I have been waiting a month for my package. UPS, Amazon, & USPS have not taken this long to deliver a package. Yes, there’s been delays but not by weeks. Secondly, I received a text saying my package would be delivered yesterday & then it wasn’t. The same situation occurred the day before. Don’t text me saying my package should arrive by the end of the day if it’s not actually going to be there. The tracking information said “in the delivery vehicle” but then says it’s back at the shipping facility & this has happened TWICE smh. FedEx is fxcking joke!!!!

Bought something with 2 day shipping a week ago, package has been sitting in Tennessee for 3 days now and FedEx isnt even giving me an estimate of even its getting here anymore

They will happily let your package languish for days without letting it know it was even delivered.

I DO NOT recommend this location as the customer service is extremely bad and disappointing. I was here on thanksgiving eve and waited in line and it was 5:25pm when I got to talk to the employee - her name is JADE . She did not place my order and kept saying the store is going to close at 6:00pm repeatedly and purposely delayed the process. She is very inefficient! Of all she called the cops while I was making a call to cops saying she will also call as I am making a call ?! Sadly, this is how customers are dealt here as she said the same thing (Call Cops) to another customer who was in front of me in the line for a question the lady had. I question the store manager how can one hire such inexperienced and inefficient employees at place a like FedEx and she being the only one in the store at the busiest times of the season? I have been a long term customer to this store and you just lost us and more importantly our TRUST to get things done when we walk into the store at business hours.

I really don’t would like to write a bad review for FedEx, but the store manager made me to write and if there is less than one star l will give if for him. I went there to ship my package before l come to the register he told me oh this is going overseas it will cost you 300$ and the package was less than one Ib. After he calculated everything in the system the price dropped to 75$ and he was shyly to say that. He made me to wait more than 43 minutes after that he said please come tomorrow we are going to close now!!

Myah is AWESOME! Might be expensive but the customer service is totally worth it. Solution-centric employees that make a tough job seem easy.

FedEX continuously lied to me about when my package would be delivered, was consistently rude when I asked for more information about my package, gave conflicting information at every step, and after 5 days, FINALLY admitted that they DAMAGED my package, then REFUSED to reimburse me the $32 that I had spent on shipping.Never in my life have I been treated so rudely by a group of individuals. Never in my life has a shipping agency taken such little interest in what was actually happening to my packages. They are not qualified to handle anyone’s belongings let alone a piece of paper. In the future I will avoid FedEX at every turn and I will recommend ANYONE else.The “manager” of this branch, Maya, or Myah, who knows, is EXTREMELY rude and not qualified to be a manager in any way shape or form. Her customer service consists of being rude to everyone and she has no interest in your shipping problems or any way that her company might be failing you. Entry level employees at McDonald’s are nicer than her. If you ever visit this location, have fun! Be prepared to be snapped at and treated like a burden!

I came in here to ship something n the lady that was working extremely rude n surly towards me . I actually didn’t do anything all i asked was “ do you guys do certified mails” she got so upset and went about saying “this is fedex not the post office, you should know better “ at the time I decided to go somewhere else . I don’t encourage you to come here .
