From the initial quote to the final inspection, everything went smooth and we are extremely pleased with how everything turned out. We had them rip out ceramic tile and lay hardwood in half the room and lay new carpet in the other half. Brad is responsive, can be reached at any time, and is extremely helpful throughout the process. All workers very trustworthy and would highly recommend..definitely will go through them again when needed in future.

Brad helped us choose our flooring as well as help me to understand the tools I needed to install our new floor. I appreciated the time he took to explain what I needed to do as well as show me where on the Family Floor website I could go to for extra guidance on installing the LVT we chose. We recently had carpet installed with Family Floors and had a great experience. Brad was very helpful in the decision making process and explained what to expect and what goes into carpeting. This was our first time having new carpet installed and his expertise was very helpful. We had shopped around and almost made the mistake of going with Home Depot. We got a much better product in the end at a comparable price point. Brad was intouch throughout the process from beginning to end.
