2 walk in occasions, an oil change and an AC service. I must have been there at the right time. Not a long wait for both services. AC is super cold like new. Hassle free, clean shop.

My son reccomend this place. I normally go to Modesto. Which was becoming challenge to fit the drive in my schedule. I gave in. Glad I did. I purchased tires and got required maintenance. Service was friendly and good. Ill be back for my next scheduled service.

3 experiences two went great I give the first two 5 stars. The third I would give -5 starts. Im not going to tell the situation but it was business ending.

After Firestone told me I needed a new tire because of a puncture, the City Auto crew did a great side patch job in 20 minutes. The tire is holding strong. Their honesty saved me hundreds. Highly recommend!

Very clean and tidy shop, bathroom was very well kept and clean. Not too busy around noon which is around the time I went so I was serviced quicker. Complimentary water bottles inside the waiting area which was a plus. Over all 4 out of 5 stars. Price on a oil change was a bit high but nonetheless was done quickly.

We like them due to their promptness, customer service. Harry is always polite. He explains everything in detail. He called toyota to make sure the brake pedal on my camry was functioning properly. I have an 2002 Camry with 370 000 miles on it. He takes good care of it.

BAD service by Harry not even know how to talk with customers... he charge me without any reason $130.. went there to fix my van’s air conditioner nd he said $130 it’s gonna fix after hour n half he told me need to put new air conditioner cost around $1000 and charge dame money out of my pocket, I highly recommended to don’t go there..,..,...,

They have the cleanest bathroom ever!!! They also have done numerous maintenance jobs on my car and I have never been disappointed.

So I didn’t get any work done at this shop, but I can review the outstanding service and compassion. I was on my way from Sacramento to Pleasanton. On the freeway my check engine light started blinking and my car started to lose umph. I drove it to this shop. Terry quickly broke free from what he was doing and ran a diagnostic. Since I had just recently had work done on my car in Sacramento he asked if I could call my mechanic so they could chat. They determined the best thing was for me to have my car towed back to Sacramento for the warranty service. So many things. A) he could have charged me to fix it and steered me that direction, being stranded with a car full of stuff and a three year old, I wasn’t swimming in options. B) He wanted to make sure we were super comfortable and not thirsty C) he knew about paw patrol and was adorable with my daughter. If you live in town, stop looking. This is the place to go. If their customer service skills are this great, there’s no way they aren’t outstanding mechanics!! One last thing, Terry, I hope you read this. If you do, THANK YOU. You took what could have been a horrible expensive day and turned it around. Instead we just got detoured and got to enjoy some ice cream while we waited. 😀

I was referred here from my local auto repair shop, so i got a small discount. They did improve my alignment without too much wait time, and there was no upselling or pressure or anything like that, which was great. Their just not always super friendly.

Everytime I work on my suspension with aftermarket tie rods, idler arms for my lifted suburban I go here. They dial in my alignment which believe it or not is not a slam dunk. Ive taken it to places before sure it will drive straight but my steering wheel is at the 1 oclock vs 12 WTH? Anyway it is the cleanest garage Ive ever seen its true....lol Ill have to bring here for more maintenance in future to support local businesses. Oh BTW quick speedy service too!

Only tire shop out of (3) that was actually opened on time. Couldnt get a used one, so $159 on a new one. Pricer that I wanted, but it was done fast. Thanks.

Great service! The manager shows pride in his shop and makes sure everything is done right. Shop is very clean and well maintained. Planning on making this my main shop for steering/suspension on my show car.

Any time I need to bring my car to the shop again in the future it will always be City Auto. I’ve taken my car to Chevy, Les Schwab and the dealership I got it at for a problem I’ve been having. They all told me different things just to spend hundreds on parts that did not fix the issue. I would try to explain the problem but most wouldn’t hear me out until I met Terry. He heard me out and really went thru my car and found the problem!!! I’ve never had such great service from a mechanic shop until I came here. I’ll never go anywhere else again. If it weren’t for meeting this dude who actually cares about what he does and the customer id still be frustrated every time I drive my dang car. Now I know exactly what I need and next paycheck my car will be driving perfect!!!! I definitely will be recommending City Auto to everyone I know and telling them to make sure they ask for Terry.

Great Business!! Not only do they have great prices but he runs an ultra clean shop and customer lounge. Harry is always friendly and respectful and points you to the remote control on a mounted LCD TV in a VERY clean customer lounge area were he has a refrigerator with water, juice and soda for his clients. And the LCD TV has a paid version of Netflix and Amazon Prime to watch whatever you want while waiting which I thought was a nice touch. Bathroom is spotless and well decorated and actually smells good, another nice touch I wouldnt expect to find at an auto repair place.I have had my Yukon and Infiniti both worked on here and had new tires put on both my vehicles shortly after I moved to Tracy from Livermore. His prices are as good as any other shop as I checked him before I came the first time and what I liked is he gave me price ranges from low to high.Overall he definitely deserves 5 stars. Im a fellow small business owner and I can tell that he cares about his business and his clients. Keep up the good work and of course I will be back.
