Started out well. Went in for insurance work on the transmission. They worked with the insurance company and finally got everything done over three weeks. As things were wrapping up, they advised I could use new brake pads which I agreed they could replace. When the car is returned to me the alignment is significantly off which I immediately questioned. They agreed to take it back and address. Three days later and I need a ride to pick up the car,which was clear when I dropped the car off. They have now scheduled another service and he advises me to take an Uber.I remind him that the car should have been returned in the condition in which I have it to them and not needed additional service and we wouldnt even be talking now. He finally drives my car to pick me up and I insist on driving back to the shop and again it is clear that the alignment is not right. I then insist on talking with the owner. I express the frustration around having to come twice to repair an issue that was not there when I dropped the car off. I state my intention to take it to another mechanic at this point as I do not have faith in their work. He says that he will take it elsewhere at his expense as he cant understand why it isnt where it should be after their remediation.Reluctantly I agree to leave the car a third time with the understanding he is taking it somewhere else and will give me a copy of the invoice of work done. Astoundingly he decided to again try to address it himself and completely skips over what we discussed, essentially doing unauthorized work that I now have no documentation of.They seem to do pretty good work but their communication with customers, poor documentation of services, and general disregard for the customer overshadows the actual service. At this point I have been without a car for a month, had to take off six days of work to drop off/pick up the car and meet with them at their convenience. At no point did they apologize and seemed only to minimize my concerns as being too picky. Will not be back.
I brought my company 6.6 diesel truck for a diagnostic. Had an oil leak and check engine light on. Erik was very professional. He used a white board to explain why my check engine light was on and showed me exactly where my leak was coming from. Erik let me borrow a company truck while my truck was in for repairs. My truck is now fixed. its been 2 weeks and no signs of oil leak nor my check engine light has came back on. Thanks EEE Auto
Definitely dont recommend it this ED guy or whoever is dont take care of his customers i spend 4000 dollars for nothing ! Just wasted my money if anyone needs a respectable person go to the 2 mechanics shop across street from them Juan is a great person and very professional! Erik from eee is a great person but he is just the estimator nothing compared with the owner but too bad He cant take decisions there! So dont ever come back!
Had to pick up vehicle after 5 which is when he closes, he said he would wait. Got there at 5:10 he was not there, called him and he said he could not wait. He said he would be there at 9 am, I was there a 9am, he didnt show till 9:35. Told me a certian price then tacked on and extra $15 for capping off my engine oil which I did not ask for. Late for work, I over paid, and had to wait on him. Terrible Service.
Where to begin... these guys here are angels sent from heaven. I’m doing this thing where I’ve bought a shuttle bus, and am renovating it into an RV. It’s been... a challenge lol I am now in NorCal, where I know little to no one and *bam* my ac compressor goes out, snapping my serpentine belts.To save yall a looooong story, Ed & Memo took great care of me and were HONEST. We all know how hard it is to find an honest mechanic, especially as a female. Well, look no further. Honesty and integrity should be stenciled on their walls somewhere because that’s what these guys are.I see there are some poor reviews on here— sure, we all have different experiences with folks but, I feel like, if you treat people well, they treat you well back 🤷🏽♀️ I know IIIIIII had a great experience, & I’m a watcher— this little area of shops is a community. They all have a lot of respect for EEE and that says something in itself.I cannot express my gratitude enough for these guys fixing my wander wagon and getting me back on the road. When you encounter wonderful beings like these guys, you shout it from the rooftops. This is me shouting— if you need ANYTHING done with your vehicle, big or small, start with these guys. If for some odd reason they can’t do it, they will refer you to another awesome person in their network to get you taken care of.
Very good customer service, efficient and kept me in the loop of diagnosis. Finished work in a timely manner.
