While vacationing at nearby St. Vrain State Park, we did some shopping at the outlet mall that featured this Merrell outlet. Store staff was friendly and welcomed the visit of our husky. We appreciated the dog friendly atmosphere. My husband purchased a pair of Merrell Moab shoes in his hard to find size 13. Received a 20 discount. Yeah! Would recommend.

Amanda (with the Kool-Aid hair) is an invaluable asset to Merrell. She took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I had access to all the resources that I needed as well as providing great competitive analysis. This is just something I did not expect to find an outlet store. She truly went above and beyond.

If you like Merrell, just buy directly from their website. You’ll get much better service than at this store.

I had a phenomenal shopoi g experience at this store. The employee was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, letting me try on several pairs of shoes, and not rushing me in any manner, despite the fact that my shopping extended past their closing time. The BOGO special allowed me to get two pairs of shoes for a very reasonable price. I cant recommend this store of this brand enough!

Great experience! I have never bought a pair of hiking boots before and I am getting ready to go on my first challenging hike. I walked in and was immediately greeted by The man behind the counter and he was SUCH a big help. He helped me pick a few choices to try on and was able to really educate me about my options. I left feeling great about my purchase and excited for my next adventure.

Fantastic customer service. I work late every day and walked in 3 minutes before closing. Ellis helped me out and is very knowledgeable of the brand and can definitely tell the company benefits from him. I told him what I needed in a shoe for work and within seconds I was trying on a pair. Fit the bill exactly. Super nice guy and great customer service. 100% will return. Ive always been a Danner man. I am now definitely a Merrell man. Thank you Ellis. My feet, ankles and knees appreciate it.

The lady with the Kool-Aid dyed hair (Sorry, her name was not available on receipt) was extremely short and rude. She clearly does not care about working or serving her patrons. A very unpleasant experience at one of the best shoe manufacturers in the country.

He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and find the right sizes for us. Ellis also gave us tourist recommendations where we can utilize our new gear. Customer service wasnt a thing I guess at this store. We didnt get asked once if we needed help. All of Merrell shoes are such cheep quality now. Very disappointing visit they also dont take returns from online orders bc the website wants to charge you $5 to make a return.

Literally none of the shoes are in stock any more. Same price as Amazon. Selection and prices way downhill from 1.5 years ago. Waste of a trip

I have to say the woman behind the counter was one of the rudest clerks i have encountered. The entire exchange was witnessed by the store manager who totally backed her up. We tried to return a pair of defective shoes but they refused to take them back. The customer service line said they could absolutely have received them in the store. Better to shop online.

The sales woman was very rude. she made me feel really uncomfortable. All I wanted to do was exchange shoes for a larger size and buy another pair for my self. she gave me a lot of attitude for no reason. I ended up returning the shoes and not buying the ones for my self because of the way she treated me. What ever happened to customer service?

Disappointing experience. I was the only customer in the store and was never asked if they could help me. The two sales associates just had a very loud conversation while I was there, ignoring me. I left without buying something having come to these outlets specifically for this store.

They were very helpful and there was good with social distancing

They dont carry shoes in a wide width. Have to order those online. Instead, in the store, they offer a shoe thats a size bigger than what you wear but in a medium width (cuz thats all they have), thinking thats acceptable.

Very helpful staff, great quality shoes. Some you do have to break in before they are comfortable.
