This was the best experience i personally have had with retail. I went in not knowing what i wanted or what i was looking for. I left with exactly what was perfect for me thanks to the very helpful and extremly educated Jared Henderson. I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile and kind words. I would refer anyone looking for a matress to this particular store.
We did a lot of research and chose to purchase a sleep number. While I value a good nights sleep, I am also aware of finances and so I was monitoring the website for sales. On Christmas I saw that the p5, which is the mattress we wanted, was on sale. I also noticed that the delivery fee was waived. This was important to us as delivery is pricey ($199). Also, we had received an old sleep number mattress from a friend and we assembled that on our own and thought we could assemble this mattress.I didn’t order the bed that day because I had a question I wanted to ask a sales rep and I assumed no one would be available on Christmas. We went to the store the day after Christmas to purchase our mattress and found out free delivery was only available on one day, Christmas.We are disappointed that this experience turned negative due to a delivery fee. This negative feeling and lack of response from corporate has made me question my purchase. I think customer service and client satisfaction is lacking. I hope this is not a continuing issue since this is a major purchase for us. I think it is unfortunate that your company requires those who buy your mattress to pay a delivery fee. If it is a requirement, why not just add it to the cost of the mattress?
Was very happy with the service. Bought a bed in the spot. Fun time learning how to use the bed an all is features. The sales person was great and very fun to work with.

Amy was great help. She helped us pick a bed that fit us along with some pillows and the bed cover cooler that will help my man sleep better since he generates so much heat.
I purchased an i10 with a FlexFit 3 base including linens and pillows. Our salesperson, Amy, was extremely knowledgeable and provided useful insight into the different beds and bases. She was very professional. I would have rated the overall experience as a 10 except for two areas; special financing approval and the lack of furniture samples on the floor.The financing process was cumbersome and slow. I had applied online for my Sleep Number credit card to take advantage of the 0% interest promotional financing and was approved for a certain credit limit. Based on my purchase I needed a higher credit limit. Amy got the call center on the phone but I could not get an increase approved despite having a credit score above 800. I subsequently established an online account with Synchrony and requested an increase via the website. I was instantly approved for my desired amount. At the end it worked out but I could not make my purchase while visiting the store due to this credit limit delay.I purchased the headboard and side rail furniture with the bed. The store only had one fabric and one shape of the headboard in the store. Yes, color sample swatches were available as well as brochures and online showing the various headboard shapes but it was not like seeing the product in real life. I would expect the store to have all of the headboard shape options on the floor especially considering the cost of the furniture.
Super helpful! Even knowing we werent able to purchase that day. Helping us to plan for our future of the purchase means more to us then the actual purchase.

Good store, you pay a little more to buy a bed at a brick & mortar store, but you really need to test out a mattress before you buy. Sales staff helpful, not too pushy
Annie was our salesperson and she made or buying experience the best. She was very friendly and didn’t push us on buying a bed. She gave us the figures and our options and let us decide. I would recommend going into the Monroe Street store and ask for her, tell her I sent you. We walked out with the bed of our dreams. Thank you Annie!
