Very friendly place. Went to go buy a coat and prices were cheaper than expected and it up buying boots and gloves also for less than what I expected to spend. Very helpful friendly and polite people great to do business with.

Worst customer service I have ever received today. The blew $700-$800 worth of sales today. I understand the face mask thing but I dont have one and wasnt putting one on that they wanna sell that you have no idea where its been or whos touched it. So Ill take my business to bison leather or somewhere else.

I had the worst experience! I bought a jacket for my dad for Christmas and I was told if I need to change it, I have until March 1st to do so. I lost the receipt which is completely my fault but I had the transaction on my debit card. The manager was rude and inconsiderate. His coworker told me I could change it without a receipt and said she remembered me. Im a pharmacist and I treat my patients with respect and always try to work with them. This guy was horrible. Never going back there ever again. I was going to be a regular customer there because I love leather goods. Ill find some other store!

Best damn belts in the whole tri-state area! The blonde guy was very knowledgeable about the product and the darker haired one greeted me with an infectious smile. Would go again. 10/10

Terrible customer service. Tried to push products on me that I was not interested in buying. Did not have a very wide selection of sizes for larger men 3XL and above. WAY Overpriced for absolutely inferior products which are comparable at other markets.

The young guy said that he had what I was requesting. Upon arririving to an area in the store what he showed me was nothing close to what I was looking for not even in my requested color. I found nothing to my liking and walked out empty handed and highly disappointed.

Best boots polite employees

Bought 70.00 leather belt that broke and they would not honor their guarantee because I didnt have a sales slip that no one told me I need to keep. Said I could drive an hour away and get it fixed myself, at my cost. Manager was rude and unhelpful.
