Great place for home decor and accessories. A little more pricey than Hobby Lobby but affordable. Would be more accessible if closer to downtown Toledo.

The store is never clean unfortunately.. things are literally just thrown anywhere. Random pictures with the silverware. Rugs thrown in mirrors. It’s just a mess anymore. I use to love it here. Hopefully it will get better with the holidays coming up!

Soooooo many things to see here! From chairs, benches, ottomans, bar seating, tables for any room, rugs of all sizes, home goods, lamps...sooo many lamps... wall pictures, silk flowers, vases, clocks, kitchen items, dishes, flooring, e.t.c....I spent almost 3 hours here with my niece. She was purchasing everything for her new condo.

They have so many items that I have not seen in other stores. Literally everything you could could want for your home, is in this store. The prices are shockingly affordable as well, beautiful store 👍👍

The store is huge, very clean, and full of every kind of decor you could want. The staff was very nice and helpful. Bonus... their Halloween decor is out already!

This place is best enjoyed aisle by aisle! You have to take your time. You never know what youll find! And, dont forget the clearance area! Some unbelievable treasures!!

Good items, reasonable prices, complaint I had and was also hearing in line was that the Male Cashier was talking on a personal cellphone ear piece Bluetooth.

If the cashier didnt chit chat with the customer (got her phone out and shared pictures of her kids and family) the line would have moved faster. It was Friday evening at 6:30 ish and she was the register by the entrance/exit doors. The other cashier was working her fastest to move people through the very long line. I love shopping here, so much variety and prices are great.

Their inventory is way down, not much new stuff and the stuff they do have looks used, but they want full price for it. This place went way down hill unfortunately. I used to love it.

What a fun place to find literally anything for home, inside and out!!

Placed a curbside pick up order online. Followed the directions on steps to do when I arrived to the store. Waited 20 mins., no one came out. I tried calling the store, went to answering machine. Ihad to go in the store and wait an additional 10 minutes, for my order to be brought up by the manager.

Its a At home. Its exactly what you expect. Expect to buy things you forgot you needed and forget what youre there for before you reach the checkout. Staff was helpful. Really enjoyed the large aisles. Clearance section is always changing along with the seasonal goods.

Fun store. Had to acclimate myself to understand that whatyou see is what you get because if an item you like is on the shelf - better not think twice, or it will be GONE.

Junk and everything looks cheap. Home Goods is way better. I will never go in this store again. Been there once and will never go back. Amazes me that places that sell junk actually get customers. Most the furniture they do sell is falling apart or broken..lol Stains or holes on pillows. More I could say. Place is a joke!

I absolutely love this store but the new staff is extremely rude, I cant believe the sarcastic behavior of the workers. I am embarrassed for the company its a shame, I dont understand how people are in customer service and treat people like trash. I cant shop in this location anymore. My last experience was dreadful and disgusting. Please hire better staff with professional efforts, this company is a good one and should not have the reputation ruined.

The manager Jillian is awesome. He is very nice. He has a great smile😁. A lot house stuff. It looks organized.

Houses the same items as other home stores. There are at least 5 like stores within a 5 mile radius so I would have thought that being a somewhat unknown chain the prices would have been more competitive. I bought clearance and sale items only. The employees are extremely pleasant and thats the only reason for 3 stars verses 2.

Lots of empty shelves, didnt find things I was looking for.

Worst experience and customer service I’ve ever encountered. I opted for curbside pickup followed directions. The manager and another employee kept going in and out of the store, continued to ignore me for 20mins while manager then gets on a phone call. I finally decide to go in and just get it. The other 2 employees who could very visibly see my car w the hazards on had just been in there talking the entire time while also ignoring me. They called the manager who was outside on the phone to go get my pickup order. During which time my toddler started screaming bc I wouldn’t let him take a bunch of things off the shelf. The employee then starts telling me I need to effectively communicate w my kid to make him stop. Manager was rude to me when he brought my order up saying I had to swipe my card bc i didn’t come get my order sooner(I had until April 16th this incident occurred the 13th) I showed him it was pending in my acct and he said “no I would know I have to push a button the charge and fullfill the order.”So I go get my card and the same employee starts harassing me again asking if I was able to properly communicate w my kid in my car, “oh that’s good you properly communicated. Proper communication is important” and continued on with this topic using it as sarcasm in reference to my interaction between myself and the employees there. I was never rude just short and to the point because they all had watched me wait out front for 20 mins and nobody bothered when the manager was on the phone and the other 2 employees just watched and talked from inside.

Not very much stock on shelves

Its OK. Kind of like tomorrows garage sale, but today....Not exactly family heirlooms, but some interesting things to be found.

This store goes on forever! They have the most amazing finds. The sales associate at the checkout was very polite and helpful. I found just what I needed and will definitely be back to get more items to decorate!

Extremely rude male cashiers.

The store was very messy and disorganized. I was looking for floating shelves and I literally had to dig through items to see what they had. Most things I looked at were so cheaply made, needless to say I didnt find what I was looking for. The only reason I gave two stars was because the cashier was very nice and personable. Would not recommend this store.

Large amount of artwork, mirrors, and lower quality furniture. Good for young adults if they are getting their first apartment or going to college. Decent looking end tables.

Love, love, love, this store! I go into home decor overload when I walk in. The patio/outdoor decor is amazing. Kitchen items galore. Furniture at decent prices. A vast selection of pillows, sculptures, & wall decor. This store has all your home needs and at economical prices.

They have a lot of really interesting furniture, decor and more but a lot of their stuff is a bit too pricey for the material that it is made from. Its like really cool Big Lots Furniture that costs $50 to $100 more. Still, its cheaper than the quality stuff. In a pinch, you can decorate your house without breaking the bank.

Always love shopping here and the wide variety At Home offers. As a home stager and decorator, I have found many pieces here at half the cost of the same pieces online at popular sites. Staff is always friendly and willing to help, in my experience.

I love the home store, I can walk around for hours. I always receive friendly service from the team members. Tiffany greeted me with a beautiful smile and a “ can I help you find anything,”and it was genuine, (not a hello so I can follow you around the store, so you won’t steal) lol. Oh and the manager, (gorgeous masculine marquis )was also helpful, going above and beyond to help a customer with a chair.

On Reynolds Road, Toledo Ohio. Store appears unkept as soon as you walk through the door. Messy. Dirty-looking. If ever a store needed a Deep Cleaning, it would be this one. Very unorganized. Prices are NOT cut-rate. I found them to be high priced. Stick to Hobby Lobby, shoppers. I have been in Goodwill Stores and comparing Goodwill to At Home, the Goodwill looks like a Neiman Marcus. Dont say I didnt warn you!

Only about 25% of shoppers were wearing masks. I wanted more options in deck umbrellas, there were less than last year. It was easy to distance myself as there werent a lot of shoppers.

So much to see and great for seasonal items. Typically visit after a holiday for high discounted decor for next year, also keep my eyes open for red lined items that are 50% off.I’ve purchased 4 rugs from here and they have held up nicely for the price.Typically pretty organized and clean, shelves can get a little crowded and sometimes the amount of options is overwhelming. Definitely something for every style and taste

They offer many wonderful choices in accent items to flower pots two pictures for the wall to chairs, rugs, you name it... they have it in abundance... its a very big store you can spend 2 or 3 hours in the store .... many things are color coordinated... so it makes your choices easier great store to Shop prices are a little high on some things and reasonable and others just depends on what youre looking for but always a sale going on sometime during the month.

I love At Home! I love to wander up and down the aisles mentally picking out things I want. If I just look, I get enjoyment from browsing. If I buy, I leave happy with something nice for my home. Either way its a win-win!

Great selection of outdoor and indoor furniture & decor. Prices are very reasonable. Reminds me of a slightly upscale Big Lots. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is they have a entire sales area located on the way to the checkouts, that is Not priced. This leads me to think it was designed to attract impulse buyers, that dont pay attention to prices on the way out. Importantly though, the staff were friendly & informative. Unlike Wal-Mart or other giant stores, what they do have, they have a good selection & quantity of. I would definitely go back.
