I just went here to service my car for an oil change/refill the coolant in my car, and I have to say I am extremely satisfied wirh the service here! All of the staff are extremely nice, and they finished everything under half an hour! This is the second time I have come here and I would definitely return because of how nice everyone is and they know what they are doing. Oh yeah, they even gave me a discount so thats an extra plus!

My Cadillac was not turning on so I was gonna replace the battery.. Chris checked it for me and the battery checked good and said it was probably my music shorting out the battery and he was right... Also didnt charge me... Thanks Chris I appreciate it

I took my car around 9:00 am. September 15,2020 for a misfire problem . I was told that the mechanic will be arriving at 10:00 am . I came back around 12:00 pm and the Customer Service Rep said He will be arriving soon so I decided to have my car oil changed. This is the first instance that I thought I was being ripped off . The customer service Rep said because my car has a V8 engine and they have a certain limit on the oil per quarts so there’s an additional fee. I think it was around $7.00 .I figured since I am waiting for the Mechanic I might as well do the oil change . Long story short, They initially diagnosed my car with 6&8 spark plug misfiring . When they found out that I just had the spark plugs and coils changed over a year ago, The initial diagnosis was changed to a fuel pump problem which could have cost me $900 and some change. I told The Rep that I’m just gonna dump my car and use that money for a down payment on a new car. The worse part is, 0n my way home my car’s performance got worse.It was shaking badly and won’t run beyond 20 mph . I had to turn on my hazard lights on my way home .Incidentally, The customer Rep gave me a $10.00 discount on the oil change and for all my troubles . What a joke ...

Went in to get a oil change on my lunch break and was asked about my windshield wipers and I told the guy that one of them needs to be replaced. I bought both of them. When my car was ready the guy pulled it out and I went back to work. I didnt think to double check their work but I should have! The next morning on my way to work a bird got me on my windshield and I was trying to clean it that when I realized that there was no wiper fluid in my car and my windshield wipers were not replaced! I was really disappointed and had to go back on my lunch break again to get this corrected which they did and told me Ill get a discount on my next visit. Ladies please check that the work has been done on your car! Im really hoping that the oil was changed and everything else that they said they checked was done.

I was there about a month ago, had the oil changed, (they said they could only use synthetic oil because it was company policy)new windshield wipers and I asked that they check the fluids and tire pressure. My tire pressure is suppose to be 32 lbs. I checked it the following day and it was 48 lbs!!! also the windshield wiper fluid that I specifically asked to be filled had about 1/2 cup of fluid put in it. $140 for oil change and wiper blades! I couldnt even get a proper tire check and windshield wiper fluid? So disappointed. Seems to be an ongoing thing with the wiper fluid. I guess I should have read the previous review before my visit

My experience with jiffy lube was great

Will never go back! They didnt rotate my tires and I asked them to, they say they get it done but I should have check their work. Now my tires are worn out from only one side because they have not been rotated, Ive gotten atleast 3 oil changes with them and not once did they rotate them. Sloppy workers! They clean my windows but I have to clean them myself after. I would not recommend this place.

Best place to change your oil and some other work what need to be done on your car! One thing I can assure you out of experience: The staff is always friendly (of course we are all humans and could have a bad day and forget to give a bright smile...) the prices are normal like any other oil/lube place, and the owner is an honest man who will always do his best within his capability to go the extra mile to have satisfactory customers, who are coming back and trying to (re)solve any issue what can occur. I guess some people are never satisfied or thankful even when a Golden treatment Thank you for many years of great service!

This Jiffy Lube is one of the best Jiffy Lube ive been serviced. Theyre extremely professional and very nice personal working at this location. I felt very comfortable having my truck serviced . And i will surely return here as my designated Jiffy Lube Service Center. Even those i have to drive a distance and pass other Jif6fy Lubes locations in order to get service there ...its worth the drive!!Truck runs GREAT!!! Thank You.

This is my go to spot for any car maintenance. Every time I go I am greeted by the technicians and the service is fast and efficient. Ive gotten my oil changed, coolant changed, tires pumped, interior vacuumed, windshield wipers replaced, etc. Plus, if you go on certain days, usually weekends, they have certain sale prices.I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone.

Now this place I enjoy going there I recommend this place my radiator went out within 2 seconds I ordered my radiator within five minutes it was there these people are on top of their game I had four people work on my vehicle took them one hour I call this one particular place in the harbor area I dont want to list it but yes I will its called Davids radiator he wasnt charging $450 keep the car for 2 days when these guys did it in an hour and 15 minutes they change my oil and I had all my services done there and Im still going there up to this day you cant beat it when you go there you can get topped off when youre low on oil and not get charged for it I recommend this place completely and I give it a five stars and if not I will give it a lot more if I had a chance

Came in this morning for an oil change on my girlfriends nissan, manager jamie and tech rob greeted me and took care of me quickly and professionally. showed me the lobby and by time i sat down and brought out my phone they let me know what was going with my car and i was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Definitely will bring my other cars here if the service is always like this. thanks again !

This morning I stopped in to get a diesel oil change and rolled down the window. The service attendant walked up and just stared at me until I initiated that Id like a diesel oil change. He acted put out that I was even there. Then I requested that he look up my account to see which oil was used last on my vehicle. He gave me attitude about having to put forward the extra effort and replied we only use one oil here. Either hes ignorant about diesel engines or didnt want my business. I decided to leave as to not take any risks with a vehicle that Ive already spent 3k in repairs on this month.

Very disappointed on this location.I took my car for oil change, left some money in the cup holder and when I come back automatically disappear. Never coming back.

I went to jiffy lube to take pictures and they called the police on me saying they feel threatened. Lol. But one of the employees said if the guy wanna take pictures, let him take pictures. Thanks for understanding Bob. Im threatening you because Im taking pictures? Yeah ohk, whatever.
