Love the product. Hated the store in Towson. Service was PISS POOR!!! Server was clueless on product, overall slow, rather rude. I bought and yes I actually made her do work bc I wanted to see and feel things before I wear them. The store at BWI has been the best and most helpful always.

The store manager at this location has the worst attitude. She is not at all customer friendly and her nasty attitude hinders her sales associates from providing a great customer experience. The negative energy transfer can be felt as soon as she opens her mouth to say anything even when she is not being addressed. It’s sad because I’ve had some decent experiences with the sales associates there but anytime she is on the sales floor my experience has been negative. It’s even more unfortunate that the wait to get into the store is always incredibly long only to finally get in and be greeted with her negative energy and impatience. Some customer service training would definitely be beneficial to her.

Worst service! As soon as I approached the saleswomen (mariam) it was clear as day she was not interested in helping me out. She was rude and made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. One of the items I had ordered online got cancelled and she gave me less than a minute to look around for a replacement. The store was empty with no other customers so I don’t know why I was being rushed. Didn’t even bother to wrap my purchase properly until I asked.

Waited in line for about ten minutes only to be told we can’t look around in the store. We asked how are we supposed to know what we want, if we can’t see anything. She said we have a book, but then proceeded to say that it’s the stores book and we can’t look at it. Don’t waste your time, there’s only like 4-5 customers in the store at a time and you can’t look around.

The Towson Mall location is the worst Pandora location I have ever been to. The line is beyond what is reasonable and the many employees in the store spend more time chit chatting with each other than helping move customers along. I spoke to one of the regional supervisors who asked me if they have anyone asking people in line if they know what they want so they can make their quick purchases while in line and have the item brought to them, but this has never happened before. Two hours is too long to spend in any line. This store seems to not have oversight to hold them accountable, or the company just does not care. It is very frustrating.

Having 8 employees in one store, 2 at the door, yet trying to maintain a social distancing with having a huge line and letting 2-3 costumers at a time. A sales person not capable of ringing a costumer up? That’s why 3 employees at the register are necessary?Yet, can’t walk around the store and look for something you like. Waisted 2 hrs in line, for them to ask me at the door “what brings you in today?” And not able to look around for gift.

My son got me a new charm for my bracelet for Mother’s Day early.🥰 It’s called Mother’s Rose 🌹 it’s a 2 part heart that says First my Mother / Forever my friend . My sales associate Tyshira was the greatest. A very pleasant, helpful and mostly respectful young lady. The selection was great and all the staff was professional . I got my bracelet there as a Birthday gift last March, I was extremely happy then too.

I went to the one in Towson Town Mall. I got there at 6:35 pm. It was two saleswomen in there. One was helping a couple, and the other one wasnt helping anyone. She claimed the store stops taking customers at 6:30 pm. This is not stated on their website or google unless I missed something. The store doesnt close until 7 pm. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and checked online to make sure they had it in stock. I drove 20 minutes just to be denied service 25 minutes before they were scheduled to close. She didnt even attempt to make an exception. She just told me to come back tomorrow. I told her Im never coming back. They dont even deserve the 1 star I gave them. SMH!

My favorite Pandora store to go to, convenient location. Space is kind of small but the store is bright and vibrant. Sales staff always responsive even when the store is bustling with customers. I like the new way of them cleaning jewelry. It’s very fast compared to before where you had to wait around in the mall for it until it was finished.

DENIED SERVICE FOR A COFFEE BREAKToday, I went to The Pandora store in Towson, Maryland. I wanted to get my bracelet cleaned and look at product to possibly get my mother. The store was fully staffed with the up coming holiday and there was no line of people. Two customers were checking out and one customer walked in behind me. The manager on duty ran to get her tablet when I walked in. Then she came back asking for names to add to her wait list. She walked past me to ask the lady that came in after me. When she asked me she told me they are not doing cleaning this weekend due to the holiday and that I could came back on Monday, which is even closer to the holiday. Once she was done explaining this to me there were two staff members without customers plus the manager. I walked away without purchasing an item. I am upset that this location does not wish to take care of the customers that have spent so much money in their store when there is available employees. Once I left I walked upstairs in the mall. As I am walking the same manger that told me they are not doing cleaning due to being to busy for the holiday is on her phone walking into Starbucks on a coffee break. It is only about 1120am and the store had only been open since 11am. I was denied service due to the manager wanting a coffee break after only working for 20 minutes??????? Pandora in Columbia and Reeds in White Marsh both have better customer service.

I do not understand why no one can answer the phone??? Like is that part of the job??? This is the reason why I have to call other stores to see if they have any of the items in my size. Its only a convenience that I live about 10 mins away from this store. I only deal with 2 workers in this location, they actually do their job and I come out with a purchase 80% of the time. Never rushed by these two. I wish I could remember their names but their smile is never forgetful.

I got misinformed by the Assistant manager Beth and now the return items are lost. I kept asking her questions on returns but she seemed bothered and brushed me off now return items worth $225 from their sale ARE LOST. Did you also know you couldnt return sale items into the store only exchanges? Will I ever shop here again probably not. The worst, rude customer service. Ill update my review if my items are found but she shouldnt tell people its ok to slap on the return label & mail them downstairs at the USPS office while theyre UPS labels. Its easier to say you dont know something than to misinform someone.

I am extremely upset with this place. I used to love pandora because I love the look of their rings, however, they do not back their products up. I have bought a total of 4 rings from them wishing the past 2 years. I bought the daisy flower ring in September 2017 (still have the receipt that specifically says that) that just broke right in half last week. All I did was push it back and forth with my other finger and it snapped in half. Now since it had not been a year (July 2018) I took it to the pandora store near me to return it or get it fixed along with the receipt. They workers refused to fix it and proceeded to tell me over and over again how I must have “banged” it on something to break it. I swore to them over and over again all I did was move it around with my other finger and it snapped. I asked if I could at least get a discount on another ring and they said no but I could buy another at full price. Let me just say, pandora, you have beautiful rings, but I will NEVER EVER buy another ring from you again. Thanks for nothing.

I was totally disappointed when I went to the store in Towson I had to get my bracelet replaced because it was broken and the assistant manager was sooo rude she made a comment saying I wish the bracelets would come with instructions who says an ignorant comment like that when you go to get your bracelet replaced I would never buy from pandora again because of her !

The most horrible experience Ive ever had in all of my retail experience! Rima is very rude. Syuzann, who is suppose the be the General Manager, is very unprofessional. I purchased a bracelet with 4 charms for my daughter in June 2018 and the bracelet has been replace 2x bc it broke. The manager did not want to replace the broken bracelet after I offered to pay for the difference in price to upgrade to a better product. I do not recommend this location!!!

Just before thanksgiving we purchased two items from Pandora. a few days later they were running a black Friday sale....buy two items, get one free. I wanted to bring back the two items and re-purchase them to get my free item. I talked to three people, including a manager via phone and they all said that I could not do that. I called smyth jewelers who found the two items I had and a third item that would be free. I took care of that all over the phone. I then took back the items to the Pandora store for a refund. they lost a sale, smyth jewelers gained a sale. from now on, smyth, who has excellent customer service, will have all of my Pandora business.
