This company is horrible. The owner is abusive to his employees and a complete narcissist. They hire everyone that walks through the door and the warehouse is definitely not handling your items carefully. They do a lot of warranty fraud with manufacturers and it’s just a toxic place. I would pay extra just to make sure the owner doesn’t get a penny of my money.

We purchased brand new kitchen appliances for our kitchen remodel and couldn’t be happier!Kacye has been THE BEST! We went and picked them out early because of reports of appliance shortages so our appliances were in well before our remodel was complete with the exception of our dishwasher. When there was a delay in the manufacturing of our dishwasher, Kacye reached out to us immediately and helped us find a new one (which I like even better) She communicated with us throughout the process of our appliances coming into the warehouse and them held them until we were ready for delivery. She definitely went above and beyond, even assisting with us ordering an extra part for our stove. This was our first time using Appliance Factory but they are definitely my new go to for appliances.

Benji was a really great guy and helped us find the perfect washer/dryer combo for us. Cool guy to talk to and joke around with. Place also offered way better prices and installation costs than Best Buy and the like, and they offer open box units unlike most other places. Ill gladly pay 100+ bucks left to get something with a couple scratches on it. Highly recommend.

We were in need of a Refrigerator, and had bought several appliances here before. We arrived at the store and was immediately contacted by Diane Baumgartner. We told her what we needed and she took us right to the only refrigerators the store had in stock right then! We had heard the stock was limited every where and expected we may have a problem finding one we wanted. Diane was very thorough in explaining the differences the one in stock. We found two that would do fit our needs and proceeded to see if there was in fact one at the warehouse! Fortunately the one we liked the most, there was one in stock! Diane quickly completed the order, set up a delivery date and we were on our way! We had completed our main task and before we left the store we also bought a smaller fridge for the basement o be delivered at the same time! After a rough start I am getting my dryer (yay). Delivery had to be rescheduled due to a driver being injured. Thankfully the driver is getting better and the store scheduled a special delivery for everyone on a Saturday. Did you all know manufacturers dont include the plug on dryers. Well that was a new and odd concept for me to process. The store and driver were very communicative and we worked out getting the correct plug. Make sure you purchase their insulation equipment so you dont have to worry on the day of delivery.

I apologize for the novel, but people need to know about what this shady company put us through..We purchased an out of box Samsung washer and dryer set 7/5. They described them to us as having very minor damage which included 3 very minor dings and a scratch to the washer and a couple dings on the dryer. At the time of purchase we were advised to compare that information to what we were actually getting when they brought it to us. We did just that. Upon inspecting them, we noticed that the washer had a large dent to the front of it just under the door. Visually, the dryer was as described. I called the store and told them about the severity of the dent and they offered us to A. Refuse it B. Accept a $75 discount off of what we paid for it. We chose to take the discount as long as it didnt affect the machines functioning. The delivery drivers proceeded to bring them in our house and set them up. They tested them as we were told they would do. Seconds into turning on the dryer, it started to make a loud drilling sound. (literally like someone drilling into the wall). The installer immediately acknowledged that we need to reject it and proceeded to take video then they took the dryer and left. While the washing machine finished the cycle, I called and informed them that we rejected the dryer due to the issue. When I got off the phone, I went to look at the washer since it had completed its cycle. I opened the door and noticed that the door seal was all scrunched up on one side. My husband had left to go to work, so I called him and asked if he remembered that on the store model. He wasnt sure, but I was pretty sure it wasnt supposed to be like that since my Mom has a similar model and Ive looked at several in the past. So, I ran another cycle. While I did that I sent a text to our sales lady informing her about my concern over the scrunched seal but it wasnt leaking yet. Then I started an email to the store. Before I could send the E-mail, my Daughter came to me and told me that the washer was leaking. I finished the e-mail and included the fact that it was now leaking. I waited an hour or so to call. When I did, I explained the situation and the person ensured me that he understood my frustration and we would be taken care of. He placed me on hold and a spoke to a woman who claimed to be the GM. She also said she would get us taken care of and promised she would call me right back. 2 hours later, she was no longer there. They transfer me to a man that claims to be the GM. He apologizes and tells me that they will give us the same model brand new in box-BUT we will have to bring the washer back, and pick it up and install the new ones ourselves. (No credit for the installation since we were getting such a sweet deal) Ok. Whatever..at this point we just wanted our stuff. Were lucky we have a truck and my husband is mechanically inclined. After a bunch of back and forth, they tell us we can come and get our washer and dryer after 12PM. We get there around five, pick them up, bring them home and get them installed. YAY!! Well, sort of. My husband lost an entire day of work pay because of all this. None of this should have happened. They should not be misrepresenting merchandise-period. I will definitely be contacting the BBB. We will never purchase from the company again, and I advise others to steer clear as well.

Dont shop here. My sales rep (Jonathan) forgot to submit my delivery date and hit the second button. When I called asking where my dishwasher was, all I got was: sorry, you will have to wait another week. I had to callback four different times just to get a manager to take my case seriously, and then finally just asked for a refund. His response.....Good luck finding it somewhere else.

I really like their wide selection and good prices. Sales people are knowledgable and helpful. My primary negative is delivery can take a long time. It took one week for our ordered appliances to arrive in stock, which is reasonable, but then 1st available delivery date was another 2 weeks after that. So its a total of 3 weeks before we get them. Good thing our old things arent completely broken yet. I dont know how 3 weeks compares to other retail stores.

We ordered a dishwasher in early November for delivery to our home in mid December. Three days before our scheduled delivery date, Appliance Factory called and said our bought and paid for dishwasher had been given to another customer. Management later clarified they had an inventory tracking system problem where they ended up selling 10 dishwashers with only 9 on order. Guess who did not get a dishwasher. All this a week before Xmas.The worst part was their proposed remediation. Basically wait for the next shipment in February or well promptly refund your money today. Gee thanks! Management did offer us an out of box copy of the same dishwasher but they were unable to explain where exactly the product had been and if it had been installed. We passed.We give Appliance Factory 2 stars only because they were honest about their mistake. Maybe give them another 1/2 star due to Covid related supply chain problems out of their control. That said we will never buy another appliance from Appliance Factory. Do your own due diligence.Follow-up: After the above unpleasant experience, we recently gave AF another chance and ordered a Speed Queen washing machine. This time the experience was 5 stars. The machine arrived on time as promised and the installers were fantastic. They paid attention to every detail and helped us keep our home clean. We just wanted to share this follow-up experience to be fair.

I did not expect to have strong opinions regarding an appliance purchase process, but... here we are.Diana at Appliance Factory is AMAZING. I was looking to purchase relatively specialty kitchen appliances, and Diana immediately jumped on the opportunity to help me find the best price for my oddball requests. She is knowledgeable, friendly to an extreme, and did an excellent job in helping me find the perfect appliances for my setup, for a bit cheaper than I expected to spend.Unfortunately for me, there is a national shortage in appliance parts going on right now, so many of the items are/were delayed in manufacture. Appliance Factory cant do a darn thing about this delay, its not their fault, but Diana has made it significantly less painful of a wait regardless. She has been diligent in checking stock and keeping me updated on expected delivery, and I look forward to hearing from her every time.

I had a wonderful experience with Kacye. She greeted me immediately upon entering in a friendly, welcoming manner. I was looking for new bedding (pillows) and she showed me the many options and explained how each type is beneficial. She was polite and did not pressure me to purchase immediately and allowed me time to shop and look around. I ended up with two new fantastic memory foam pillows and will definitely be returning when I need appliances!

Horrible pickup experience. I ordered a refrigerator on May 30. I was told I was the only person on the waiting list. I received an email that it would be in on July 13. I called on July 14 and told it was in and I can show up to pick it up. I arrived and there was no wait. I was told the one on stock was not for me (after being told it was the day before). Spent over 30 minutes in the store resolving the issue. Went back to pickup and then there was an extensive wait due to others showing up. Spent an extra hour of my only day off due to someones incompetence. The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 was the manager Michele who worked to resolve the problem

Had initially gone to one of the “big box stores” to get all new appliances and got so frustrated because they spent more time going over all the fees and protection plan than actually trying to sell me appliances. Also told me the fridge I wanted was unavailable and they didn’t know when they would get it. Started looking online and saw that Appliance Factory might have it. Called them and was so blessed to get Diana on the other end. She knew exactly what fridge I was asking about, had it in stock!! and was able to walk me through picking out a dishwasher and microwave to go with it and gave me options! She was so wonderful to work with, really knew her stuff, and explained the process for everything. We still need a range and double ovens and will definitely be working through Diana to select those when we are ready. I saved so much money going through Appliance Factory and actually enjoyed my experience picking out new appliances. Thank you!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! Worst place to buy appliances from.this was my first time coming into this store Lindsey Chait the sales person kept following me around the whole time i was shopping. Pushy to sell me an extended warranty. Thats not the worst part, i finally buy a brand new washer and dryer and i come home one hour later to hook up the washer and it is leaking all of the water through the bottom of the washer. I call back and they refused to give me a return and offered me an exchange “as soon as corporate gets back to them” about the problem with my BRAND NEW WASHER. I asked to speak to a manager and they keep having her “call me back” which i still have not gotten a call back. I am about to dispute the charge with my bank and take the washer back to them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
