This page is clean, safe and all units are grounds level. Lots of places have those things but none of them have Adam. He is the X-factor that makes this place awesome

I received great customer service from Adam when I called to rent my storage unit. He was knowledgeable and responded quickly with answers to questions and my rental agreement information. I have with with Stor Mor in different capacities over 10 years now, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Great storage place. In safe and quiet neighborhood. They are always tidying up, generally in the office, friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Ive been here for 6 months and highly recommend.

Stor-Mor is simply the best in customer service, space, prices, location and everything else. I had my entire house kept in the storage for 3 months. Everything’s perfect ♥️🙌🏻!! (Also there’s a lovely dog called Samantha ♥️)

First off, you drive up to your unit unlike other places that require you to move down narrow hallways and use elevators. Even better, everyone I worked with was super friendly and accommodating. I could have not had a better experience. Thanks guys.

I have rented with 3 different storage companies and Stor-Mor is by far the best choice. Office is clean and staff friendly. All units are on the ground floor and the location is very safe.

Had a great experience renting a unit at Stor-Mor. Had to find a place to store my apartment furniture on short notice and Adam, the manager, was amazing. He quickly showed what was available and got me set up and even threw in a deal. The facility is clean and secure. I felt that my belongings were safe. Bonus is being able to drive straight up to your unit - helpful when you have a moving truck and a lot of heavy furniture! Moving out of the unit was also painless. I highly recommend using Stor-Mor!

Very good experience. Easy access, secure, clean facility. The staff made you feel like they wanted to help you not collect the monthly fee. BWY - the lowest prices in the south bay. Highly recommend.

I like store more Self Storage its in a nice area and its kept clean and the people that run it are all very nice. The only complaint that I have and other people have is they keep raising the rates every year and maybe even twice a year. They raise it like from 10 to $25 maybe every year. And its way too much and way too often. Like $215 to $225 to $235 to $250.

My family and I found ourselves in need of a storage unit rather quickly. After spending a good portion of my morning looking at the more common storage unit company, I came to the conclusion this was going to be my only option. Thankfully I found Stor-Mor and discovered their prices cant be beat as Im getting a much larger unit for substantially less money! Adam was extremely helpful when I called to inquire about a few questions and within less than 30 minutes I had acquired a storage unit that fits all my storage needs and some! If youre in need of extra storage I would highly recommend looking into Stor-Mor... Tons of options and helpful services....

Pain free sign up process and super easy to get started

Took over the rental from a deceased relative. Wasnt too much of a hassle providing them the right documentation to do that, and then closing out the account was also simple and quick.

Great people, clean place, delightful location. Cant rate it highly because their hours are severely limited (9am - 5 or 6pm) every day. Whats the use of storage if you cant go there outside of work or in the off times? The vast majority of attempts to go to this place fail because its closed again...

Fabulous customer relations

I had a 10x5 a few years ago. It really was about 10x5. Last week we were told 9x5s were less than $100/mo. When we arrived and started filling out the paper work (takes about 40 minutes), we were told there were no 9x5s. Useful info that should have been given on the first call. Signed up for a 10x5. When were shown the unit it was 8x5. All sorts of excuses and cant help that from the manager. BEWARE! Always ask to see the unit first. Then spend part of your life with the paper work.

All units are easy access. No elevators or stairs. and they have a free truck to use. Restrictions apply

Online schedule doesnt list that they are closed from 1-2 for lunchI arrived at 1:45PM on Saturday to sign lease documents for unit that I reserved online.Door was locked with sign indicating manager was at lunch from 1-2.I came back at 2:10 and door was still locked.I picked up the courtesy phone mounted on the exterior wall.A representative came to the door, unlocked it and asked me if I had seen the sign that he was at lunch.I indicated that I had and that the sign stated lunch was until 2PM.He replied that 2PM hadnt gotten here yet.I advised him it was 10 minutes past 2, and left. I then called and cancelled my reservation for one of their biggest units that I anticipated Id use for at least 2 years.I then rented a larger unit for a slight bit more, but with exceptional customer service from Life Storage on 190th St, about a mile away.Best of luch Stor-Mor with that sort of apathetic attitude and rudeness.

The people who run this facility are wholly incompetent. They will double charge you, lock you out of your storage unit, prevent you from accessing the property, and then blame everyone else except themselves. Trust me, go somewhere else.

Your facility fits my needs well. Billing has been very confusing recently.

This storage location is VERY near my home and very convenient for me to access.

I have had storage space with Stor-Mor Self Storage two previous times before my current storage and each time its always a great experience. I love the fact that I can drive up to my storage space, that is something that you dont get with other storages, and that is what makes it so special. I wont put my things in any other storage than Stor-Mor Self Storage. Its a great place to store your things because the have security cameras that watch the entire facility, no one tail gates behind another car, everyone has to sign in & sign out and that is one of the many features that I love about this storage. I have been with Stor Mor for over 10 years and I am very happy with them. The employees are always very friendly and helpful,. When I had gotten a 2nd unit, they told me I could get a bigger one instead of 2 and it would cost me less. This I did nd they moved all my stuff at no cost to me. They are great.

Ive had a Storage Locker at Stor-Mor in Torrance, CA. for many years. Its located just a few minutes drive from home. The facility is very secure, with security cameras everywhere, monitored by the office staff.. entry through the front gates is via a personalized code I punch into a keypad at the front gates. The same code is required to exit (open the motorized front gates).. at another keypad, as one drives out. I can park smack in front of my unit, which is 10 x 15 and has a steel, roll-up door, with a rubber gasket at its base. The staff is very courteous, very friendly, and very easy to work with. The entire facility is kept scrupulously clean. I feel comfortable storing family treasures there. They even gave me a discount on my monthly rent for being a long-time customer. If I had any complaints at all, it would be that my unit has no electrical outlet, and it gets hot in there in the Summer months.. itd be nice to be able to plug in a fan when plowing through boxes, or moving them around, but as far as I know, none of the units have an electrical outlet. The unit is lit inside by a single bare incandescent bulb mounted on the ceiling, turned on and off with a long pull-string. Other than those very minor complaints, I would recommend Stor-Mor in Torrance to anyone in the South Bay area, for all the reasons stated above. They offer different-sized units, depending on your needs. They also sell storage boxes and brand new unit door locks, at reasonable prices, if you need more boxes, or new locks. All-in-all, I would recommend Stor-Mor of Torrance as a safe, secure, clean, and convenient place if youre in need of a rental Storage Locker.
