5/4/21 John and Andi were good to work with on my 2009 small Class C rv. It needed a variety of small repairs and replacements, as well as some evaluation and estimates for bigger problems. They were willing to discuss the possible approaches with me, were able to give me an appointment within a couple of weeks, and cost was reasonable and very well itemized on the final bill. I would recommend Coastal RV Service in Topsham, ME.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They are a small store but keep a decent stock of essentials and if they dont have it they can usually get it quickly.

We told them that we were vacationing from NH. Our RV shower wasnt working properly so we went to purchase a new faucet set. The people in there obviously knew what they were doing and were extremely helpful. We were asked if we had taken the hose off the handles - as it was likely simply a blockage to the hose. Guess what - that was it! We decided to keep the faucets anyway but were very impressed with their helpfulness and honesty. 10 stars (if we could) from us!

We were driving our motor coach on our vacation and our electric step went out in Massachusetts and were on the way to Maine. We called all the local mobile/onsite RV repair folks and a couple of shops and were told either no or 2-3 weeks out.We then called Coastal RV in Topsham, ME and Kim said, Yes! Sharra at Tiffin Motorhomes in Red Bay, AL had said that if we found an RV shop, shed have the part there. We ordered the part Thursday at 2:45 PM.On Friday, the part arrived at Coastal RV, from Alabama to Maine, at 10:12 AM. We arrived at 10:24 AM and in three minutes our coach was in the bay. Kims dad, John McLean was so very impressive, in his work and in his manner, as was his assistant Scott. I have never seen a cleaner and more organized shop.Our bill was very reasonable, and we were treated more like neighbors than out-of-state customers.Shortly after noon, our step motor, controller and gear box installed and properly working, we left to head farther north into Maine.I wish we could move these guys back to North Carolina to look after our RV all the time. Five stars is not enough. John, Kim and Scott get TEN STARS!

Had problems with all LP operations near Sack ME. Nobody local could see me for too long and seacoast RV the big local advertiser did not even keep a technician around. Found Coastal RV on Google and called. They had no problem taking me the next day. I drove the hour trip and they helped me right away identified and explained the problem. Within an hour I had had flow my to the coach. And it was very reasonable price.

The staff is accommodating and efficient. Our travel trailer was ready before promised. We were provided suggestions and costs for other recommended service and support. Thank you.
