Horribly rude and condescension overwhelmed my sense of value as a customer. This all came from a woman named Susan who was obviously in charge and she wanted everyone to know she was the head honcho. Needs to be spoken with, but it wont matter because she is probably the one reading these reviews!

I got my Package on my Porch in a water puddle the cardboard Box was dripping wet. It had been Raining for two days so It wasent a surprise to the package delivery person it was wet outside . Ive seen some of the delivery people wrap plastic around the package before I guess not this one they dont care.

Although, I didnt do what Id come there to accomplish, the clerk that helped me was very kind and patient with me. We made several attempts to get my taxes e-filed. However, their system and my phone wouldnt work together.The clerk was very nice and I appreciated her helpfulness.

Came to this FedEx to print a poster, and was helped by Tyler who not only helped me adjust the size to fit my needs but suggested add-ons (lamination) that truly made the poster perfect. The lamination took an additional 30 minutes, and Tyler gave me a call when it was ready. Very happy with the product and the wonderful customer service. Id recommend this location for all your printing needs!

I am super uneducated on shipping and how it works. I went in today and everyone was very helpful with my transaction! They priced my shipment for me on the different methods & let the option be mine. Thank you for making this return an ease.

78 cents for a black & white printed copy its a lot. And they took $10 from the card at first after few hours it changed to the corect amount. Good for shipping and the staff is helpful but I would stay away from the self printing stations.

This place is wonderful...I have never had anything but great service. And the people who work there have always listened well to what I need because Im technologically not great! Its certainly not on my way, but its worth the drive. Even today I decided I would stop at the place thats closer to my house. There were three of us in line and five employees and no one came to help the one person who was at the answer desk!

Terrible service. I needed help with something; went to the counter and asked an employee for assistance. In the middle of helping me out, she went to help someone who had just walked in...and twenty minutes later, she still hadnt returned.FedEx is already useless as a carrier, and now I see that their brick-and-mortar shops are just as bad. They make me miss Kinkos, and I definitely wont be coming back here.

Fed ex lied to me. They sent me a text stating my shipment would be recieved Saturday and no one showed up. I called sunday and was told sorry and was told to call a different number to solve my issue. I am extremely angry!!!

I suppose a person could go here if they want to ruin their day. The customer service is literally the worst. Not only was the customer service terrible, but the shipping rates are incredibly high. I guess the best way to say this is, the next time I need to send something I will use USPS.

I visited this FedEx location yesterday. Their service was awful. I have never seen such a bunch of unprofessional staffs in any FedEx location before. They even wrote the wrong address.

My husband and I went to this location and a gentleman named Scott helped us out. He was very friendly and understanding. Very professional and friendly environment to be in. Thank you

I had to return something for factory issues. Staff gave me funny looks when I tried to show them the label code first thing, as if I were supposed to know that I had to pay first. I wasnt even aware that they wouldnt ship with the box I chose, which is fine. They just made me feel dumb.

Manager is rude and not helpful at all. Said he has no clue what the drivers do like thats not part of his job. Try another location if you have the choice I know I will.
