I went 3 days before Christmas and they were a bit busy. However they had a lot of different products at a very reasonable price, high quality products as a matter of fact. Very reasonably priced. So I would recommend going to Bath & Body Works at the Franklin Park Mall to anybody that might want to find candles or body wash or cologne or any number of items. They have a very diverse selection of items. You wont be disappointed, I promise you that.

I went to exchange some fragrances and made a gift purchase for my sister. Shes been through a lot lately and I bought a few of her favorites.

Got wverything we went infor. Had to ask for help finding things. Store is set up differently & was bigger than ours

The selections are vast. It takes time to pick what you like. But once you do, youll keep coming back. I only ever go for lotions and body washes. Love it when theres a sale! In my opinion, dont waste your money at any other time.

They used to have a great selection of loofahs but the person who helped us so they only had a couple. She wasnt even sure if theyre going to carry or we stock anymore.

Had a lot of candles out fragrances ect. Staff was helpful said hello when I entered offered a basket...told me about the specials going on. I went in found what i came for and left. Was easy and simple (which I love cuz now I try to get in stores and get out due to the rona) and was able to do so

Last minute shopping left me a little worried but the helpful staff was knowledgeable and able to help me find a very nice gift set. The cashier wasnt able to explain the gift coupons I had so I ended up not using some that I should have been able to but it was still a good shopping experience.

Great place to get gifts for the wife and they have some really good smelling men colognes as well and lotion body wash etc.

Did a good job controlling traffic during semi annual sale. Could lable sale items better, had a mix of sale and non-sale items on same table.

Ooh there is nothing I can say about these stores except that I love everything there. The associates are always helping people who come in but are not too pushy. Anything I want they will know where to immediately find it. Checkout is always easy also. Great stores.. great service.. great experience. I also always like their sales. Every time I go something is always on sale that I can use or need

They close at 7pm but was told they where closed at 6:50pm when I tried to enter the store. Just stopped by for a quick trip for some plug in wallflowers refills.

I love the Wallflowee plug-in scents, but I have learned that some smell wonderful while others are a waste of money & dont smell much at all after the first day or so (disappointing) & if you like one a lot, stock up when its on sale & available because you may never see it again. Their lotions are very nice & smell good, but same thing for scents not being available 🤨

Came here a few days ago with some friends and we all got such good deals (75% off). I got tons of amazing lotions and perfumes. Wallflower scents are amazing. A bit pricey when there arent deals. Very fast and wonderful staff. I love shopping here. Will definitely come back!!

Found all the candles I wanted and the help was excellent....

Best time to go is during the excellent sales

Sold out of alot of seasonal stuff, and be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes to actually get into store.

Usually this store does a really good job getting people checked out. Todays visit that was not the case. My wife and I went in there for soap and some car air fresheners and it took us 20 minutes. 15 of which was standing in line waiting to pay for our items. On weekends you guys need more people on the registers! Again this was an unusual experience for us but there is no reason it should of taken 15 minutes to pay for our items.

Very dissatisfied with this store. Went in and wasnt greeted but was noticed because the workers kept walking by me and my fiance. and everyone else that walked into this store right after me was greeted and nobody even walked up to assist me in any way, not even to check up but the other women that walked into the store were immediately greeted and asked if they needed help. I felt ignored and probably wont be shopping at this location again.

Oh I love love love this store, I can spend hours in here,.. The employees are always around and very very helpful. They always have something new and amazing. I love the deals they have and my Mark even loves the bath salts and the mens body wash, smells so good! I just finished my Christmas shopping, so my Mom and Aunt are going to be happy this year, Bath and Body works is the place to go for gifting... You are sure to find the perfect gift here!

Staff are very Friendly and Bubbly... I love the Aromatherapy Line! It’s better than all of the other Lotions, and doesn’t irritate my skin, like the others and like Victoria Secrets “Sprays and Lotions” it could be too much alcohol in those.I Love the Flash Sales.

Purchased some items from here & when it was time to check out I was told they do not scan for points on the phone which I understood. My problem was she (cashier #3501524) told me to put my email in after my purchase was made to get credit for the purchase but she hurried & cleared it out before I could (on purpose) & proceeded to say there was nothing she could do about it. Very nonchalant about the whole thing so....will take my business to VS

Normally have a decent trip, only complaint is last night, a bigger girl rang me up(I think her name was Rochelle?) she seemed pushy and rude. Hurried up and scanned my items and said my total before I even had my coupons set on the counter, and then didn’t say anything else after she handed my bag.. I said thank you, and she immediately said “I can take the next person” before I had even picked my bag up off the counter to leave. Seemed like she was more interested in hurrying people outta the store than having decent customer service.

I went b-day shopping for my mom and I got some amazing deals. Their lotion and body wash smells great and so many things in there are good for gifts! Or if you just simply want to pamper yourself.

Was supposed to close at 7pm. Told me they were closed and it was only 6:45pm.

My family and I were in this store this past Friday. We were standing and browsing the products when an employee came over to the table next to us and started stacking candles when all of a sudden one of them fell onto the floor next to my baby who was in her stroller. Thank God no glass got on her. But it greatly upset me that this “accident” happened. The employee could have waited to do whatever she needed to do with the display of candles. And it seemed like nobody even cared about what just happened or what could have possibly happened. I will never shop at this location again due to this incident.

Im still using the cucumber melon lotion, but they are only bringing it out at the beginning of summer last time I stocked up on some,huge variety and make very nice gifts
