Matt, our sales rep, and Lisa, financing, were so amazing. We drove 8 hours to purchase a 4runner from them. I like the car that I bought from here, also I got a great deal too, the fiancé lady Kim was super nice, couple of things about this dealer I didn’t like. The sales woman (Sunday) was pushy and not providing details at all and she would get mad every time that I ask for the something and I had to ask twice like, car fax to be printed, a second set of keys and to get fresh oil before I buy the car, she just didn’t wanna show any customer service at all, also jumping to other customers while I’m waiting at her desk, she just didn’t care

My experience with Brondes Ford on Secor Rd. have all been positive. I am alarmed at all the negative responses & wish they would have said if their bad experiences were at the Secor location or the Maumee location. I do believe that wherever it happened the Brondes family should get involved and follow through with problem solving for their customers, even if it means employees are let go; afterall it is the Brondes name that is ruined by bad customer service.I did have a situation & wrote a letter to the Service Dept. Manager who thanked me for bringing the situation to his attention & apologized for the situation. He further promised to address my situation at the next staff meeting & that their check-in procedure would include a solution so it doesnt happen again. I am a big believer in telling the company what they did wrong & why Ill never be back, rather than just never go back. If you dont let them know why your upset they cant do anything to change the situation. As I said earier the Brondes Ford on Secor Road have always been very helpful, honest, respectful & I would expect the same from any location that is named Brondes Ford.

I damaged the right side mirror while on vacation in Toledo. I called at 7:45 am and Jim Durliat answered the phone and said to bring the car right over. He met me at 8:15 and had the necessary part ordered in 15 minutes. I brought the car back at 9:30 the next morning and by 10:45 am was on my way. His service was A+ and it saved my vacations. I scheduled a simple oil change at your quick stop and it was anything but quick. It took over 1 1/2 hours to just change my oil and rotate my tires. When I arrived I was told it would be 45 min, which is still not the quickest. When I received my bill they didnt apply my credits so I had to wait to get them applied. Performance was much better in the past.

Got me in right away even with covid. Got my oil change and tire rotation and inspection done in a timely manner, thanks.

Just got my daughters car back yesterday from it being in shop for a month. The car had no gas in it. The driver side wheel is making noise now and the alignment is off. The battery died today and now the check engine light is on. (Just got the car back yesterday!) I will never do business here again. The car is having problems it didnt have when I brought it into shop.

I took my car to Brondes service center after getting an oil change where they told me I had an exhaust leak. They told me I had to take it to a full service auto shop because they were unable to do anything with it.... which I did... to Brondes. My car has only 25k miles on it and have only had it since September, so I assumed I was still under a factory warranty. I was. They had my car all day. I received a call at 4pm saying they were still looking into the problem and wanted to keep me updated. Around 2 hours later, I received a call that my car was done and nothing was wrong (they told me it was probably just the oil change guys trying to up charge me). Lo and behold - a week later my check engine came on. I took it to another dealership and they told me I had a bad PCM. I am very disappointed because had I not been under a warranty would they have jumped to the opportunity to charge me a ton of money to fix it? I cannot say for sure - but it is a thought that has crossed my mind. At least the other dealership is fixing my car at no cost.

I have been dealing with Brondes over 20 years and very confident that whatever the problem with my vehicle it will be serviced right. I don’t have to keep going back for the same thing.

I set up a 9am oil change appointment. I arrived and checked in at 8:50. Gave them my name and told them I had an appointment. I was told it would be an hour. I asked how that is possible if I have an appointment. Was told they would try to get me in sooner. I waited for 2 solid hours, watching people that came in after me leave before me. I saw 12 cars leave during the time I was there. I tried to find someone to ask why my truck wasnt done. Couldnt find anyone. Ended up calling the main line to inquire about my truck. I was told that it would be another 20 mins. I was furious and asked why. They said that I never mentioned I had an appointment, which is a complete lie. I had to be to work at noon so they were cutting is close. I finally received my truck without an apology and was expected to pay $65 for an oil change, no tire rotation or anything else. I can go to Valvoline and pay $30 and be done in 20 mins. Horrible service and worse management. Will never return.......This is the 2nd time I had to post this as someone removed it. Brondes oil change is complete garbage.

I didnt think of Brondes at first because I have no credit, but the went the extra mile for me. I worked with Fred Wilson and he worked hard found me a car we liked and got us the payment we could afford. Not only would I recommend him to you but I will be sending my kids to him. The whole staff was very helpful. In the end we got a 2015 Focus for less than what other dealers where trying to put us in 08s and 2011.

I called asking about a possible recall on a faulty part. Instead of helping me the associate told me “ I don’t know if theres any recalls for that part.” Instead of going through the right channels to figure out this information he left me to do it. Not to mention they wanted to charge me $120 to look at something beyond simple. Other then that my times there being a loyal customer haven’t neither been pleasant or super bad.
