Came for my Accord Honda recall. Job was done on this Saturday, it took all day to replace fuel pump and to reload updated software. Job was done OK.

I called because I received a postcard acknowledging that my vehicle was manufactured with a faulty AC condenser. The person I spoke with (in the service department) was beyond rude. I explained to her the situation and asked how I could make arrangements. She stated that I would need to drop my car off, leave it at the dealership all day and retrieve it at the end of the day. I informed her that I am a healthcare worker and asked if the dealer could provide return transportation. She said, no, you can get a taxi or walk back. I became frustrated and asked for her name and to speak with the dealerships manager. She began to mock me (I stutter when frustrated), repeating what I was asking, then hung up the phone. I called back and was told I would need to leave a message to speak to the manager (Arnie). The manager called and left a message (I was not available). I returned his call, within a couple of hours, left a message requesting a call back. I have not heard from him since then (it has been about 3 weeks). Considering the customer service is this poor, I would not trust them with my vehicle. They give Honda a bad name.
