 😕 but I will try another store
