I’ve came to this location for quite some time now and today I was treated horribly by an employee, I’m not sure of his name but I believe he’s oriental. I went into the store to return a package and he told me that the system was down, I didn’t hear him so he said it again and then proceeded to yell at me, I asked him not to speak to me like that and he said “I shouldn’t have to repeat himself”….He then begin to accuse me of having an attitude-which is not correct and proceeded to try and bait me into a confrontation. I don’t understand why UPS would want someone like that working for them but I guess to each it’s own. I left feeling scared and sad because I’ve never been treated like that before. The way he acted was very disgusting and unprofessional. I pray to God that no one else has to experience that.

Used their pack and ship service because of the guarantee. My item was destroyed and they continually blow off the claim. I have called them numerous times and Blake always says he will get back with me but never does. UPS and UPS store are two separate companies. UPS tells me they agreed to pay the claim but the store evidently wants to keep the money. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office for their deceptive business practices.

Early June entered with package to ship. I have had 2 knee surgeries and I have a lil helper that carries packages for me. Cashier did not like what I was wearing and refused to help me and loudly told me to leave. Another cashier helped us. In the process the cashier offers me prepaid shipping boxes. I purchase 6. I have subsequently attempted to ship the prepaid boxes but been met with, we dont offer prepaid boxes.... Called store to speak with manager Blake Stewart owner(part)/manager. F bombed me and told me to call corporate in the midst of offering me refund !!!?

Terrell is the best. He was a great help with my special item that needed to packaged and shipped. I was out of town and had someone else drop the item at his store. He handled for me over the phone to conclusion. It would not have been possible without him. He cared which is hard to find these days.Thank you so much Terrell.

They can NEVER find my package when I come in. I’ve order two items to this location, and they always tell me it’s not there only to call me an hour later and tell me they found it. They never actually look for it.

Dont trust this UPS Store to get your packages, and get them to you. They cost me over $700 in a couple of packages in 2021 that they signed for but didnt actually receive telling the shipper the package was delivered, but the package according to the employees didnt arrive. We just sign, we dont actually check what comes in... we dont have time to verify what comes in... Its probably on the truck still... give it some time.The packages never showed up.I contacted the shipper and they stated (and they are correct) once a package is signed for, the shippers responsibility ends. The UPS Store also cost me more money in that they signed for visibly damaged boxes in the past and didnt make any notes about the damage. So again I had to buy the parts to fix the damage because when signed for upon arrival, the employees did not notate the damage and again rightfully so the shipper is released from any damage when these get signed for. In the 2+ years I have used them, it has cost me over $7000 in missing and damaged goods. I once tried to get in touch with the owner of the franchise, only to be deflected by an employee from another location that told me the owner is to busy to be contacted and he was the spokes person for the company. There were also times where they would send me a notice I have packages to pick up, when I got there, guess what, umm we dont have anything for you then they magically appear 2 to 3 weeks later, or never at all. They have also tried to get me to sign for more packages picked up that they are handing me.... One time the pin pad said I was picking up 7 packages, I was handed 1 package and told thats all there is, and then proceeded to tell me I had to sign for 7. I refused until they adjusted the number being picked up.and as far as basic mail, Who knows how many letters they most likely lost or gave to the wrong person...., I know for a fact I was always having to tell them this isnt my box its another box at that location.So bottom line, if you use them, good luck! - The same owner runs all the Topeka locations according to the Spokes Person employee.

I had sent my friend a package that she was needing the next day.! I paid extra for next day air (thisWas friday) the lady said if u dont want to send next day it would be there june 2nd for the normal price! So it didnt get delivered on Saturday luke i was told it would! Because memorial day it didnt get there till tuesday June 1st! Now thats only 1 day sooner! If they would of told me it wouldnt be there till the 1st I would not of spent over 100$! I did call the manager for a refund as this was not delivered when i thought it would be and thats alot of money to get 1 day early, however have not been called back to tell me if i get a refund. Which i suspect is a no since i never got a callback!

An online quote for shipping only documents less than a quarter pound came to about $80 for express service (3 days delivery). Since I did not have an envelope, I went to this store and they quoted me $230. When I declined shipping through UPS, they tried to belittle me. USPS would sent the same documents for about 30 bucks, so $80 was already a premium which is fair since I wanted quick delivery. FedEx quoted me $78 online and the same amount in store so I did get the weight and everything else right.Everytime I have gone to this store, I have been quoted much higher than normal rates. The staff is not friendly, they seldom wear masks which properly cover their nose and mouth, and can be outright rude at times. I once wen tin with a heavy package and instead of putting it at the back themselves, they made me do it.

I have been using this UPS store for a while now... but when I went to them 22Dec... they wanted to charge me $100 plus for each box that I wanted to send... and they were not accepting ground shipments at the time and instead only accepting the higher profit margin next day air packages... I left there and went to USPS... they accepted my packages for ground shipment at $12 a box... You can always depend on them... not so much with UPS it seems...

Manager S.O. yelled and belittle me in the store when I questioned a quote to ship and package an item from the previous week. Said she was going to call the cops and refuses me services. None of the employees wore their masks as stated by sign on door. Informed her that her customer service skills were lacking. Told me she didn’t need customer service skills in her job. She is the manager and she has been there for 2 years so she knows how to do her job. Will not be returning to this location.

Took back a package that was delivered to us was pretty sure it went to same address on next block only they left off terrace. Told them that. They started writing return to sender all over box. Ask, arent you going to call person that shipped it to try to get it corrected. Kid was rude .it was obvious they were going to make no effort to try to get lt to them. Some service for your money. Not now days. Wish now we would have tried to deliver to person

I took in a box (a return to vendor) with a label that was not affixed--this has never been a problem before, they have always affixed the label and made sure past boxes were appropriately sealed. The next day, the box was returned to my doorstep. After multiple calls to the store, the manager called me back nearly a week later. At this time, I was advised that I would have to get a return label myself and either set up a delivery or bring the box back to their drop point (34 miles away). Apparently I have to do the foot work to make their error right.

Review changed from 3 stars to 1 star. 2 senior citizens were in line in front of me...the staff was rude to these older people who were just a bit slower because of their age...its going to happen to all of us at some time. The staff needs to have more patience with them. I watched a girl raise her voice at one of them and the other one was constantly rolling her eyes and even threw her hands in the air and said ILL BE BACK IN A BIT, LET ME WHEN YOU FINALLY FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WANT! ...he just needed some boxes and he didnt know what sizes were available and what the cost was. It was sad to see the way these older Americans were treated.

Aside from not sharing on their website that they were closing at noon, I drove an hour and 20 minutes to see a sign posted in their window stating they closed at 12:00 PM. Why couldnt they put it on their site if it was prearranged.
