Our experience with Shay Carpets was outstanding. Joe Sr came out and completed the measurements and explained exactly how everything would go. He also told us it would likely be September before the carpeting would be installed. Last Friday received a call asking if they could intall on Monday August 30th. The installers (Jim and Nathan) arrived early. They were very courteous and worked well together. They finished and removed all old carpeting. They answered our questions as they went. The job turned out beautiful. We highly recommend Shays and the intallers!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!I have given them plenty of opportunity to make this right. The owner, Joe, continues to change his story and back out of promises.They will take your money up front but refuse to stand behind their work.I had several concerns immediately after my floor was installed. I was reassured that they would stand behind their product and workmanship if any issues were to arise. Sure enough my early concerns became a reality. I have contacted them by phone and email several times and have not had a response. Was told on the phone they would call me back but havent yet. They worked really hard to get my money but arent willing to even talk to me about my concerns now.Their slogan is We dont want all the business...just your business. Well they should change it to We dont want to screw everyone...just you!So disappointed by a company I initially trusted and spoke highly about.

From picking the carpet at the store, measuring of my basement and the installation of the carpet was a great experience. Jim with his assistant Jason the installation was done professionally and to my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Shays carpeting to my family and friends

Very affordable and reliable carpet and tile. Joe accommodated what the carpet and tile would be subject to and gave the reassurance of their durability. Jim worked extremely hard on the floors and made sure he perfected his work. He worked on the floors like it was his own home. Excellent job!!!!

I recently had a laminate counter top installed by Shays Carpet and Home Interiors and was very pleased with the entire process. The countertop was exactly how I envisioned it and Mr. Shay was great to work with. I highly recommend their services.
