I drove 50 miles from Oakland to see Henry and his team. It was more than worth it. Henry saved me $500. I received a quote from another business in Berkeley that wanted to charge me $500 more to replace all four brakes. Henry took a look and said the back rotors could be resurfaced and did not need to be replaced. Will definitely be back for my future brake needs.

Weve been living in Tracy for a few years now and over 100 miles away from our auto mechanic. Weve been looking for a good reliable place to take our truck, our only vehicle. We gave Brake Mastersa a call after a few High suggestions, we were not disappointed! We called them in the morning they took us in, had our truck back to us by 1pm and came way under budget for new brake pads and rotors. We found out new home! Thanks so Much!

Henry the manager is the man! He runs this branch of Brake Masters and he provided my family and amazing customer service. I had called around and everyone was rude so I called BrakeMasters. No one answered but they called me back in a couple mins which I loved, and Henry answered all our questions. We had a really good experience, Henry was upfront and honest and prices were very fair. Best brake shop in Tracy by far.We called a couple days before, and brought it in early and it was done that day! We had new front brakes and rotors and an oil change- the works! Henry even opened for us at 7:25 which helped us so much because we had an important appointment at 8am. I will be back many times with Henry and BrakeMasters Tracy and we are bringing in our other car next week!

My AC wasnt working properly, and I had it serviced a year ago. Took it to Henry he recharged the system at no cost and added a die to detect links in the future. Good service!

Dont go here, this is one of the worst places in Tracy. They overcharge you and they completely use you if you do not know anything about cars. They charged me over $200 for a simple fluid change. Their customer service is horrible and the cashier is rude. And I have plenty of customers who come into my auto part place and they tell me about how horrible this place is.

Great place to do any maintenance engine and brake job and reasonable prices pleasant staff.

It took a little time but they got the job right and made my family safe with the good brakes

This is one of the best places I have taken my car to have work done. I thought I needed brakes but they said mine were ok. I did get a synthetic oil change and cabin filter change and the cleaned my battery connections. They asked me about the extras before they did them. I definitely recommend!

Was looking all around in Tracy and Stockton called 5 different places and brake masters quote was the lowest cost. Friendly and fast will definitely be going back for future services. I am grateful they can do it the same day, the place I used to go in Stockton kept my car overnight :(

Great service on my breaks, but now my car smells like cat piss, only after I picked up my car. I expressed my concerns, and they made excuses why it was not their problem, and walked away.Guess thats how they treat homeless veterans, probably figured I was lying because they know my situation.Yes the latter is an assumption, but its my experience. Most people blow off homeless people, its easy for those fixed in society to let those lesser, be more lesser.Safe to say I WONT be going back to this location, and I will be calling the main office.Main office blew me off even harder, love how America treats those who served...Update: 5/30/18 Came in the store last week to buy oil, and filter. Noticed the store has a smell of cat urine, so if the store smells like urine. And my old car I had to get rid of, because it smelled like cat urine. It really sucked, because it was on the drivers seat. So every time I sat in the car for any length of time, I would smell like cat urine. Thank goodness for good people, because I had to get rid of the car, fortunately I got a better car. But if this experience happens to you, at least you have this to go by.It ALL adds up now...

They do good work at at a fair price. However be prepared to leave your car all day with them.

My husband and I missed this place. They have the best service in our cars weve ever had. The staffs were friendly, too. Found and fixed the problem of our van that dealer couldnt even find what was wrong. We were a loyal customers for 2 1/2 years until we moved back here in the bay area.

When they fixed my brakes they noticed something odd and investigated. Worked with us during the entire time.

Just left this place. They were not busy at all and I only needed a brake inspection. Possibly because they just didnt feel like doing it or some other unknown reason, I was told that they could not remove my after market wheels because they couldnt find the wheel key. I asked if they checked the glove compartment, which is where I keep it. They told me there was nothing there. I got into my car and found the wheel key exactly where I said it would be. Again, Im not going to speculate as to why this happened but its obvious that either no one checked or there was some other reason they chose not to provide me service. Either way I wont be going there anymore.
