They were contacted at 530pm by AAA to tow my car. At 900pm Im told they all went home for the day and it wont get towed. I would think AAA would want to do business with more professional tow companies.

I have been using this tow company for a long time but the new owners are good people and actually car about their customers ..

After telling them to not get my car, that I was calling a different towing service. They preceded too show up anyways steal my car without the keys, dragging it onto the flat bead and ruining the front end and possibly the transmission of my car. They keep hanging up on me so I had to go up there with the police and get my car from them. Worst and rudest towing service I have ever experienced. Definitely getting sued.

This driver ahmed towed my Explorer without a flat bed and ruined my transmission and front end I called them and he told me he was on his way to discuss the damage never showed up and sends my calls to voicemail I am suing them outright

They were incredibly rude, especially the person on the phone. They laughed at me as I paid them for my car. These guys are complete Crooks and are very proud of it.

I was Stuck on The side of the road at middle night and This company was a lifesaver for me they came in a matter of mins to tow my car and ended my nightmare without any addition cost.
