I bought couple things there today and waited in line for over 30 minutes... I dont think i will go back n shop again this store🤷🏻‍♀️ Also zara onlineThey never delivered my order... so frustrating!!Do better Zara.

The Towson Mall store in Towson Maryland is ALWAYS understaffed!Long lines at check out because there are only 1-2 registers open( in both the Mens& & Women’s store). The Fitting rooms are closed and customers are told to buy and return. Tons of clothes have fallen off the hangers/tables and onto the floor - it’s a mess!Its unfortunate because ZARA has some beautiful clothes but, you can’t find them.

I love the clothes, that’s why it’s a 5 star.However on my most recent visit, when I took my clothes home to try on they were damaged .One pair of pants had a faulty zipper . The other pair of jeans had a ripped belt loop . Because we aren’t able to try clothes on, I will now have to return the items .Also when I tried to call and find out the number was busy . ( Towson Mall location )Does Zara have a damage policy ? Especially since we can’t try clothes on to see damages before we purchase ?

The lines were out the door, it was about 10 employees on the floor but only on register ringing up customers. The manager Monica did a horrible job managing even after it was brought to her Attention she did nothing but be smart and condescending to my displeased demeanor. I will be writing a letter to corporate and hopefully the will have a better response then Monica did. I cannot believe I stood in line for 30 min to return items. Zara you have to do better!

Cant believe this store is still in business. Cute clothes but the experience is not worth it. I usually go to Annapolis but had last minute item to get. Arrived when store opened at 11am, within 20 minutes the check out line was all the way to the back of the store. Only one cashier. I asked the security guard to call the store manager. Manager never came. They had several associates working on the floor talking to each other. No one came to assist cashier at front doing check outs and returns. Workers always have an attitude, how do you think the customers feel. Avoid if you can.

The lines can get really long but they have the best selections at this location.

I cant believe with such a bad review Zara company is still doing nothing about it. The Zara store in Towson town center is just the worst. With a line that goes up to the door, there is 2 cashier and they dont have a care in the world and take forever to ring one customer and do it with a lot of attitudes. Ive been here several time and its definitively not a one time thing. Zara you have nice clothing but your employees definitively need more training( if any have been given) on customer care

This store is horrible. I guess if you are on unemployment and have nothing to do all week then be my guest and try to return something . Can’t even find any one to complain to . Are the clothes that good or just cheap. Horrible waste of time. Good luck. Hope your cell phone is charged cause you’re gonna need it while you wait in line for that 1 salesperson to get to you .

Worst store ever..the lines are always big..even though you see 100 employees Roaming around in the store there will be only one person at the counter. Most of the time they say only cash is accepted..why dont they close even after seeing so many bad reviews.

I dont know why you guys think we dont have other things to do. Employ people so that we can stop waiting forever on the line to make payment for our purchase(s) Not fair on your customers at all.

Its clearly obvious that the people working at this zara only work there to get employee discounts. Why else would you work at a minimum wage place if you hate it

Horrible customer service! Associates has no sense of urgency. They take forever to assist one customer which creates the line. They will play around with the clothes and don’t even acknowledge the customer waiting in line.the store isn’t shopable. They clearly do not recover through out the Day or at night. I have Never been in a Zara that’s such a mess. I ‘ll rather take the drive to Annapolis

Good assortment of clothes but there’s always one cashier... so the line takes a half hour. and the fitting rooms are closed so if you want to try on your out of luck

No discipline in this store. The manager needs to reinforce social distancing and at least proper mask wearing. Several employees were walking around with the mask only covering their lips. The lines are hot and long so the customers waiting werent wearing masks correctly either. The clothes arent that serious, I put my stuff down and left. All of this on a Tuesday afternoon.

I dont typically write reviews but the cashiers at this zara need to learn how to communicate with their customers, the service is very poor. Please train the cashiers on how to respect the customers instead of look at them with disgust. The workers on the floor are completely different and show great customer service and very helpful.

Seriously this is the ABSOLUTE WORST ZARA EVER. Therebis always 1 cashier and the line in practically to the door. 20 employees sorting clothes but 1 cashier. Whwre yhe managers???

Came here to shop around and was met with a long line damn near the entrance on the lower level. There are hardly ever registers open on the men’s floor. Get it together Zara (Towson Town Center)! I shouldn’t have to wait 15mins + in line to check out.

Found very nice items for their holiday sale. They need to update their website with accurate store hours. I was there on a Sunday and the website stated 11:00 a.m., but the store did not open until 12 noon.

Not enough staff to address the long lines.

The customer service is horrible, the managers are no support to the team members at this location. They leave them to answer questions for customers. I stood at a register for 30 minutes because a manager wouldnt help an employee locate a barcode for a fragrance. Annoying.

This store is run terribly - lines are ridiculous. They don’t value their customers’ time at all. They have staff standing around waiting on online order pickups who could be helping out at the registers. The manager came out to help the person at the register, saw the line and did nothing about it and then disappeared. AWFUL!

Not only are there just 1 or 2 cashiers which makes the wait long when you want to check out, but they are rude too. I don’t go to this location often but every time I go without fail, the cashiers are rude and disrespectful. I don’t understand if you don’t like your job, find another one. Or better yet, fix the attitude and treat others how you would want to be treated if you were a customer.

Thee worst. How can you leave 1 person on the register knowing it’s a weekend. Watch the manager go to the register for I guests an approval. Look at the line and just walk away. So terrible. For this store to be in Towson you would expect more. But I guess they don’t.

Most of the cashiers look like the most unhappiest people I’ve ever seen and just rude ... no customer service experience. Some of the girls on the floor are nice and helpful.

Every time you go there, there’s literally a line thru out the store w 2 employees at cashier and 10 employees cleaning clothes. Get ready to spend at least 45 min in line for anything. It’s like they’re the first store ever w customers….

They close at 7, I get there at 6:40 to do a return and the guy at the door was so rude and told me they were closed. Literally yelled, “we’re closed.” They should hire competent employees who have great customer service and could tell time

I seriously don’t understand why there is only 1 cashier available. There are several employees running around but only 1 person on the register. Whenever i go to this store lines are ridiculously long and girl on the cashier takes forever. This store is a mess, how can they just let it run like this. Somebody needs to shake things up here!!!!!

I love Zara but they need to change their time from 11:00am to 12:00pm on Sundays. I was told to check the website To get the hours and of course it say 11 got to the mall in Towson Md at 11:00 (Sundays) and had to wait a hour or so to get in the store.

Horrid! I went to exchange two items and they had me pay for it!?? Ive never had a store do this. Not only have I paid for two items twice! but the refund is all messed up! And to confuse even more, Zara is sending me another pair of pants!!! You people need to get your act together NOW!!! Oh! plus they never answer the phone..so dont bother calling.

So, because of Covid, zara is already opening late. So I waited 15 minutes so I could do my return at 11 o’clock. At 11 o’clock they said that the registers were not ready and that they were not ready, maybe 12 o’clock they said. How when you post your hours at 11o’clock and have people waiting, are you going to tell them that they are not allowed to come in for another hour. I drove out of my way to come here, got a babysitter to com here. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to do on people’s time.

Awful, the lines are all the way to the door. They need more employees that are ACTUALLY WORKING RINGING up customers. Instead of in the back sorting clothes and talking.

The Zara from Hell, extremely long waits, inconsistent stock, and very understaffed. Whoever the manager here is needs to schedule more employees so that they dont have one register open during rush while the other employees are just idly stocking the shelves.

Went there to return a few items and right now standing in line that is almost thru the door. Two cashiers are here and are barely moving their limbs: they clearly have zero desire to even be at work. Their manager is literally standing next to cashiers just observing the mess without taking any action. Ridiculous!!

They open late, and close early, got there at 6.20 and they said they weren’t letting anyone else in, they always have one cashier and 100 other staff walking around, This store sucks . Where is cooperate they possibly can’t know this store is running so poorly ..

I stood in Line for 15 minutes and the manager said to the cashier close and go to break before he assist me and they both looked at me and lift the register and ignored me .

I stood in line for the associate to tell me she dont take cash.SMH!!!
