5 STARS for Brian!! I needed to pick up several pieces of stainless steel hardware, anchors, and screws. Im a professional contractor with 20 years in the business and already had in my head how I was going to perform the task that I needed the hardware for. I have only been in that particular Ace Hardware one other time and Im not familiar with the stores layout.Brian was able to direct me to the exact locations and bins for the stainless steel hardware, anchors, and concrete screws that I needed to complete my camera project. He worked with me on each piece and part for proper metric thread, length, and fitment until we had everything that I needed! I felt like I had a personal concierge at the hardware store!Brian should receive some type of recognition as he exemplified what I think any major corporation would want ALL team members to do! He was knowledgeable, listened, offered an alternative solution when it was necessary, and was kind!Thank you Ace Hardware for providing an atmosphere for team members to really interact and help the customer!ACE IS THE PLACE!!!!

This place truly is the helpful place. I went there today and Holly helped me out. She was knowledgeable and a terrific help. I will go out of my way to make this my new go to place for DIY supplies, the good customer service makes it worth the drive!

2 hours and 5 box stores later, finally able to get to this ACE when they open. I was working OT all week so i was trying to find some screws for my ceiling fan. Assuming the big box stores would have in stock and after needless searches, back and forth from store to store, department to department they tapped out with a self threading screw. Not feeling comfortable since it is a ceiling fan went into this ACE on Saturday. Of course its busier than a Bee Hive in spring, went to the back and a Gentleman in a green shirt pointed to the 2 rows the screws would be on. Once again started my fruitful search and was finding something close, but wouldnt thread or was very tight. A Ace Employee was working with a Motorhead on a hard to find bolt as well, he asked me if i was finding everything okay but i replied, not exactly. He said once he was done with his customer, he would find my screw. Well he searched found something close, then proceeded behind the counter, did a search of some kind then he said, its a weird thread. Now he told me there is a shelf in the back corner that had three perfect screws!! This person saved my day and he also commented, should have came here first.. In the future, I will always shop here. Thanks ACE!!

Trying to find a plumbing part. The poor worker spent some time with me comparing to everything he had trying to find a match. We ended up not having any luck. He was kind enough to reccomend a specific plumbing store to reach out to. Thank you sir for all your help!

This ACE has the best selection of bolts and screws and nuts to fit almost every need you could imagine.

Amazing staff-Top of the line customer service every time I enter. Knowledgeable as well as helpful staff. I never have to search or even ask for help because there’s always a staff member who checks with me first. Cashiers have great attitudes always greet and thank me and never forget to make a little small talk.

Ended up pulling the trigger on a new grill after a bunch of research. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Jen was a great help at the store getting it loaded and recommending accessories. We chatted about good food through the process and it was a great experience.

We shop in this store all the time and usually everyone is very helpful and friendly (that is why I am still giving 3 stars). Yesterday my husband went in with my son and he was asked if he had a rewards card. He told her that he did not, but would like to sign up. The cashier told him that she didnt have the gall to do deal with that today and refused to sign him up? I have a rewards card, but he wanted his own and she wouldnt sign him up? Id really love to understand what that ladys problem was and why she has a job in customer service?

I brought in a shark bite fitting I got the wrong one. They would not return it because I didnt buy it there. I will stick to Lowes and home depot you can return items to any store. Apparently ace is independently owned they have the choice to take returns or not. Ace is 30 to 50% higher on all items. They should be happy anyone Shops there. I am not happy.

Everyone is always so helpful here. Such a refreshing experience from big hardware stores that cant or wont help. This place is great.

I always forget about this place even tho its so close to home. Ace hardware has tons of items. Salesmen are usually very eager to help. you can usually find items big commercial places dont carry. prices are hit or miss.

Went looking for common DIY material 6 different times within a 2 week period. They didnt have anything I was looking for any of those 6 trips. Save yourself the frustration and just take the drive to Lowes or Home Depot.

Great hardware store for picking small stuff while doing quick fixes around the house.

Have been using this store for 20 years, but last few years its losing its hardware expertise.Brought in new key blanks, and single cut master keys, but they refused to cut my keys, first it was a policy issue, then it was too old no data, then even though I didnt expect warranty, they would not even try one .Went to Bomgaard Brighton, they cut all 6 blanks, no charge, and they did work.

Ace has almost anything you need and you can get in and out quickly.

Better than big box stores

This is a great store. I love shopping here. They usually have what I need, as far as home supplies. Its a smaller store, smaller than Westminister on 104th. Always a pleasure coming here. They have a nice paint selection as well as many other supplies and equipment.

I love to support local stores.. customer service is great... All my backyard bird needs are done here.. I watch for sales and stock up😊

We called for some mobile home parts they said they had them and we drove all the way over there to get them and they didnt have what we asked for !

Had to get 2 different paint colors to match some touch up we work we have to get done. The young gal that took care of us did a good job of matching the color of the paints that we needed. So good job Ace. Thanks 👍.

They always seem to have just what I need. Often I will hit the HD or Lowes first and inevitably they are out of stock... so I swing by ACE and grab what I need plus an impulse buy or two.

This place is a sort of a hidden hide away but theyre not necessarily helpful. I have a set of chip car keys that were not a smart design by the manufacturer and they constantly break. I seriously have to buy in bulk because the little screw breaks on them every 6 months or so. I went in there to get the keys cut and they will only cut keys they sell themselves. Great, I can do that, theyre only 80 bucks for one key! A generic key btw, not the one with logo on it. That is a policy passed down from their owner which I think is messed up. Im not paying that every six months when it breaks again, and it will. For keys, go somewhere else!

Always helpful if you need it. Support your local small business instead of the big chains.

Small store but has almost everything I needed. Prices are Abit over other big name stores but its at a convenient place close to home. The employees are generally good and knowledgeable enough to get you what you need.

Quality Tools with excellent Customer Service every time I come into store. No complaints. Seems to have most of what I am looking for, given the size of store.

Only complaint about the store I have is, it’s very small and they don’t carry much but everyone is willing to help you find what your looking for. Customer service was outstanding. We live right across the street so we will be back for the hospitality alone.

I ordered a wheelbarrow online for almost half the cost of the competition who didnt even have one in stock. I picked it up at the store where everyone had masks and were happy and helpful. I will definitely consider this Ace hardware more often

This place is really great if you need help, they are always friendly and hard-working! The prices are definitely higher than Home Depot or Lowes, but then again their ratio of people is much higher, so awesome customer service!Kudos to this store for doing what the big stores cannot do!

I wish this ACE had a better out door supply area. And how the BBQ sections are split between 2 sides of the store.

Tucked in the right-hand corner of Mission Trace Thornton Shopping Center off 120th and Colorado is the most convenient hardware store ever in Thornton. With a fairly big inside this hardware store has all of the tools and parts you could need for them at home do it yourself (D.I.Y.) projects! Also the even have a key making kiosks in the back of the store, but not the janky electronic ones they have the old fashioned ones with people assisting in helping you and a very wide variety of cool Keys you can choose from! Really though amongst all the nuts, bolts, sprays, paint, keys lightbulbs, outdoor equipment and the tools the most important thing this ace hardware store has to offer is in the front of the store as you are purchasing your items or waiting in line there is a freezer with icecream and popsicle and amongst the frozen goodies is my favorite bomb pops the big ones you get from the icecream man. I literally go here once a day to buy a bomb pop! I absolutely love this place please never run out of bomb pops thank you ace hardware!

Great little store. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also have some very original, local products you wont find at bigger stores. Selection will be smaller than a Home Depot and a Lowes, but you know that going in. Prices are comparable to other stores.

If you have worsting or need help, they have the nicest staff willing to help you out and teach you how to do things. Really great experience. This is my new go-to hardware store

Earlier today, I brought in some Ace furnace filters to exchange and unfortunately didnt have the receipt. The manager on duty refused to let me exchange them for another size so being a customer at this location for 18 years means nothing. There are other hardware stores that have a better selection,prices and better customer service but Ive tried to support this local business as it is close to where I live. It was two, $4.99 filters that I was trying to exchange. I was willing to accept the lower price and pay the difference but your manager on duty wouldnt let me, I also had other items I was going to purchase at the time but left them on the counter when I was told that she wouldnt perform the exchange.

I love the Service here, I get all the help I need every time. They usually have what I need too, my only complaint is the loud church next door. It messes with the atmosphere and is a little obnoxious. Love Ace! Just really appreciate it when it is peaceful!

Great customer service! I love Ace Hardware stores and have since I was a kid. They have a level of service not found at the big box stores. Youll never wander around an Ace for long without help.

Nicest ace hardware i ever visited ..

I have been going to this Ace Hardware for years. They have always had a good selection of items. However the selection is limited compared to Lowes and Home Depot. But I have usually found what I was looking for and the staff is always helpful and courteous. They have recently gone through some remodeling and expansions, their screws, nuts, and bolts section has got bigger.

Bad customer service. I understand times are weird right now and it’s busy but don’t appreciate the way I was treated. A simple “sorry for the wait” would have done. Normally don’t shop here and now will continue to go elsewhere.

Very disappointed looking for 1/2” copper couplers only empty shelves.

This is a great ace hardware. Its a little smaller than a few of the others but its very well stocked. They are very helpful and youll certainly be able to find what you need.

This ace has an awsome assortment of screws,nuts and bolts I have not been let down yet. The folks in there are top notch they know exactly where to take you.

I was surprised to see Roundup for sale here. This is a know Carcinogen deemed by the court to be the source of giving terminal cancer to a grounds keeper and is now part of a large class action lawsuit. This product should be removed from public sale! Please take care to look out for the public by not selling harmful products. I know the company is aware of this and knowingly doing this is bruise to your moral standing.

Honestly the best customer service and knowledge around. When home depot fails, these folks excel.

Always have someone there to help. Had to go back twice for my key, however the fault of the machine not hand done. There than that had no problems so far
