I love to stop here for donuts to bring to client sites. I work out of Ann Arbor so its nice to have something thats not a chain or well-known. The donuts here are always a hit and make a great impression.I stopped here for a birthday cake for my then 4 year old daughter. She really wanted a unicorn cake and I cant begin to describe how helpful the staff was here. I asked if they had any such thing and the lady at the counter knew exactly what I wanted and placed the order. My daughter loved it and still talks about it 6 months later.Id recommend stopping here to support a local business that puts out a heck of a product.

Called to see if I had to order in advance for a German Chocolate cake. No need, they have them on hand everyday. Stopped in and was blown away by the number of items available as well as how good they all looked! The cake was fantastic too!! Will definitely return and highly recommend!

Tried all 4 of the vegan fry cakes (donuts) they had this morning. First time. They were awesome!! Not greasy and very fresh. Person that waited on me was very friendly and the place was spotless.

Excellent little bakery with a variety of delicious pastries in addition they have an epic cupcake dog cake which is absolutely adorable and they also have legenday Cronuts which Fenced is a blend between a croissant and doughnut absolutely fantastic.they also have coffee, cookies, turn overs, cakes and buckeyes And a nice array of doughnut selections.

My very first time going there today the lady was rude no customer service at all on top of her throwing my food at me and then another person came up and said oh its okay it is not okay to throw food at people how would you feel if I threw money or do you people around I wouldnt recommend this place to nobody not my first experience and I smashed the donuts that I bought from you guys too didnt even want to eat it..... and I know somebody might get on here and say something I dont care I have no reason to lie it was rude and disrespectful out the gate and throwing food at people at customers is not the right way

Pretty sure I was given a stale blueberry cake donut. I’m not really a connoisseur of baked goods. But you’d think the person serving would’ve said “hey I’m sorry but these appear to have exceeded their optimal shelf life” etc. the sense of touch can tell a lot. I also bought some cookies for the wifey which she THOROUGHLY enjoyed.

We tried the new vegan doughnuts and they are so delicious!! No one even knew they were any different! Tasted like cake with a yummy frosting on top!! So good and nice to see vegan sweets in the area. Keep up the great work!

My wife want a huge fan of the frosting on the cinnamon rolls. I had an eclair and ot was pretty decent. Nothing earth shattering here but its pretty decent. Would try again.

I ordered 18 paczki. I repeated my order 3 times. When I received my order, 9 of the paczki are cream filled not custard as I ordered. I REPEATED MY ORDER THREE TIMES AND MADE THE GIRL REPEAT IT TO ME. Could use more competent employees. Huge waste of money.

Had a gender reveal party and needed 3 dozen cookies and a cake with the gender inside. First off the workers were very rude. I picked my order up the day of and it tasted good but looked horrible. The cake was not centered and it looked like a toddler wrote the wording. The cookies looked like Pokémon balls, and some of them looked like they had finger prints on them. I will never go back here again, and I wish I would have went somewhere else

I am so angry! I ordered a cake for my mothers birthday. The order was writen down incorrectly. They refused to change it or make it right! We have ordered cakes for her many times in the past for her birthday. So upset they wouldnt make their own mistake right!

They made a cake and cupcakes for a baby shower I was helping with up in Michigan. The cake turned out awesome as did the cupcakes. Everyone raved! Now I have requests to stop by and pick up some cupcakes to bring to my family in Michigan!

My husband & I stopped in to see what they had to offer. We werent greeted & didnt get eye contact until we were asked what could they get us. There was 3 people on the premises & not one time did we get greeted. Poor customer service. Will not go back.

A MUST visit bakery in the TOL. Very friendly and busy because of Fat Tuesday. We ordered the paczkis and they were delicious. Did not get the variety I ordered (trays may have gotten switched) but, all in all great. They were everything they should be but never are at other places. Here is an awesome tip: Pay in cash. If you do, you get a Bakers Dozen. What beats an extra delectable treat? Nothing I can think of.
