The store was very well stocked in popular sizes. They carry vans, nike, and many other name brands. Great staff easy shopping no pressure buying. I got my son two pair of size 10 vans buy one get one half off so out the door $92.00.

Great quality shoes. Kind of expensive but worth the money. We went there for the buy one get one 1/2 off even. So my work shoes went from being almost $50 to a little over $20. Very satisfied ☺

I bought a pair of Nikes for $45 because they were on sale. Once they wore in they are very comfortable. Regular priced shoes are super expensive, but they had a variety of sale shoes. Im a big fan of trying on shoes and they have slip on nylons. Wish they had more selection for arch support

This location has a very bad customer service, all the stuff were not friendly at all. If your size is not available at the store they will not order it for you but guess what if you go to other location they will will more than happy to help and order it for you. l highly recommend you go to the other location that is located oh Holland Sylvania Rd.

Good deals but they were of little help. The right shoe of one pair I bought had inconsistencies in the stitching and was worn more. Basically the manager had the Your on your own attitude and did not help. Maybe hundreds of people shouldnt try on the same shoe over and over. Rotation of inventory?

I received great service. The place was a bit of a mess up it is back to school time so I am not marking points for that . The staff was helpful and me and the kids all got new shoes. Buy 1get1 1/2off deal is nice thanks for another great visit!

Very Unsatisfied. Especially with the lack of customer service. And the rudeness of what appeared to be the manager. (Lori) was very rude and unhelpful also heard her making smart remarks about customers to other employees. Only giving 2 stars because the younger spanish lady with the green eyes was very polite and helpful.

Went in for a pair of running shoes and we were helped by the nicest gentleman you could ask for. Antwone was very helpful with some tips and tricks on the lacing as well. This store needs to hold on to him because we ha e never been helped like this in this store.

I always walk out with a good deal on shoes. You cant beat buy one get one half off. The store could use s little bit more merchandising maintenance though. Friendly and knowledgeable staff would go a long way as well.

Went there for my wife to look for a particular style of shoe Shauna for a dress that she had just bought but unfortunately she couldnt find it otherwise they have all the cans of shoes you could think of so definitely might come back in the future to look for shoes

FOUND just what i was looking for!The night shift ladies who closed on Sunday were awesome. They deserve a pay increase due to their excellent customer care.... they did not rush me, even though they were closed and 20 minutes in still looking around.

They have little variety in work boots selection, God forbid you to find all black non steel toe boots which can be polished here.

The staff is rude not professional they stand around if you ask for something they make you feel like you are bothering them so did not buy from there and never will then to top it off my fiance lost his phone in the store when we asked if anyone turned it in they had a attitude about that so we called his phone later that nite and a girl answered a worker there said they had it we told them we would be there the next day for it we called the next day and a Cathy (i believe that was her name)answered told her we could not make it and that his mom would be there to get it next morning so when his mom got there about 10 the next morning they did not have it was rude like she was lying so i called again tonite to see if the girl that we talked to first happened to turn it in and the security guard had a attitude would not answer my question and hung up on me because they where closed makes me think she stole it why answer phone if you are closed and only security they need to do some house cleaning and hire some better ppl that are friendly like to be in the public place is a dump get rid of the thieves we tracked the phone it was at the store but then when the phone got shut off we cant track it so filing a police report

I think its crazy i come in here once a month and spend 1-3 hundred dollars and they refuse to let you use the restroom. I will just go to the mall around the corner and pay a little more atleast you get treated better.

I normally love shopping here because of the selection and ability to shop for my 2 children and myself in one stop. However, after this last trip I may think twice about going back any time soon. I went in to find a pair of everyday gym shoes for my son and was pleased with the selection. Unfortunately that was about the only good thing about the trip. Many of the styles had no signage for pricing, styles were all mixed together, boxes laying all over, and when I stopped an associate to ask about price for the unmarked style he wasnt very helpful and seemed like he couldnt care less to help. Then looking in the clearance section was a complete waste of time since nothing was organized and things were just thrown about, I quickly gave up trying to find something for myself in the mess. I did thankfully find a pair fir my son, but I will probably try another store next time were in need of new shoes.
