Absolutely unprofessional. Did a floor in my home 4 months ago and it is already starting to lift in 4 spots. Then make an appointment to have them fix it and then they cancel minute. They dont understand why I dont want their crew in my home alone with my children while Im at work. This company did an unsatisfactory job the first time and I want to be there to make sure it gets done right. They should repair it on my schedule not theirs. Horrible workmanship and rude and unprofessional office people. Please find another company to do your flooring!
