My husband and I stopped in after dinner. There were 2 young people working. The young lady didnt have her mask on, I ask her to pull up her mask. She immediately got an attitude. She told her coworker that he could wait on me. Are you kidding me, one word sweetheart COVID. If you expect patrons to follow the guidelines the same should apply to workers. To top it off I was over charged.Its absolutely mind boggling that people can be so dumb.

My boyfriend didnt know what he wanted and the man proceded to look at an online order for quite a bit before we were helped again. All the while my milkshake was melting. Then once we got our shakes they were so much milk they didnt taste like the ice cream. I got mint chocolate and my shake wasnt even green anymore. Oh and he wasnt wearing gloves so when he was scooping up the ice cream his hands were touching it. Very disappointing since i hadnt had them in a while and the price was not worth it.

The ice cream tasted good. Liked my waffle bowl with the chocolate on it. Yummy.

Hey how is it safe or healthy for somebody to pack my ice cream while they’re pulling up their pants constantly three or four times not wearing gloves to me I just don’t get it.Come on now get real be professional or at least act somewhat professional I know you got kids that work there but still.

Currently the store is not open till 10:00! Somehow they were closed and mopping the floor at 9:05. Due to my phone being almost dead I couldnt take a picture. Shame on you Baskin-Robbins ️

Very poor customer service. I got a sundae and had to wait to get a spoon and when I ask for one it was like I was interrupting her.not full scoops of icecream. Then she walked away not asking if I needed anything else. I paid left, wont be going back.theres plenty of other icecream places to go to.🙁.those girls need to be retrained or get another job.

I bought the spicy mango smoothie yesterday it was horrible, it tasted different so I barely had on sip and brought it back and showed it to the guys working there and I asked to switch it so the guy who is working there told me to put in in the garbage, once they finished making the new one he is telling me u gotta pay 5.89 for the new I got confused 🤷🏻‍♂️ I was like no thank you so he refused to give me the new drink, the guy was sooooo rude and unprofessional, I used to go there daily but I WIlL NEVER GO back to that place

I tried the Lemon Custard Ice cream in the waffle cone! Absolutely marvelous! Youve got to try it. Smooth, creamy, lemony.

Yes we had a terrible experience at Baskin-Robbins we have been there several times before but these people serve people InTouch all this money and then wants to give us our ice cream and because we ask this young lady to change her gloves she got it had an attitude and gave us only one scoop of ice cream for $4 that was very very rude $3.58 I believe it was. My opinion is they should at least ask tell the young ladies and men that work in there to put on at least two or three pair of gloves at a time so they can move a little faster working with people and taking one blood off that touches the money because its not nice or not good at all with the virus thats going around please help us thank you so much and have a blessed day

The poor little girl behind the counter was by herself overwhelmed. They were out of at least 4 different ice cream. Was told she is not making shakes.. was out of allot of stuff.

My husband and I like ice cream and we like to come to BR. Its a clean place and normally the ppl are nice. However a few of them doesnt repeat the order to make sure its right. I will order what I want and then my husband will order. He usually gets a shake which a few of them will start out giving him scoops of ice cream in a bowel and he has to tell them no, and that he wants a shake. usually the females nice and polite. The guy that works there he acts like he doesnt like it there and when he did my sunade he hardly have me any ice cream.. my husband asked if I wanted for him to get it corrected and I told him no. I didnt want to deal the hassle.

I am so happy they wear gloves. The ice cream gets really hard and as they have to dig it out a lot of times their hands can bump around against the ice cream inside of the containers. She was very nice and polite. She gave a smile as she began my order and she also smiled at the end which is very important to me. Great job!

Arrived at 9:25pm and it’s closed. Website says closing is at 10pm. Waste of gas and time.

Great Ice cream. But pricey. Friendly staff, but apparently she was told to request the next persons order before finished bagging the current order. I told her to finish his first. After all, at that price each person deserves the staffs undivided attention until their purchase is in their hands.

My entire family was there at 9.50pm today. The employees turned the open sign off on us and locked the door. Simply ridiculous!

The gentleman that handles managing/cake decorating is an absolute delight! I called in 3 days before Easter and needed a birthday. I totally forgot about Easter. He was able to help me and he actually got me the cake I wanted. Thank you very much!

The Oreo Cappuccino blast is awesome. Always friendly staff and delicious. A little pricey for the Cappuccino but worth it

Always came for the dollar scoops, poor job with notifying consumers that they would no longer have this option. Signs were ridiculously small with notification. Ice cream is good, however the prices are off even with looking at the menu. Thank goodness the prices are changed back to normal, this creates a better crowd. Not everyone is willing to pay the average price.This is good for a social gathering between close friends if you want a place away from home. Other than that youre better off hitting the local super market for ice cream and grabbing cones. Think about the overall upsale by being served vs doing it yourself.

I go to Baskin-Robbins several times they are very friendly the last time I went I went to purchase ice cream for my doctors office for the doctors and nurses because they are nice and always make you feel welcome. they were very accommodating together to be spoons and cups so I had enough for the employees of the doctors office. Thank you Baskin-Robbins for a pleasurable experience.

I love there oreo milkshake! Its expensive though, so its a treat to stop by there. Although Ive had 2 bad experiences with the girl with the purple hair and the young boy. Both didnt know how to make it right. So I just ask another person to make mine when I visit.

Every time I go in there, I have to tell the Staff to put on Gloves!!! One guy has Stringy, Dirty looking Hair and he sticks his head in the ice cream case And he Doesnt wear gloves. Most of the Staff Doesnt wear them. There are a couple of people that wear them Sometimes. But, they handle the Dirty Money with the gloves on and then scoop out ice cream with the Same gloves on.

I went to the Baskin Robbins on Secor in Toledo Ohio, and found three of the grossest staff members ever. One wiped her nose as she was scooping someones ice cream and never washed her hands, that is until she was confronted by a customer. The other two had gloves on there hands but never changed the gloves after handling money. In short they would give someone there ice cream with their gloves on, and with the same hand and glove take the money from the customer and then repeat the actions(on to the next customer) still with the same glove on.
