Harbor freight is always a great value for the average DIYer up to light commercial use. Their tools have improved significantly over the past years and offer an amazing warranty. The friendly and eager to help staff give the store a relaxed feel but you can get what you need and get out if youre in a rush. Always one of the first places I check for tools and supplies before starting a project

Very short on merchandise as with most retailers right now. Staff was a bit of a mix, there were a couple people that were not friendly what so ever, but the young lady at the register was very nice. The tools are not the quality as some of the large name brands, but you dont pay the price of the name brands either, and for personal use at home they have never failed me.

I dont like when stores that I frequent change things around. I understand why they do it but when I go in looking for something specific, its so much more difficult to find. Cant beat the prices though! I found a trimmer for less than $30!

Good selection of products. I bought an electric impact wrench. There were three different brands to choose from. The one we bought is working fine.

Another customer and I were looking for a torque wrench and this employee Chris was helping the other customer look threw the boxes that were on the shelf because there was supposed to be 4 in stock I stayed in the background to see if they found them they didnt find them Chris tells the customer he will look in the back the customer said no its OK and left Chris was putting the product back on the shelf from them looking through them and I asked Chris if he didnt mind looking in the back for me because I also needed 1 he said sure and as I was waiting for him to finish what he was doing he then said to me I have to go work the registers if you can get someone else to go look in the back for you and he ran off to the registers. Ive never had anything like this happen in this store before and I was like what just happened and a few minutes later I ran in to Chris a couple isles over and I told him that is bad customer service and told him I would be doing a review on the service I have received.

Good inventory, they didnt have what we needed but we always find something to get when we shop here.

An inexpensive option to get some affordable tools. So you can DIY and save money on tools. Some of which are good quality for a fair price. Will they stand the test of time? We will see. But there is room on price to buy another. And still be less expensive than name brand. (In some cases)

This Harbor freight is always super busy and usually only has 1 cashier. I like the other locations better.

I got bad experience with this Harbor shop. I wanted to buy a Haul-Master 500 Lb. Capacity Aluminum Mobility Wheelchair And Scooter Carrier, I checked on their website, and CALLED to this Harbor shop to check does it available to pick-up, they confirmed it available and put in hold for me to pick-up in 40 minutes. I drove 35 minutes to got there and they told me that item was out of stock. What I can say????

Have had great success for home use with the tools. The service is good. The coupons are nice too and usually pat the taxes.

It was ok. They had what I wanted in stock. They would not let me load what I bought by myself, they insisted on doing it for me. Then one of the employees with a Louis Vuitton neck tattoo threw some expensive tools into the bed of my truck. I think he was having a bad day.

Great customer service and the people there are always ready to help you find anything you want.

They are great to get tools you plan to use occasionally. Wonderful pricing, well trained Staff and the store tends to be clean enough.

For being knockoffs of major brand tools, Ive been very happy with the quality and durability of virtually everything Ive bought there. Even with extensive, rough use, Ive had most of my HF tools for over a decade.

Ive been getting a lot of tools but they didnt have what I needed this time and Ive been to 3 different stores ugh! I blame the covid-19 for screwing things up still a great store the other 98% of the time

Harbor tool and Freight pretty good place to go in this Shopping Center but I normally used the shopping center to park overnight and visit my grandkids but I have bought stuff out of there and the return policy is pretty good if something goes wrong with what you buy

I get lost in here everytime I come and always walk out with way more then I came for

It is a good store. But the tools sometimes dont work. I bought a stapler. It did not work the 1st time. So my wife went to walmart with a better more solid stapler. Worked the 1st time. And still is working

Tool quality are what could be expected from harbor freight tools but for the most part have not had complaints. I have only bought a couple of tools that have given me issues. The air compressors are pretty good quality. I have one that has not given me issues since i got it two years ago.

Team needs to learn better interaction with costumers. But otherwise it harbor freight. 🙂

What can I say, theyre cheap and for what needed the tools for, it was perfect.

Harbor freight has great deals on tools. Some of them are great for home use and other can take more use/abuse. Some of their to brands like tool cheats and some of the larger power tools are as good as or better than their name brands competitors. They have come a long way in the last 25 years.

Staff was extremely polite, and manager of as beyond helpful, will be returning.

This is my husbands favorite store. Love the selection. Really love the prices. Go in for one thing and come out with 1/2 the store!!

Used to be the low cost tool spot. Now HF costs the same if not more than big box stores. I stopped buying HF tools and started buying milwaukee since on sale its the same price... No coupon books anymore either. #TooBad

Just tried to return a Christmas gift. Walked in the store, went to the counter and explained the situation to the clerk. I told him that the item was a Christmas gift and I did not have a receipt but I did have the purchasers phone number and that store credit or cash would be fine. They entered the phone number and then said the money went back to theyre card. I asked why and the manager had just walked up. I explained to him what was happening and he had no answers. He asked the clerk if he knew it was a gift and he said yes. The manager told me it was too late. They then said that Harbor Freight does not offer store credit. I did not really care about the money, just did not want the person who gave me the gift to know I returned it as I already have 2 of the items. Harbor Freight usually has a good return policy, I just think they have poor training and policies if this is the case

I was looking for specific tools, extensions for my socket wrench, and the Shelf was empty. However when I asked for assistance from one of their team members, they offered to look to see what other stores might have the said I was looking for. They were awesome enough to actually find the last set that they had in stock, it just was not on the Shelf. Truly great people working at this store, super helpful and I will absolutely be returning for any other future needs.

They have great prices on things but there air tools tend to be sub par. I bought a 60 gallon air compressor there that ran for over 15 years.

I just went to buy an impact. Great prices (as usual). The lady with the blue hair was awesome, super kind. Harbor freight off 104th... Keep her with your life. I love this place.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the. Employee that opened the door at 7pm to let out a customer, stating that the sign says We close at 7 in a very cranky way. Unfortunately, when you limit your hours, you lose customers, but if said employee had been even a little bit friendly, maybe we would have just come back tomorrow. Not happening now. Ace Hardware, we will see you tomorrow.

Came in looking for a specific size wrench but all they had were sets of wrenches. Who needs a whole set when all you need is one size...

You can find almost anything your looking for for your home, car, boat and then some with reasonable prices. However, must compare quality because you get what you pay for!

Great place for tools. Go to website and get their coupons, great deals. Some tools lifetime warranty with no receipt needed, just bring back in to replace.

Its a great place to get tools at an affordable price and their tools are just fine for everyone except professionals who rely on their tools day in and day out. I really like to go in and just look around to see what kind of neat tools and building materials are available for a better price than all the others. They even have a life time guarantee on some of their tools

Harbor freight is always great when you have to do a small job and you need the tool for the day scrape up a few bucks and go grab the least expensive tool that will work and at the end of the job your profit margin is huge because harbor freight has tools at work just as good as the overpriced junk you can find anywhere including the pawn shop.

Congrats to Harbor Freight for surviving a challenging employment market! Turn over is high, but somehow they keep it going with pretty decent service!

Super nice staff, but just found out in our receipt we were charged 30 bucks for something we didnt purchase. No way we can prove we didnt purchase it now, and we live 2 hours away. Im sure it wasnt on purpose, as we bought a car shelter Christmas Eve and they were very busy, but still very frustrating

A good selection of tools for inexpensive prices. The quality is about what youd expect for the price. They work, just dont expect to push them too far. Their service is good if you can get someones attention. Tool organization somewhat makes sense, but theres always a random tool halfway across the store from the others in its category. I recommend it, just understand what youre getting, and dont expect to get the highest quality tools on the market.

Had the normal sale items gone. Poorly stocked and overstaffed. Not really cheap or comfortable anymore; more often than not, I find myself wondering why this store remains on my rotation of vendors...the magic is gone. Junk tools at high prices its a double loss shopping here. They never have the tool I need to buy anyway. Parked as far as my shopping choices go.

Niki the manager is phenomenal. That woman wrote the book on customer service, going well beyond and above her responsibility as a store manager. Ive been in the other Harbor Freight stores, most of them. I would never shop in the Aurora store let alone go inside ever again. Their staff could care less if you need help. Most of them havent a clue on what it is they sell or how to use it. And the managers/supervisors spend more time telling you what they cant do rather than what they will do. Most of them couldnt tell you where Harbor Freight is and they work there. Niki at the 104th store is the reason I shop there and will again. If she ever leaves I doubt if I will shop there, well see.

Its harbor freight, what else can be said. Service at this location is typically exceptional. Harbor freight tools are definitely getting better. Their automove hand tools are good enough for me to work on cars to class 8 diesels.

Not the highest quality in most tools but the price is considerably less than can be found at lowes or home depot.If you are truly serious about getting the best quality tools, then go to the big box stores, but when you need grinding discs or saw blades, harbor freight can save you money on those replaceable items.

I went into this store and was looking for a certain tool for my dad..(I am a woman and know nothing about tools) and the manager Chris was very helpful and took me right to the item. He answered all my questions and he seemed to love his job! I will most definitely come back here again.

This location is larger with more products over the one I am used to visiting in Arvada. Lots of useful items to choose from. They already have low prices and can still get 20% off along with their free items to choose from. You definitely get what you pay for but there is much to choose from. I will continue to shop there.

Great for inexpensive tools. I wouldnt necessarily go here for tools that get heavy use or that your life would depend on, but I would go here for accessories, garage organization and other stuff that makes life easier.

Always good prices and good quality - and most stuff from China or overseas. Staff is helpful and friendly at Thornton location. Huge parking lot at front door. Look for their coupons, special events, for even lower prices. Numerous locations in the area too.
