Love this storage facility. Easy to access your most prized possessions. Very clean, secure and private facility. The only thing is the 6 wheelers are only available for use during office hours. So if you need to load or unload after hours, bring your own dolly. 👍

I rented a unit at the Torrance location and was extremely happy with the cleanliness and security of this facility. Damaris was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The prices are very competitive and I like that they offer a free moving truck when you move in.

I have not been on the property for a very long time since the office staff had changed. I have been storing my items at this location for over 10 years and let me tell you this a great place to store your items. Okay, this facility gave me the best experience. I rented a unit online, not knowing what I needed I end up renting a large unit. The large unit was too big for what I was storing, Damaris was amazing! Damaris helped me transferred to a smaller unit, she was understanding and very very helpful.

I came to rent a storage unit at this facility because of the good ratings online. I was amazed to find out that the reviews were 100 percent accurate. The staff is very amazing people, I had a lot concerns since its my first time renting a storage unit and the office staff were so nice and helpful. During my visit I asked to see several units and was convinced that this place is the most secured and cleaned facility Ive visit through my day shopping around and comparing prices. I ended renting the space here because indeed they had the most cleanest storage spaces for very good prices.

I came in with my movers to rent a storage place. The truck my movers had was too big to drive up their ramp, the girl in the office was super helpful. My move-in was really smooth and stress free. I am truly happy that they offer push carts and dollies otherwise I would have been stuck moving all the stuff on hand, it was not fun moving them in the truck without any. I am also happy at the security level of this location, alarmed unit doors and great surveillance cameras is something I was looking for while shopping around. I definitely recommend this location.

I came in to see a small unit and it turns out that I was underestimating the items I was putting in to storage. Damaris was so patient and kind, she showed me several units until I found the right space. I was so happy to finally store my items and get rid of all the clutter at home. Did some shopping around the area and came across this storage facility in Torrance. My mother and I decided to store our items here because of the best and competitive prices around the area. The facility was super cleaned, I saw the storage manager walking around cleaning, well no wonder this place is well maintained! The property manger went over the security of the facility, I was impressed they offer storage unit alarms on each rental space door. The surveillance is very cleared and of great quality, I feel safe storing my items here. The moving truck is great size, is free at move-in by the way. My mother and I was really happy with the service and highly recommend this location.

Great place to store your items. I give security level a 10, cameras are great quality, units have alarmed codes and from what I seen around the staff is pretty good about being on top of things. The push carts and dollies are very convenient to help with moving in. I got a free moving truck, this was super awesome as it did save me money on renting a truck elsewhere. The prices are very reasonable and the girl in the office was very helpful. I look forward on being a ling term customer.

I came in to finalize the documents to the rental agreement, Damaris helped me find the right size for my items she was very helpful and super nice. I was happy to find great deals around the area. They have big spaces for low prices. Very safe, very secure. I live in the Santa Monica/Venice area and it takes me 17 minutes to get to my storage on the 405 (Crenshaw Exit). Why pay more for storage on the Westside where an equivalent space is ALMOST 3x the price as it is here.Call and ask for comparable quotes and youll see what Im talking about. I had a storage space here for a year now and I anticipate having it for another 6 months or so. VERY HAPPY with my storage space!

I love this storage facility, they offer great move-in deals. I am so happy with the security and amenities Storage etc has to offer. I have been a long term customer and I am truly happy to be able to write a review about my experience storing here. Ive seen staff come and go, so far I am happy with the service. I have not had any security issues is probably because they offer great surveillance cameras and each unit has there own individual security alarm box. I have compared rates around the area to make sure Im not paying more, but there prices are very competitive. The facility is really clean and I love that the second floor can be access by driving up a ramp. This is a place that really should be recommend.

Ive had many units at many locations throughout the South Bay area and have been a steady customer of this location for several years running now I appreciate the way they run their business in keeping everything clean and accessible although you can only access your property until 9:00 p.m., you can enter 365 days a year.. again just not after 9:00 p.m.. this place is a indoor locked and concealed building with multi-digit code access only.. they also have free carts you can use, that aid you in moving your property from your vehicle to your unit.. if you need a lock or any storage-esque like supply, they have it.. including boxes.. However, dont plan to dump or throw ANY trash away here..They have thier dumpster on lockdown.. This is the place Ive been for years now & dont plan to leave any time soon.. I would recommend storing personal belongings here, to anybody, at anytime, anywhere

I store today and walked around the property the restroom was super clean and did not see any trash. The manager at the facility was very nice and patient with me. I really recommend this location. This place has all the amenities that a storage facility should have, but the quality of the cameras and the staff is the best thing about this facility. I recently rented a storage here and the manage Damaris was so knowledgeable of the competitor prices and was extremely nice. She showed me the features and benefits of renting here. They offer me a free move-in truck with the deals, but I was unable to take advantage of this so I had already hired my movers. This location is so cleaned and very convenient to store your items in. They have a ramp that allows cars to drive up if your unit is located in the upper floor, which for me is so convenient since I can just access my unit without using the elevator. They have push carts and great surveillance cameras. I like the security of the location and the staff are always so please able to interact with. I rented a unit at Storage etc after having a bad experience with Public storage. I love storing outing my items in storage because I hate clutter. I rented a storage over the weekend with my dad. I was in and out all day asking questions bugging the manager Damaris, her great attitude made my move in smoothly. By far the cleanest storage facility I have ever used. The units do not smell like there is constant extermination going on. Thats important to me. I have been with Storage Etc. at this location for a few years now and have toggled between different size units, depending on my needs, and the staff there has been more than helpful in accommodating me and making the transition very easy. I also appreciate that they are constantly making their rounds and checking on the units. I know this because my son accidentally left the lock off our unit once and when I came back, it had been hard locked (secured) and documented by the staff. They were there within a couple of minutes to open my unit back up for me. Great facility and comparable prices.

HelloI just recently added a new storage unit the other day. I very much like Storage Etc and staff for their efficiency, however, this last episode was not the usually excellent service. I signed up for a new storage unit in the morning informing mgmnt that I would be coming back later that day to install my items into the unit. I was advised that there was a 9:00pm closing date and I would need to be out of the building before that time. I was also asked if I was needing a lock which I agreed I would need one. When I arrived with the rental truck I also rented from Storage Etc, I easily found the unit, but there were no rolling carts for my use. I also need to use the ladies room and realized I needed a key to use the restroom and there no fascilities close by. So I borrowed two carts from other storage unit borders who had them. I was done installing by 8:00pm, returned the truck with a full tank and drop the truck keys into the door slot. There was no lock, so I asked the following day to lock the unit until I could get my own lock. I just think that clear communication should be provided to the renters who in some cases are already under stress. I most definitely believe that there should be a restroom made available to all renters. All in all, though, I like Storage Etc very much.
