Best place to get your tires! I shopped all around town and by far the Firestone had the best deal for the best tire. Nick and Daniel really made the experience easy!10/10 recommend

Worked with Daniel on getting a quote for brakes on my Benz. Not only was he very helpful but he was honest. Appreciate that, especially in this day & age when most car places just like to get over on you. Since 2007, I always been shopping and using this place as a primary store for my tires needs. Both my wife and I are computers and we are constantly on the Road. As continued customer spend lots money and bought services like alignment and recommend tires for my four cars. As it turned out, recently my wife car got a flat tire. I send her to this place to fix the flat. As it turned this place charged her FULL price of $120 for fixing a flat tire and claiming the flat tire was not fixable. As shown from picture send by my wife the tire was worn from inside and the manager charged her anyway. She paid the money and I expressed to the manager my frustration and told him that would be my last visit to his shop and simply expressed that he does not care!My advice when buying anything from this place be careful they would give thousand excuses to shift the guilt blame on you and try to con you to buy more items and not claim any responsibility! Do not deal with these guys - they are Crooks! Take your business to a more reputable establishment, since the customer or customer service does mean anything to them.

I love this place. As a single woman I tend to get anxious taking my car to shops. Not here. They read my check engine codes without charging me, they are honest about the life of my tires. Ive never had someone tell me I still have a good month or two on my tires based on my driving. When they say I need something done, I know its true. They are good about helping me prioritize work with my budget and not pile on stuff that isn’t necessary. I wouldn’t go anywhere else unless it was out of their realm of what they are able to do. Great place!!

Moved from out of town and needed two sets of tires and the guys price matched what we would have normally paid at our old shop with no problem. They where polite and on it.

Ripped me off for a tire repair. Said it was unfixable with sidewall damage, but the sidewall was fine according to Les Schwab. Sold me a tire to get home to Fremont. Now I have mismatched tires on my car.I filed a complaint with the BAR

Ive had my vehicles serviced at firestone before and have had good experience but this location lacks pride in craftsmanship... Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, got home late and hit the gridlock the next morning to find out I have no windshield wiper fluid and my car had an alarm code for low tire pressure meaning they did not verify proper tire pressure as their work order claims to..SMH....soooooo I paid full price for half ass work.. Not fair and I will never bring my vehicles to this location.. Mybe the firestone on central avenue will provide the service Im accustome to..

Came in with tire issues after hitting a pot hole and was in and out with a fixed car for only $25! The staff was nice and helpful and got my car fixed in no time.

If you dont want to leave with a empty wallet and bank account stay away from this company all they want is all your money they charge for each thing they do Im surprised they dont charge you for each pound of air they put in car tires they charge 14 dollars for each spark plug you can buy at any auto store fore around 2 dollars and work first on the cars with.the biggest bills to the customer if you.want a oil change dont hold your breath their after bigger money
