Robert was amazing! He totally saved me from killing my husband! :) We bought a home from a very tech savvy couple. I gave my husband one task to complete weeks prior to my birthday/housewarming party, to deal with the indoor and outdoor surround sound and outside TV. Epic fail! I found Jerry on website JAF EPS at 11 pm the night before the party. He responded to my email before 7am! Walked my husband through the whole thing over the phone. Even offered to come 2 hours out of his way from another job to help if it still wasn’t working. Amazing service and what a gentlemen. Didn’t even want payment! Highly recommended. How many people could walk someone through about 1 million cables and connections without even seeing them??That’s crazy knowledge. Thanks again Jimmy for saving my party and my husband’s life!!
