The queen split box spring I bought is a good product with no squeaks or creaks. After putting zip code in website, it directed me to Alexis Rd. location with 3 sets available. At location, I am advised it will be 2-3 weeks to receive. I told him what site said, and I ended up driving twice the distance because the location that has it on hand is the opposite direction from my home. Good overall but, call ahead to confirm availability.

Great experience the salesman answered all my questions showed me various options and not one time did he try and pressure me into buying anything He took the time to go on a chat room to see if my current mattress would work with an adjustable base which it would not but he knew what I wanted and we finally found something in the outlet that was perfect Now just waiting for delivery and setup

First off my deliver window is between 230 and 430 driver doesnt show up till 6 I was supposed to receive red carpet delivery and set up of the new bed they haul away my old mattress and just throw my new mattress in the garage and take off without setting anything up only to discover they delivered a king I ordered a queen so now I gotta wait another 10 days for what I purchased.
