Excellent customer service, with very affordable prices and high quality items. With the exception of materials that need engraving sewed, the engraving is in the store and is completed in an hour max. I went in looking for a gift for a professor, and was so pleased, I ended up buying Mothers Day gifts, birthday gifts, and graduation gifts as well. Highly recommend this store (located at TowsonTown Center). There was also a slight error on one of the pieces I had engraved and they fixed it within 15 minutes, no questions or concerns at all. Shout-Out to Alexis, your helpful and friendly customer service is the one of the main reasons that I will recommend this store to everyone I know.

Went to have a personalized frame repaired here. When I went to pick it up was told it was thrown out because I didn’t come back within 3 months. This frame came broken and they didn’t even fix it within 3 months! There was no warning about the throwing out in text message from them to pick it up which was dated exactly 3 months and a week ago. They refused to even check if it was still there when I went for pickup.customer service responded to my review on Facebook by saying that items are destroyed in 60 days if you don’t pick them up....so the associate at the store didn’t even have the policy correct first of all. The policy is never restated. They don’t even hold themselves to the same “60 day” to fix it (mine took months). The frame was destroyed upon arrival anyway! SHOP ELSEWHERE. READ all their small print that outlines these terrible business practices.A company which I ordered all my wedding gifts and many other holiday gifts from has lost a loyal customer.

Things Remembered store #145.....wow what a terrible experience! I had placed an order on Sept. 25th to have groomsmen gifts delivered to my house by the 27th. I had to pay an expedite charge, but they guaranteed me delivery by the 27th (our wedding was all weekend long, but the groomsmen were set to receive their gifts along with the bridesmaids on Friday night). Needless to say, the merchandise NEVER delivered. It was embarrassing enough that I couldnt give my groomsmen their gifts. Directly after the wedding we went on the honeymoon out of the country for a little over a week. Upon my return, the gifts STILL did not deliver. So I called store #145 and the associate, Johnny, made it sound as though it was my fault and I shouldve called right away to figure out the problem. Regardless, I was given a 20% discount on my order and they gave me another date, Oct 16th, as the guaranteed delivery date. Guess what happened? The gifts NEVER delivered again! Here it is now 3 weeks + and I still do not have my groomsmen gifts. So what do I do? Call the store again. Amidst the associate, again Johnny, placing the blame on corporate and not the store, he gave me tons of attitude and was no help whatsover. COMPLETELY LACKED CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. So I got the corporate number myself and talked to their CSRs, who tried to put the blame back on the store. Having had enough, I told the CSR I still do not have the gifts, and now I have to mail them across the country which costs me money. I was given another 20% off and a $30 gift voucher to the store. Why on earth would I want to do business with this store? 0 customer service, the store blames corporate, corporate blames the store....guess what, YOU ARE THE SAME FREAKING COMPANY!!! Horrible experience. Johnny at store #145 should be fired, as it is obvious he cannot even handle his very basic task of listening to the customer and completing an order. TERRIBLE!!!
