The girls here are very helpful, I didn’t have a receipt for a pair of clippers and they let me exchange mine! And they didn’t have something in stock that I was looking for but another location did and one of the girls offered to go out there to get it for me!

Customer service was excellent! Had questions about a product and the employee was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very upset with the cosmo prof on Monroe street. They had an item wrongly priced and still charged me a higher amount even though they had made a company mistake. Barbra I think her name was should have given me the product for the amount that it was advertised for. That was just wrong.

Went to Cosmo prof on Monroe st at 330 on a Sunday when they dont close until 4. They were not open and the hours were posted on the door also. This happened a couple weeks ago but on a week day. We live 40 min away and its frustrating to waste my time for someone to decide they dont want to work the hours posted.
