Oh my goodness, I went to Office Max today 1-22-2021 and it was a wonderful experience. I spent over 200.00 and was completely satisfied. Ms Lila she was just a joy to speak with about this store and so knowledgeable about its contents. I will continue to shop here, they have just what I need and then some. I truly love the rewards on the ink when returned empty.

I visited the Alexis location a few weeks ago to purchase supplies for my home office. Not one employee greeted me. I walked through out the store nothing.....there were at least 5 opportunities to acknowledge me. On the way out the store a lady came from a front office and said have a nice day. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this company. I really think this is a shame if i could give you guys a zero I would. Apparently customer service does not matter and it definitely shows.

Their products are garbage!!!!!!! $12 for a binder that was made in Mexico. First time using it the flim and cover ripped. I actually bought a better one at dollar general of all places for $3 and the material used is so much better. Most of their products are junk find a different store if your buying products.. I never used their printing services so no opinion on that.

I went to this store yesterday and was charged close to $12.00 for a mouse pad that would have been $4.00 anywhere else. I saw a mid-back computer chair I wanted to buy for $89.99 I asked about getting it already put together. It was on the floor and I was told it had to be ordered. Then I was told they would have to charge me an additional $12.00 build fee to have it put together. So much for helping the disabled. Service was awful and staff attitude was rude arrogant and nasty at best. Save lots of money by never shopping here. Not worth the aggrevation!

Customer service is always great here! I am always surprised that their sale items are always in stock. Even days after the ad comes out.Today I have to give a BIG shout out to a gentlemen that works there named “Trevor” he went above and beyond for me and other guest. Great job Trevor! 😉

They always have what Im looking for at great prices and sales, and most of the time their staff is patient and knowledgeable. Their print shop at the Monroe St location is wonderful as well!! I never knew how easy it was to get things printed until going there.

Watch how much you are getting charged at the register!!! I dont shop there often but the last three times I have, the price of the product on the shelf would be higher at the register, no joke. I went there today and took a picture of the shelf price in case the register price was higher. The reason I took a picture was because I didnt feel like walking back to show the cashier the actual price, like I always do. I was prepared this time and guess what? Yet again, the register price was higher! I dont get it. Must be on purpose if this has happened the last three times I have shopped there. Please watch what this store is charging you. Dont let them rip you off!

I went in to have some large items printed and neither associate in the print shop was trained to work there. Larry did try really hard to figure out how to do what I needed done, he even called another store and got a manager involved, but it seemed like the printer was new and no one had even loaded paper into yet. No one could figure it out and eventually after almost an hour of waiting, we ended up at Staples and they completed what we needed in 10 minutes.

Over all if you know what you want and know they have it, then go.. the service at the back counter was awful. The employee claimed that the store could only hold 3 gigs of data for all the customers they serve, that the flyer for my business I have printed there must have been erased good thing because I will be taking my business elsewhere...

I Needed copies of 5 years of Tax returns, Larry was extremely helpful by keeping them in order by year an keeping copies separately from originals. Larry and Shawn did a great job, very professional and organized. I will return for future business.

It was a late stop. They were closing but were very friendly and kind to let us shop afew minutes past their closing time. Found everything we needed quickly since the setup is perfect!

If you are going there to have something printed, I had color copies made, go somewhere else. The employee that waited on me was very friendly and helpful, but their prices are outrageous. It is my own fault for not asking how much each copy was before I had her print them, but I had no idea it would be so much. It was 71 cents per page for color copies! I paid $24.77 for 44 sheets of printed paper after a 25% off coupon. I will never make that mistake again. If you are trying to save ink on your home printer, you might just buy a new cartridge because you will pay that much to have color copies made here. Next time, I’m going to the UPS store or the public library!

I love going to this store! The staff is always going above and beyond to help me find the perfect item. I actually purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 from this store after talking to a staff member for about 45 minutes on which tablet would work best for me. I always go to this store when I can!

A great place to shop for computers items, office furniture, school items plus a copy center ect.

Ive been in here a couple times, but Ive never left happy. With a store like this, they need to pull many of the items from the back, and when they are terribly short-staffed, you basically have to walk to the checkout from the opposite side of the store and tell them what you need, when they are very likely the only ones really doing their job.The print station was awfully slow, and the associate there seemed to barely know how to use a computer. This store does have self-serve printers, and I would have been using them, except none of them worked! They have like 3 enterprise-grade printers and none of them worked in March 2018; hopefully they are in the works of upgrading all of their equipment.If youre buying a printer, furniture, or something specialized/large (and dont want to buy online), I recommend them. If you need basic pens, printer paper, packing tape, etc. youll probably get a better price at Meijer or Target....where they actually invest profits back into their store!

Went in looking for a computer cable... Employees had no clue, no knowledge of various differences in computers connections. VGA, DVI-A, DVI-I (SL), DVI-D (SL) etc.

Had a poster laminated, and they did a horrible job, wrinkled with lines and bubbles.....they blamed the poster....smh. they would only refund the price of the lamination, nothing for the poster and tried to say i signed a waiver but I didnt sign one nor could they produce one. Rookies

Got just what I needed

I went to OfficeMax recently and the staff wasnt very helpful. The cashier was on her cell phone next to the register while I was standing there waiting to be helped. The other employees were standing around talking. This wasnt the first time ive had service like this here so I hope for better service next time.
