Always easy in and out oil changes! I know how to do most of this myself just dont have the time! They do good work their recommendations on service as well. If they recommend it at least put it on your radar for next time. Ive had several different services performed here and neve had an issue!

They said that my brake pads were in need of replacement. My mechanic said the brake pads were no where near the need for replacements.

I love this place. They are usually on Groupon, their service is speedy and the guys arent pushy about adding other services.

Not sure about this place but have my concerns. The woman in front of me was told of extra work that ‘needed’ to get done. Ok fine. Then I take my car that has had a regular oil change for the past 8 years a d they tell me the oils screw was stripped and it would be $100 to extract. I happened to read another review of a guy with the same stripped oil plug and his car was only 4500 miles!! This is enough for me to write a warning review to others. I hate this kind of stuff. Also I don’t need to be told you worked at a dealership for eight years to justify anything.

Quick and easy with good quality service. Ive been taking both of our cars here for the past 5 years for oil changes and they always accept my Groupon. Just make sure you read the fine print on your Groupon. There will always be an extra fee charged at checkout and thats pretty standard due to the oil waste fee and recycling, etc. Good stuff and I recommend this establishment.

The manager deceived me, telling me he could only put Mobil 1 oil in my car for a $30 up-charge over the $50 I already paid for the groupon. I checked with VW, and any appropriate viscosity full synthetic will work. It doesnt have to be Mobil 1.The other issue is that as I was driving home, I started to smell burnt oil. When I got home and popped the hood, I could see the top of the valve cover was covered with oil so much so that it was dripping off onto the exhaust manifold. When I called the shop, the first time, they hung up on me.The second time, it was clear the manager didnt want to talk to me, he left me on hold for over ten minutes. When he finally got on the phone, the only thing he would do was tell me to come back and they would clean up the oil. He said he didnt know who added the oil to my car and made the mess. He refused any compensation other than offering a discount on a future oil change. I ended up cleaning it up myself to save time and avoid having to come back there. All in all, this was a really bad experience. I will not return to this location.

Usually had a good experience at this place, i probably had my oil changed 4 or 5 times here, however the last time i went, it appears they left the cap to my washer fluid open under the hood, i am now having issues with my vehicle and have to take it in to get serviced. not happy about this, wont be going back here in the future.

I found this place like many others through Groupon. I ordered the Full Synthetic for my 2013 Ford Focus. They’re not super fast but they are thorough. They told me I needed new brake pads they were down to about 3 cm. I bought them at Autozone and my brother in law replaced them for me (he knows more about cars than me). They also told me I needed fuel injection service and a brake fluid flush. All I can tell you is maintenance on your car is key to the longevity and performance of your car. After they changed my oil my car performed so much better and wasn’t stuttering like it used to. These guys that work her are honest and professional. Waiting room has a tv where they’re always playing a good movie while you wait. Great prices and Great service.

I had never been to this place before but I needed an oil change and I got a good deal on GroupOn. Im so glad that I came here instead on Jiffy Lube. They have great customer service and everyone was very polite. No one tried to up sale me or pull a dirty filter from under the counter and try to make me think it was from my car, in order to get me to pay for a new one (this really happened). I will be coming back here for sure and I definitely recommend this place.

Came here twice, they messed up my car and tried to upsell me both times. First time came in for an oil change and my car broke down on the way home because of their incompetence. The second time I came in for an oil change again, on a new car this time so this was the first oil change. I waited 20 minutes before they brought me in the back to tell me that the last person to work on it stripped the oil drain plug, but they were the first ones to ever work on it! On top of that they tried to get me to sign a receipt stating I authorized everything they did and I was satisfied with their workEnded up going to the dealer, they did it for cheaper and washed my car.

I came here originally after purchasing a Groupon for an oil change. Jairo and his team were friendly and efficient. I’ve since been back several times for a variety of maintenance and repairs on my car and every time has been an outstanding experience. Jairo personally shows me what’s wrong with my car and what he’s going to do to fix it as well as educating me on various things I should know about car maintenance. The shop is always quite busy, but I’m always taken care of right away and the wait time is never very long, even for more involved repairs. Being a woman, I would often feel taken advantage of, talked down to, and price gouged when going to the mechanic. Something would happen to my car and I would dread taking it in, but that’s never been the case at Chevron Fast Lube. I don’t feel any anxiety about bringing my car in because I know I’m going to have great work done for an affordable price. I can’t recommend Jairo and his team enough!

My car was turning on fine when I took it in for the battery replacement. After it was replaced, I was given a wire by the mechanics and was told to use it to turn on my car. I was told to buy a 80amp fuse because without it my car wouldnt turn on anymore. Finally, I was scolded for taking my car in for repairs. Decided to go to autozone to purchase the 80amp fuse part since I had no choice but will not back there again since I dont appreciate getting humiliated in front of others and leaving with my vehicle not turning on after a simple battery replacement.

Fast lube at Chevron not that fast but acceptable prices are slightly high look for coupons the staff and everybody that works there A+ extremely friendly and really go out of there way to make it a fast lube and Oil change it stays busy and they are running around solving problems which is great if they are that busy and you’re thinking about not stopping in because it’s crowded you should just go up to the front desk and ask them how much time would it take to have my oil change or whatever you need Service you need the reason I say go in is because they move along pretty quickly even when they’re backed up busy is good. The mechanics at this place are super inexperienced and tried tell me that i needed a new starter for my prius. The prius doesnt even use a starter because its a hydrid . They also wanted to chrage me 350 for a new front brakes which is extremely overpriced. Beware!

Super cool staff, they wont upsell you on stuff you dont need. Its first come first serve so wait time varies but you can leave your car and they will call you when its ready for pick up.

Terrible customer service. I sat around for a long time and was never acknowledged even though there were multiple people working there. I had to track someone down and even then I was told that it would be another 30 minutes for a simple oil change. Never going back

This was my first time at this place to have an oil changed. My experience was pleasant, Was informed as what my car could use, then it is the customers choice if they want to delay the work, or have it fixed.In my case, since I will not keep this car longer, just had the oil changed.I would defiantly recommend this place, did not have a group on deal.

5 stars is not enough to appropriately rate this place. I have been to many mechanics and had given up finding a trustworthy & caring place, so I settled for the closest place to my job, which ended up being a gem. This place is beyond excellent. Once I arrived, I saw the manager put down what he was doing in the garage and walk out to greet me. I instantly felt welcomed and a little more optimistic about my visit. They took in my car and after a short wait, they welcomed me into the garage and pointed out the things within my engine that were causing me issues. If I looked puzzled or did not understand the importance or function of something, they patiently explained it in detail as we looked at the various parts. They repaired the issues and worked with me on the price, which was great for me as I had just paid for school and my finances were limited, but my repairs were pressing. I would recommend this place, time and time again without hesitation.

Rene was extremely helpful. Definitely see myself bringing my vehicle here again. Wait was about 30 min for a 15 point service, maybe just great timing. Best time to go is weekday right when they open.

Showed up to redeem a simple oil change voucher but was told it was a 1 hour wait, even though there was a large sign out front that says oil change in 10 min. ....Employee didnt seem to really care and just asked if Id like to wait or not.Well seeing as how this voucher I paid for is only good here, im stuck waiting.Not the end if the world but poor business practice for a placed with fast lube in the name. Next time Ill go back to jiffy lube.

Ive been going here for about a year now. Good service. Today my car had some issues with a leak. They dispatched some guys to fix it, took it back to the shop, filled with oil again, and brought back to me good as new. Didnt charge me a dime. Huge blessing from the folks here at Chevron Fast Lube.

I went there a couple of months ago for an oil change. I was told that I had a small leak (funny I had never seen anything) and that I was putting in the wrong coolant. Ok, fine. I had them change the oil and I would deal with the other things on my own. The next day, there is out and coolant on the ground, the following day, more oil. I took my car to a regular spot and the funniest thing, the plug was not put in properly and I had absolutely no coolant. These people at Chevron Fast Lube in Torrance are shady. I would never go back, I feel sorry for the people that were tricked into believing there was something wrong with their car. Sorry sacks.

I found this place through Groupon, and had the best, professional, high quality service ever!They have fixed what jiffylube companies have messed up on my oil valve, and explained the difference of full synthetic high performance oil vs. non- high performance oil.According to the premium luxury car manual, cars like BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and other cars need not just ordinary full synthetic oil but the right grade oil that is best suitable for the car.All the team must have over 5 years of experience to be working there, and they make sure the quality standard for the oil change and checkup is there.Some might think that they are a bit more expensive, but if you are looking for quality service with quality product, I highly recommend this place for visit!They went above and beyond to explain the process of their service/work, and the team was super friendly and educational.

Called ahead to ask for their prices, told them my car make/model/year, came in and they told me that price is not valid for my car. I mentioned the call and they took it in for the price I was quoted on the phone, which was cool.When I was waiting they called me out to my vehicle saying someone had tampered with my air filter, and stolen it. They were quick to offer me one for $20. It is very possible that someone did this, but it would be very strange. I mention this because I of course had to take their account at face value, but if this happens to you be weary.

Excellent professional service. They changed the automatic transmission fluid and differential fluid. I noticed an instant driving improvement on my vehicle. I mainly selected this place because of the top tier Chevron name after looking for weeks to find a place and people I could trust, and these here guys did a super job. This is the only place I will ever go to for lubrication and diagnostics.

I purchase a Groupon. It was not honored. And on top of that the guy had the nerve to want me to pay a hundred plus dollars.

Go with a reputable oil change company - I use jiffylube.They ask for an extra $30 for European cars and youll have no idea what theyll use. When I asked them to see what oil theyll use, they refused to give me the empty bottle. How else do you think theyll be able to honor Groupon. Seriously?! Ive been using jiffy lube for years, you cant go wrong.Update: Im at jiffy lube now, my car will be ready in 5 minutes - went very smooth, as always. Reading though Chevron reviews - serial SCAMMERS, dont even bother wasting your time.Re to your response: my vehicle requires synthetic oil, period. You will NOT get better lubrication with a certain brand of oil, in case youre using it at all, which I doubt anyway - your front employee refused to give me the USED bottles at the end, he said he can not do that, guess why, we both know why! You have no idea what your taking about anyway.Of course this is an advertising to the other businesses, jiffy lube - they are an honest company, never had an issue with them, Ive been using them exclusively after my warranty expired and Im at 120k and still going strong!Chevrons name shouldnt be associated with your business at all, I was expecting an honest, courteous and professional service.

THIS PLACE IS KIDDING RIGHT? I cant believe how long it took these guys to change my oil. I gave 1 star, because I had to. What a joke. The morning I showed up they werent very busy and I had mentioned I was in a hurry on my way to work. I also said to please only do the oil and check my fluids and nothing else. I have a mechanic that works on my truck and nothing else will be necessary. I was there for 75 minutes. LolI can do my oil in my driveway with 2 tools in 5 minutes.... These guys have all the tools and a facility and it took 75 minutes??? Ummmm never again.

Seems like they want to charge you extra and fool you too. I did my oil change in vavoline before and always have checked the oil level. This time I purchased a coupon to do oil change in fast lube and they refused to do oil change because it was overfilled and they needed to do a flush which cost 89$. I got my refund for the coupon, but I wouldn’t recommend to go to this place. Just wasted time.

Well I almost bought a groupon oil change, I read the reviews and saw that they would charge extra for that in person so I called ( I have not yet bout the groupon) and YES they tried to tell me when I get there they will tell me the real cost. I went here for an oil change,later on,i was told that they could not do the service because my car was too low and they dont want to cause any damage to my car..As i was ready to leave the parking, i noticed a scraping sound in my car as i was backing up..I went the next day to complain but they said they didnt do anything with my car so its not their fault (oh well, how would you even know that my car is too low unless you tried getting it in for oil change). So, the damage it already done,thanks a lot!They didnt even bother looking at the damage in my car! A very poor poor poor poor and poorest service!UNBELIEVEABLE!

Fast, efficient, well organized, lube and oil change shop. They took care of my cars needs.

Was not able to get my oil changed; a different chain stated Oil drain plug was cross threaded during last oil change (at this location). Came back to this location and the receptionist was being helpful and informed me the mechanic manager would look into it. Well he came back to defend the work that had been done stating they had nothing to do with it in a rude demeanor. Then blamed the chain that was unable to remove the drain plug. They did not want to do an oil change in the current state so I then asked for a quote to replace the the damaged oil pan which was almost $500 for damaged screw!!! They don’t want to take any responsibility and now I have to figure out how to fix the oil pan myself. Hopefully it’s not $500. I will not visit this location or chain again. Manager is not customer friendly with issues presented by paying customers.

Horrible Scammers is what this place is, I go in for an oil change. Keep in mind I maintain my car very very very well. It comes with this 15 point inspection and I get a call saying that my transmission fluid is black (completely false) and that it will cause my transmission to slip. Knowing this is a normal sales tactic and how assured I am of my car, i deny the fix. Low and behold as soon as I leave, LITTERALLY, PULLING OUT OF THE CHEVRON, my transmission starts horribly skipping, jolting our car, with my newborn in the back. this place is full of scammers who are trying to hit quota and I am surprised that groupon even does business with these thieves

Oil change guy called Jairo very rude and unfriendly and trying to take advantage to upsell other service and said he won’t do one service unless I purchase other service. Not recommend this. Very bad experience!
