My husband David R and I went to this store to get a new pair of boots. We were greeted by a very helpful and friendly lady who navigated us towards the right shoe. He absolutely loves the boots and claims they are much more comfortable than previous purchases. I will definitely be returning for shoes for myself and future purchases.

The lady working here was not only condescending, but felt a need to remind me multiple times that boots are expensive. Everytime I asked a question, it was met with protest. Do you have flat sole Carolinas? If you never wore that boot, youll just return them anyways...so no, you dont have them? -a lot of things like that. If it wasnt for the fact that I needed a pair of boots urgently, I wouldve never shopped here. Next time Im in toledo, Ill be going to he red wing store nearby instead

Are you closing the store?I am not able to make it the one day a week you are open. I can not buy a work boot online. I need to try it on.You were the only ones selling more than one thorogood boot.I liked the store. I always got personal attention, she was a sales person who found a good boot forr me every time. Very kind, quick, and efficient. The boots he needed were in stock in a variety of size and fits...and a sweet little dog named Watson greeted me and kept me company for the short time I was waiting for my boyfriend to try them on. Highly recommend!

I called the store and asked about GM Powertrain employees and if I could pick up shoes at the location. They found my name on the list, looked for the shoes I wanted and set them aside for me to pick up. The store is easy to find and there is street parking close by.

I found a great pair of steel toe 10inch boots.

I walked into this place after passing it a few times on my way home.. Linda was very kind and helpful. I do believe they are last place in Toledo to buy thurgood boots.. I will be a returning customer. :)

Very poor customer service. Order b [ts on the 21 of march. Was told 7 to 10 business days, 16 days later no boots. Was told they have to be back order from manufacturer, and I cant get a date when they will be delivered.
