I had a really weird tire size and got turned away from other shops, it was not on stocked online, and ridiculously expensive. Joe not only had the tires, but told me I could switch out the tires for a new size, for cheaper than my current tires. He saved me money in the long run and these tires feel a lot better driving than I had previously.The shop was fun, the people were kind, and it had that family feel. IT was nice not feeling out of place especially being a woman. I wasnt treated like I was stupid and Joe even explained the answers to my questions in depth. The mechanic team was helpful and kind. Which was a nice change. I am only coming to Joe and his team going forward and will tell all my bros about this gem.

Jo is honest and will take care of issues if the come up. Ive had a few tire mounts/changes here and the recent visit he took care of an issue for my spare. Its a difficult tire to mount on this wheel combo but i left noticing a few additional things.

My wife and I have two classic BMW’s a 325i and a 525 M variant, over the last decade they have not only given us the best tires at the best price but the maintenance work they have done on our cars has been superb. Yesterday I had a flat tire and then my spare blew out as well and I was stranded nearby. I called Save On Tires and they were so nice and helpful from the start. (Especially since I probably called them 5 times in an hour haha) And when the roadside assistance through my insurance straight up didn’t show up to tow me, Save On Tires saved the day, and were there within 15 minutes. They gave me an amazing deal on four new tires and the roadside service AND had it done within an hour!!Most places see a girl like me and will take advantage of my naivety about cars to get more money but they were very honest and very nice and explained everything to me very clearly and simply. I have been hit hard by the COVID times and found myself forced to getting a new tire due to unexpected blown tire on the freeway caused by a car losing some huge metal piece form their car. If you are expecting a Les Shwab or Discount Tire atmosphere you are going to be disappointed. But they were careful with my vehicle and did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time for how busy they were. My tires came with a great warranty and services like you would receive from any big name tire company, but at a much cheaper price.

These guys were super friendly and down to earth! Joe and Heidi were amazing. I got 4 Toyo tires, my alignment fixed, my old tires donated, and a seized wheel lubricated for a great price! I was also surprised to discover they do engine and brake work too. I will be a returning customer for many years to come!

This is hands down the most honest car repair shop Ive been to. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They have very good and competitive prices and the work and parts are quality. They treat you like family and work with you to get your car back up and on the road. I live over 3 hours away in bend and I will be gladly making the trip anytime I need something fixed on my car. This shop is great! Ive been there twice, once to install some tires, and to do a brake job, and the last, to replace a brake light switch. They do a GREAT job for a fair and reasonable price. Joe is particular is very nice, and so is Heidi, in the office. Everyone was very pleasant, and polite. Went in to go get some tires for my ram truck, aside from them being bald I had a nail in one of them. I got a great deal on some nice tires, and great friendly service. The place seams very busy but Ill be back for service in the future.

I needed a set of tires to put on my leased car before I returned it. After calling over 20 tire stores I realized used tires in the low profile size I needed were impossible to find, so I had to go new. Joe gave me by far the best deal I could find. Took a little longer than I would have liked, but it was Saturday, and Im glad that the shop was busy because Joe is a very pleasant and honest guy. Recommend.

If you are looking for the best prices on tires then this is the place to go. The people there are honest and the carry all the big brands of tires I got tires there and also had them weld a broken bracket for my running board. I saved at least $400 on the tires and the bracket repair they charged me $40 less than other shops would charge. 5 star+++ all the way!

Wow where do I start! So I went here to get my brakes and rotors done after shopping around they had the best deal for a man on a budget! So they did a fantastic job and saved even more at the end! Next day my car was having some issues and I thought it might have been from the maintenance so I take it back and they checked it out and found that two of my connectors were severed and frayed through wear and tear so Joe shows me whats wrong and lets me borrow his car to get the part and has one of his guys fix it for me on the house! Talk about great service and going above and beyond for someone in a pinch! Truly a top notch place.

There was a slick salesman talk and fast that hurried me into agreeing to pay more than I wanted to for a tire. They asked me to pay $50 though I had just been at a different shop in another part of town that was going to sell me the same type of tire for $40, I told him I really only wanted to pay 40 and that I would have bought that one but I had forgotten my wallet at the time. He quickly talked around it and then told the other man to charge me 50 as he walked away. When I walked out and check the tire it was worn, not even what I would consider a good used tire. I felt like I shouldnt have paid more than $25.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!I dont understand how I still have not gotten a receipt for the work he did. OVER CHARGES FOR EVERYTHING!

Great place to get tires have a huge selection better than Discount Tire in my opinion. Dont let the looks of the place scare you off or the lack of parking go in and talk to the owner and he will take care of you or help you get the tires you want on your Truck or car. Over the last 5+ years I have gone to Save on Tires for new tires, a simple belt replacement, and most recently brakes. I went in knowing what I needed and had checked the going rate with other mechanics. Joes price was actually cheaper for better parts! Unfortunately I needed a little bit more work than I had budgeted for. Joe was very honest about the additional work I needed on my car, and I had a feeling I needed it done as well. When I hesitated, he worked with me to get me to a price that was affordable, and I kid you not, he even offered to accept a post dated check! His main concern was to ensure my vehicle was 100% SAFE. These gentlemen are great! I had some surprise issues with my car on a Friday mid morning in the winter. Back in May I was in an accident because some idiots decided to stop in the center lane of a busy HWY 26 for ducks. The font end was smashed in and the insurance wanted to total it. I took it to Save n tires because I have been buying my tires for years there. They completely restored my car and fixed everything they found that none of the other so called reputable mechanics missed. They also reinstalled correctly or installed the correct parts that other mechanics messed up on. My car drives like new now and I can not say enough about them. I’m so impressed with the level of service I received today. I blew two tires and they stayed open late for me to arrive on the tow. They didn’t have the tires available tonight but will have them there in the morning. They gave me a loaner vehicle so I could get home and to work tomorrow. I have never experienced such kindness and care at any other shop. You can tell how much pride they have in their business and that they truly care about their customers. The work hasn’t even been completed yet and I’m already blown away. Thank you so much for turning a very stressful night into something I didn’t need to worry about at all.

I would leave zero stars if I could, and would not recommend this business.I brought in my own tires for install, they were able to install the tires. I started driving the car and it immediately started shaking violently. I brought the car back the same day and they had to re-balance the tires. When I drove it again the tire warning light came on. I brought it back and they told me they fixed it and to keep driving the car it would go away, the next day the light was still on and they told me to come back in.I came in the second day and immediately the front desk lady started to explain why they didnt cause it. Then the owner (Joe) came down and after 15 min of explaining why they didnt cause it, I finally asked if they were going to fix it (since the indicator light only came on when I took it to them) if not I would just leave since I didnt wanna waste any more time.He then took my car in and after 30 min, took me to the garage and started explaining a million different reasons again why they didnt cause the issue. One of his mechanics then took out and ODO reader? And tried to hook it up to my car, in the process breaking the cap that goes over it. I had to buy another one on Amazon for $40, thanks btw.After two hours of hearing why it was not their fault with the indicator still on, I decided to leave. In total I spent an estimated 9 hours and $150 for a simple tire install.Next time I will go to Costco.

Rick is a genius. He has does an amazing job on my car and my fathers as well. We both own older European cars which can be a little tricky at times but theres not much they cant do over at Save On Tires.

Needed a used tire in a pinch. Didnt have much time. Sav On was slammed but I didnt have an alternative. The owner (multi-tasking at the time) had his guys help me and had me on my way in a few minutes. They lowered it perfectly and got it all done In one day just like they said they would. They didnt try to up the price or surprise me with anything either. Needed new snow tires. They were very conveniently located near my work, so I took my car there. The plus side was they were able to give me the best prices on tires and didnt try to sucker me into siping or any of the other nonsense you get at some other discount tire places. The minus side was that the tires had to come from another location and early afternoon became late afternoon; Rush hour traffic.They did make it right-providing a free alignment. Ill buy tires from them again--but Ill make sure they have them on-hand first.

After Joe talked to me, he sold an electric scooter (to replace my car) and gave my wife his number. After all of this, I was left with no tire, an electric scooter (which I found out to be stolen, one of those Bird scooters around town) and my wife is leaving me. Do NOT come here.
