Clean and well organized. Plenty of employees every where if you need one. I didnt need one so Im not sure if they are helpful. 😁 The main reason I went in was for a few school spiral note books. They only had 2 left in the whole place. Being school started about 10 days ago, I get it.

I had the greatest experience today In this Target . Renu (I hope I got her name right) was so helpful to me in the woman’s clothing. She went above and beyond yo assist me.Tracy was such a delight at the checkout as well. Best customer service. They also had a great selection of things.

A new gal in electronics made a minor flub that couldve turned into a disaster for me. She made a mistake. She accidentally sold me insurance I didnt want on a pair of headphones. Basically she pushed the wrong button. It happens. I went back with the receipt. Her and I walked to returns, and explained the situation. What could have been a very negative transactiction went very smooth because of the great employees all around. Thank you guys for your help. accidents happen, but this employee couldnt have handled it better. A+++. This particular targets electronic department is so on point. Great customer service all around.

This is my favorite Target store in Portland area. The products are always neatly displayed and the shopping environment is very pleasant but what truly differentiates this store from others is the employees. The ones I’ve met in this store have always been very nice and take extra measures to guarantee customer satisfaction. Please keep up the good work!

This target has good hours and is organized usefully, i like that the home section is right of the entry and the food is left with pets nearest cleaners and recreation and kids near toy and art. it meager you can find what you need and irs compliments without wandering the whole dang store. i also like the electronics here as the staff has an understanding of what ttey dont have and will suggest other places if they just dint have what you need

Found everything I needed, and staff was generous enough to cover the $0.01 that I needed for the purchase since I didnt bring any spare change with me. I also found everything I needed with the exception of just one product.

Clean store, easy to find stuff and helpful associates

I love target and I often shop at this location for my basic needs. However today while I was browsing for baby shower gifts and then off to grab cleaning supplies and dog treats I noticed I was being followed by a male security guard. Being a woman shopping alone this made me incredibly uncomfortable even though I had nothing to hide. My entire experience was ruined because I was being followed from a slight distance and was never even questioned about anything. I tried to call the store and speak with a manager about my experience however I wasnt able to reach anyone after 5 minutes of a ring.

Great staff. Took a bit for my online order to be ready for pickup but nothing crazy. Huge lines though at store closing time. Really appreciated the rep who helped me & grabbed my order.

Great Target location that gets its fair share of customer traffic. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly in my experience, even going out of their way to check inventory in the back to help find whatever I happened to be looking for. They are very good about making sure anyone not wearing a mask does not get far past the entrance; it is encouraging to see that they are truly taking the global pandemic seriously. Curbside and in-store pick up are available for most items within around two hours of placing your order and they also offer Delivery through the Target App or on their website.

The sinks in the mens room require you to get your hands so close to the faucet that you touch the faucet when turning it on. Then the water only stays on for 2 seconds. I think I picked up more bacteria by washing my hands than I originally had on them. Other than that, this is a normal Target. Theres a Starbucks inside.

The app makes it easy to locate the aisle the product is in. The customer service girl that rang me up was downright amazing. She took the time to get me set up and oriented to the app features. Highly reccomended.

I love Target for the most part and this location is no different but they did just do some remodeling with the restrooms and customer service and when I used the new ladies restroom they didnt have toilet seat covers not just out of stock but none at all.

This target is average. It wasn’t very clean, the employees were rude, and it was crowded even at 8 PM. It does the job if you need some quick groceries.

The staff. They are super helpful and nice. Most prices for things are better than competitors, especially hygiene type products or household goods. Grocery could use some work.

Dont ask the employees where isle H5 is, because no one knows. I walked around for 30 minutes looking for H5. Everyone I asked had no idea where it was.

I asked the cashier to price check an item. Instead of price checking it he charged me for it and threw it in a bag. I explained that I didnt want it and asked him to remove it. He said ok but when I got home I checked my receipt and was still charged for it.

Love target - I grab fresh pet dog food and treats - some snacks for home and any toiletries. Less “fun” shopping since quarantine but still great. The Washington Square location is my favorite Target.

The people around me were not wearing their masks correctly (under their noses) even when I asked one person to pull theirs up. Not a safe environment to be in. Target needs to do a better job enforcing masks.

This applies to all Targets really - not particularly Tigard. Target is the only place I shop at that wont allow drinks in the store right now. I get Starbucks or Dutch daily and run errands at various stores who never say a word, but when I go to Target the security in front tells you you cant drink it or the Starbucks at Target will take your order but tell you you cant drink it in the store. Very annoying. Arent they aware that you can drink out of a straw under your mask?? I can very easily/discreetly stick a straw under my mask to take a sip, no problem, without removing the mask whatsoever. Sure, maybe some people take advantage and pull their mask down to drink but for the most part drinking out of a straw with a mask on is very doable. And every other store Ive been to allows it or doesnt question when youre holding a drink. Come on Target - get with it!

There was a well thought out plan for shoppers to follow to keep social distance standards, extra staff to guide us to checkouts, everyone was wearing masks (employees), it felt very safe and intentional. Now if we could just get the yahoo customers with no masks, gloves or awareness of personal bubbles let alone 6 feet distancing to get on board!🙄😬🤣. Great job Target!

The store was so clean, the shelfs were stocked, the employees were helpful, and friendly. I was amazed at how good this store looked, really. It was also easy to see where the different departments were, they really stock a wide range of merchandise. I bought a vision tv, it was on sale online, but not at store, I brought this to their attention and she went online and gave me the sale price.it even has a cafe inside.

I love Target. Every Christmas my church has a giving tree for needy families. Last Christmas the store manager helped me make sure three boys had a wonderful Christmas by giving me a great deal on a skateboard. The year before a clerk helped me find needed toys on my list. I will always remember this kindness and shop Target. Plus I am treated very well every time a shop there. (which is often). I have started buying my groceries there also and am very pleased with the quality and price.

Dropped by here to pick up a puzzle magazine like Sudoku. No one in the staff knew if Target carried magazines. They told me try the check-out counter. Hardly any magazines there. There are a large variety of books but no magazine shelf. Very disappointing!

Store is perfect - well organized, good quality merch, and there are helpful folks assisting you at every turn. Checking out was easy, even though there were a lot of customers the checkers are complete professionals! Loved it.

A recent experience with Jo Anns Fabrics store. They are doing curbside pickup and metering number of guests in the store at a time. I tried picking up an online order, had to wait for 45 minutes. The order was incomplete. When I shop at Target, either online or in store, you usually always have what I need. Except the in home exercise equipment. The Beaverton store has been out of that, and Vegan coffee creamers. But Ill survive!

Large target with tons of products. This Target was set up differently than any other Target Ive ever been in. The staff was friendly and helpful in directing us where to find products. The check out lines were long, but we were out of there quickly. This is a really busy place, be careful in the parking lot.

Went in a few weeks ago to purchase a Nintendo Switch console. I had called in ahead and THANKFULLY they had 2 left on the shelf. I know they cannot hold systems so I tried my best to rush out. I was dealing with severe food poisoning and knew the risk that I might not make it in time. I called as I was pulling in and 1 still was there. So I got in, and hobbled my way back to electronics. As I was about halfway through the store a kid came SPRINTING passed me, he literally almost knocked one of their corner shelves off when he smashed into it. I didnt really think much of it til I realized he was sprinting inside the store to buy that last console. Now Ive actually seen this person, and reported him on facebook for scalping these consoles. My understanding is that youre not allowed to run inside the store, or purchase for resale. I told the electronics person while ringing up the kid that he ran and nearly knocked over shelves and people and that according to Targets policies resale isnt allowed (they even had a sign up back there) and showed him posts of the kid reselling them for $100 over cost. He didnt even deny it. The associate didnt care, rang him up and that was that. I contacted the store and they said they take safety seriously and that was the extent of the response I got. Yet a few weeks later when they had more in stock, I lined up 35 minutes before opening, I was 3rd in line. Im not going to run through a store like an infant. But what happened, well the line of like 30 plus people turned into a race, people running all different ways into the store, one guy didnt stand in line he stood across from the door and when doors opened he ran straight inside cutting nearly everyone. When we got back to electronics, there was like 5ish consoles.. Myself and one other person in the front of the line said there was a line outside it should be sold to the line in order of people and the associates were like.. Nah first come first serve. Nobody in the front 8 or so spots in the line got a console that day either.So the short version, Target doesnt care if you run through the store, especially when running is super bad because of COVID and the potential for spread, they dont care if that endangers people, they dont care if it screws over people who abide by their rules, and they dont care about resellers despite their apparent signs and policies. One of these days someones going to bump someone into a shelf and someones going to be seriously hurt because they dont care.

Prices on items are competitive and at times are cheaper than other places, especially if I use my target card. The stores are similar enough so I can easily find my items. The Target card is great.

It was easy to order and very easy to pickup. Also I am no longer a fan of Amazon. They are too big and are not friendly to suppliers. They need some great competition. Go Target go.

I prefer never to use Amazon and want to support Target. I love that I always have 3 choices: browse/shop the store, order on-line, or order for pick-up.

I really love the employee named Daniela V ! Shes amazing and I wouldnt lose her. She does a great job helping people! I just love her:) o and the other workers too.. BUT shes always going above and beyond and never fails to help me when I need things. Other employees look like they cant wait to clock out and are just there for a paycheck but shes not like that she is truly exceptional, great worker!

I have never posted a 1 star ever. Chris the store manager, its not very kind. He could of easily help me out with an issue I had and instead decided not to, managers suppose to go out of their way to help and assist customers at all times but he fail to do so.

Customer service is always great! I usually have a complicated transaction with rebate checks to buy baby formula. Cashiers are usually very patient and want to get me the best deal possible to help a mom out.

Large selection of things at a great price. The staff is nice and the store is always clean

Purchased 2 bikes for my daughters. While they didnt have them available right away, they built them for me. Had to wait an extra day and call to find that out, otherwise I might have given 5 stars. Ultimately they took 20% off both bikes and made this dad very happy

Store is clean, but there is almost no produce section in the grocery area. Most of the staff I have dealt with are friendly and helpful. There has been 1 instance of feeling like I was putting them out, but I just apologized and found another associate.

Its a Target store. This location has some groceries, a pharmacy, a deli and all the standard Target departments. The childrens clothing department is big. The womens plus size section is always small and limited, some other locations have more. Not impressed with the mens department, but we havent compared it to other Target stores. The pharmacy over the 4 years weve been here has had its ups and downs (as all do), the cause is generally a staffing shortage or new staff still learning the routine. Parking is always a challenge, drivers tend to not be all that friendly, it is often fairly full, no shady spots for summer parking. Biggest complaint, the bathrooms. They need better doors, better air freshener, updated changing station for babies. And honestly if the had a place for it, a family bathroom. Im pretty sure the largest customer base is moms with their kids at all locations, time to keep up with the customer needs.

Pretty consistent with what could be expected of a Target, whats looked for (food, clothing) has always been in stock and the crew are typically chipper. In short, getting in and out is a smooth affair.Downside? Cant go here for shoes. Sometimes items on clearance dont have that price reflected in the computer system, requiring assistance from department staff.

We have forgotten our target card at home and instead of giving us any hard time. Cashier took us to customer Service desk and customer Service agent gave us red card discount without giving us any hard time. Really appreciate fast, hassle free, professional service.

Fast & great service

Had a really rude experience with the dressing room attendant near the maternity section today. She acted like she couldn’t be bothered to help me when I asked for a room. After quietly waiting for a while she finally turned towards me and said to “just pick a room and show me the hangers when you’re done.” I thought that request was weird but after I tried some things on, I went back to the counter to show her my hangers. After waiting there again for her to acknowledge me she finally came over to the counter and had MAJOR attitude and said she never told me to do that before walking away. Needless to say I won’t be buying clothes from this location again if that’s how their dressing room attendants treat customers.

Fast, proper, accurate item processed during pick up. Cheaper to pick up at store and faster than shipping. Would make the same option again if right product/right price appeared on Target site.

Great store. Can get pretty busy in the afternoon and early evening hours. This location just got a light remodel so its a bit more refreshing and crisp feeling.

Store was clean and organized. Checkout was quick. The selection of mens hair styling products was rather limited, but was still able to find something that would work. Also only had a single option for light blocking curtains (double panel only, no single panel), but again it works so not the biggest issue for me.

Overall a relatively nice store. A good selection of products, as one would expect, and the prices are what one would expect of a Target, mostly... a little spendy. Not the cleanest store out there by any means, and can often be found to have portions where its actually quite dirty.

Paying For The Sins Of Thieves... Target needs to consider raising prices a tiny bit to cover theft (Im actually not down with that idea). Today I purchased two lip gloss products. When I got home, I could not remove the patch-a-hole-in-a boat-strength sticky anti-theft tape. I had to make a trip to the hardware store for some industrial worthy adhesive remover. It worked after several minutes of struggle. It worked, too, in removing the branding art from the product. Soooo, if I end up liking it, I wont know what it was to buy it again. THE FUNNY THING THO... is that I accidentally walked out of the store with the two lip glosses in my hand without paying. I got all of the way to my car when I realized this... GUESS WHAT?! The anti-theft adhesive didnt work... set off no alarms what-so-ever. I went back in and paid. They didnt set off alarms going back in either. They did, however, set off my temper. They worked great for that! If this were the first time Id fought through anti-theft devices to access my purchases, Id not bother with this review.

Store is okay, however, Staff isnt very helpful- they seem to be too busy in their work to even notice a customer, which is a shame. I went in this evening to look for a nice pair of shoes, of course there was no one to be found in the shoe section so I walked to electronics to see if someone could help me there. Thankfully, I gained the help of two associated. I didnt get the womans name, but Zach was very helpful to me. He not only looked up the items I wanted in their inventory, but also offered me online suggestions as well. So, thank you Zach for stepping away to assist me. I greatly appreciate it! Keep up the great work!

Big store with a lot of parking. It was organized and neat inside just not enough checkers, only 3. There were super long lines at each checker so I went to self check out. Otherwise great experience.

I am a Target afficionado and this location needs a few upgrades (apparently its getting some: a new Starbucks is opening soon). The layout is kind of funky compared to your average, newer Target location. And its not a Super Target, unfortunately for us. But I go here all the time regardless. Another thing- their photo center is totally gone!

This location is just behind Washington Square Mall. Decent parking lot, fairly large, and friendly staff. The cashier was friendly as well, trying to make conversation. They also checked when stock was supposed to arrive for an out-of-stock item I was looking for. Decent Target.

I shop at Target way too much to be honest. But I love that they have groceries now too. Prices are good, what Im looking for is almost always in stock and the people that work there are friendly. Thats pretty much all I look for in a place to shop.

Worst ever. Walmart has better service and they take care of us way better I was supposed to get 20 bucks gift certificate if I spend 100 plus on baby products but havent recieved yet.
