They have a really good selection of vitamins and various herbs and other medicinal plants and fungus.They also have these really good lime and ginger soda water.It is one of the few places that sells fresh lions mane, but it sells out quick, so you have to stop by often.

Really great grocery store to find local vegan health food items. I enjoy walking down every aisle just to see what new items they have for sale. Prices are good and quality is high. One of my favorite stops. They always have the one item Im looking for and cant find anywhere else. Most recently I tried gluten and dairy free cinnamon rolls in the frozen section. Wow tasted just like the real deal!Also discovered Gopals SPROUTIES hey so fantastic!

Rich mans poor version of a whole foods. No butcher, no bakery, fruits and veggies were the only good reason go there. It was whole foods expensive without the whole.

Helpful staff that were available to assist and seemed happy to do so and much to my surprise I found my favorite but very elusive yogurt here which I was thrilled about. They offer cash back of up to $40 which I found very accommodating and helpful so I didnt need to hit the a.t.m. later. My only complaint about this place is that their lines to pay tend to backup and no matter how many people are standing in line waiting the staff mever seem to be in any rush to get them out the door which I find to be not only rude but inconvenient so if I must make a stop here I try to ve mindful as to what time of day it is so as not to end up there in the middle of a rush. Otherwise store in a bit is decent and I appreciate their existence in this area as there arent any other grocery stores immediately nearby where I live.

Prices are quite good for a health food store and they frequently have items you actually want to buy on sale. As a smaller store of course the selection is not as great as their larger competitors, but in my mind this isnt a bad thing. The produce they have is ALL organic and beautiful and fresh. All their dairy and meat is from sources youd actually want to eat. They have more than enough options to meet various dietary needs like GF and DF eaters. Their staff is suuuuper friendly. I also find this store has fewer of the health-halo wearing junk foods and more whole, real foods I am wanting.

Good Day! Sorry to post a one I had no other choice to not selecting Zero. I shop at the this location all the time and as we know it is very expensive to shop there. I had called a night before to hold the Himalayan Crystals Salt night light and I want 10. The lady was kind enough to do that.Today, went at 9 am to pick up the lights and Maggie who end up helping me yelling she cant find them and very rude and unfriendly person.I am an advocate of wearing mask and I was wearing my mask, just pulled it down so she can understand me and hear me clear since she could find my items and we were 6 feet distance and she yells at me put your mask on. That was the first unethical way of speaking and second the night lights were placed on the register for me the cashier found them but she was arguing with me she cant find them 2nd unethical attitude.I got home and plug my lights and one of the lights was broken and not working, I took back to exchange it and I decided to purchase another one. She made me feel like I was stealing the one I took back to exchange. 3rd thing with Maggie, as a paid customer and with their store item damaged made me feel uncomfortable with my exchange, she really needs to be trained to talk to customer properly. I dont know if I will want to go back to this store again, I spend $150 just by one visit. She also needs to tone her voice down and not yell across the store so loud, were not in kindergarten or play ground, people who come to Natural Grocers are grown adults and with respect.I will call tomorrow morning and talk to Store Manager Andrea, I never write this kind of review but she pushed my limits on the 3rd time making me uncomfortable about my return.

The store is well organized and Im happy that employees and customers are wearing masks. They seem to understand that lives and health of every person. Its a smaller ma pa type store. Prices are a little high but its to be expected of health food. My only complaint is there doesnt seem to be any one cleaning the carts or separating the used from unused.

Would give 5 stars but lack of grocery bags gets very old.

Big, bright, open, and beautiful! I love walking into a natural foods store and smelling all the goodness. The store is arranged and stocked well, has reasonable prices, and friendly, attentive staff. So happy to have a quality natural food store on this side of Tigard.

I want to like this store however they are closed more often than other Grocers and often without listing this on their website. Today January 3rd I arrived along with two other people at 9:30 to find the store closed. Nothing listed on their website. This has happened several times and it will be the last. I wanted to support this store. They need to show more respect for those who make the point of bribing them business. I will no longer shop here

I wasn’t going to write a review for the store until I decided to research the reviews today. I’ve been shopping here for a while now out of convenience via location and less crowding in store. The last reviewer with the initials KM is correct regarding their employee, Maggie. There was one instance where I was shopping in the evening and bypassed Maggie in the store aisle. I smiled at her (before mask were mandated) and said hello, and she looked right passed me and didn’t reciprocate, but just kept walking. Remind you that I friendly looked at her. There was another instance where I was walking around the store just looking when a guy stood next to me and Maggie came over to ask him if he needed help with anything. She is rude. Overall, I never did feel welcomed at the store- most of all employees appear to be either disinterested, nervous, or trying too hard not to offend me - it may be a cultural difference- there are other note worthy things to complain about, but what’s the purpose of doing that!? I’ll shop at Whole Foods, bye.

Always stocked with high-quality organic produce. Almost every item in the store is organic with very few exceptions. The small neighborhood feel and the abundance of earth-friendly options make this my grocer of choice!

Its a small store but I found some of what I needed. I couldnt find any perfume but thats ok. Not many workers there for some reason. It smelled funny in there too. For a natural store, it was ok. I personally wont go back to there.

Discriminated against because I cannot wear a mask (For medical reasons) in their store. They will no longer accept any exemptions, no matter what. So where are people to go for their health food when they can’t wear masks? It’s outright discrimination. They didn’t even offer me curbside pickup or to get my items for me. At least New Seasons does that.NG just started mandating masks now that the pandemic is over. How does that make sense, especially because this store is all about health...but forcing the use of masks where the person breathes in their own recycled carbon dioxide? Not too healthy.You lost my business and the business of many of my friends. I’ll take my money to where my health and rights are honored.

Friendly staff makes all the difference. The prices are more reasonable that some of the other health food stores in the area. I really appreciate having a way to save money by joining the Natural Grocers loyalty program.

I LOVE Natural Grocers! I appreciate that they have done all of the research for me & they only allow products that do not contain GMOs/chemicals. It makes grocery SO much easier for me. The prices are lower here than New Seasons, so that is also a bonus.

Great selection of supplements and vitamins, as well as personal care and beauty items. They even have a selection of good quality pet supplements and vitamins, as well as a small selection of natural pet foods and treats. As far as I can tell their prices are comparable to other natural/healthy food stores like New Seasons and Whole foods. They usually are not very busy and lines are short. The store seems well staffed, however my only complaint would be encounters with employees who seem annoyed when asked for help and arent very helpful.

This place has great products. But it was difficult to not notice how terrible it smells in the store... it smells like cat urine. When I returned home all my veggies and the bags they were in smelled like that. I hope this is something that can be fixed because I would love to return here! (I do not own any pets)

Fairly expensive on packaged food, but.. Produce is organic and always fairly priced and sometimes cheaper than WinCos non organic produce. Supplement galore, and the chocolate bars and drink selection are outstanding. Staff is always friendly. There is a huge variety of supplement and food products, worth checking out.

This place is the best! You don’t have to worry about the products they sell because they have such a good vetting process internally. They have all the good product and local products and have such good community offerings for classes and stuff.

This store may be rather small but it is really quite handy and convenient. As you would expect from a store selling more natural and organic products, the pricing on some items can be a little higher than a larger grocery store chain, but its usually not dramatically more expensive and the quality difference in the product(s) sold at Natural Grocers will typically be worth the slight cost difference of certain items.

Terrible customer service. Would not let me return a back massage tool that was $30 dollars because it was over the 30 day return policy (which is not listed on receipt) I talked to 2 employees, and one customer service rep from corporate and they would still not grant a courtesy refund. I wont be shopping there again.

My absolute favorite grocery store. Their prices on vegan products are better than Anywhere else! They also have every kind of vitamin, supplement, herbal tincture, homeopathic remedy, etc. that you could ask for and at better prices than any natural store Ive seen.

This has become my favorite grocery store! All produce is organic and most of it is reasonably priced, except the bell peppers which always seem to be expensive. Theres a good variety of foods appropriate for many dietary preferences. They carry a wide variety of meats including elk, ostrich, yak, wild boar, and bison. Theres a large supplement section, beauty and skincare, baby items, household items and cleaners. Parking is ample and the staff is friendly and accessible. Remember to bring your own bags for checkout because they dont any. Boxes are available or you can purchase a reusable bag at the store.

Quirky grocery store that takes assay of supplements seriously and has so much organic/non-gmo/fair trade stuff you dont have to compromise too far, not the most expensive grocer round here, but are on the pricer end. Nice people, good service, and in my experience people willing to say I dont know, let me try to find out which is huge for me.

I guess I was looking for something else. Everything was glute free, or sugar free. I guess I didnt realize how committed they are on being health focused. I eat fairly healthy, but not having anything I would find at Safeway or Albertsons is disappointing.
